Abstract

PT Pertamina (Persero) is one of the largest state-owned enterprises in Indonesia engaged in energy and oil and gas. Financial ratio analysis is important to understand the company's financial performance. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT. Pertamina (Persero) during the 2020-2022 period using liquidity, solvency, profitability, activity, and market ratios. This research uses descriptive methods with quantitative and qualitative approaches. Data obtained from the consolidated financial statements of PT Pertamina (Persero) for 2020-2022. The analysis results show that PT Pertamina has high liquidity ratios, activity ratios, and profitability ratios, indicating good financial performance. However, the company's leverage ratio is also high, indicating a high level of debt. The market ratio decreased significantly in 2022. The financial performance of PT Pertamina (Persero) is generally good during the period 2020-2022. However, it should be noted that the high leverage ratio and declining market ratio in 2022 need management attention.

Abstract

Education is the backbone and main tool for a country’s development, because it emphasizes the quality of human resources (HR). Education aims to brighten the nation’s future with an intelligent and characterful generation. Learning, as an interaction between teachers, students, and learning resources, is a systematic process involving interrelated components to achieve optimal results. This literature review aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of learning theory and learning in educational practice. In this research, the researcher used a literature review method which aims to identify, find and analyze documents related to the research problem. The results of the research show that this consistency has a crucial role in creating a predictive learning environment, facilitating the continuity of curriculum and strategy development. teaching, facilitates the transfer of learning, and forms a strong foundation for an effective and sustainable learning experience for students. Consistency in applying learning and learning theories, such as behaviorism, cognitivism, constructivism, and humanism, helps educators in designing structured and directed learning. This allows students to develop a deep understanding of the subject matter and skills that are important for learning. In conclusion, the consistency of learning and learning theories in education is an important factor for achieving educational goals. By consistently applying learning theories, an intelligent and characterful generation can be created that is ready to build a brighter future for the nation.

Abstract

Optimization of branding and digital marketing is a crucial strategy for enhancing the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in today’s digital era. This study aims to examine the implementation of rebranding programs and the digitalization of MSME marketing in Banban Village, Pakong District, Pamekasan Regency, conducted by students from the Community Service Program (KKN) of the State Islamic University of Madura as part of efforts to develop local products. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of program activities. Findings indicate that the implementation of representative product logo creation, installation of location points on Google Maps, and the use of visual promotional media such as banners significantly contributed to improving brand image and increasing MSME sales revenue. Based on these findings, it is recommended that MSME actors continuously optimize the use of digital platforms and strengthen branding as a sustainable strategic effort to improve market competitiveness.
