Abstract

Optimization of branding and digital marketing is a crucial strategy for enhancing the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in today’s digital era. This study aims to examine the implementation of rebranding programs and the digitalization of MSME marketing in Banban Village, Pakong District, Pamekasan Regency, conducted by students from the Community Service Program (KKN) of the State Islamic University of Madura as part of efforts to develop local products. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of program activities. Findings indicate that the implementation of representative product logo creation, installation of location points on Google Maps, and the use of visual promotional media such as banners significantly contributed to improving brand image and increasing MSME sales revenue. Based on these findings, it is recommended that MSME actors continuously optimize the use of digital platforms and strengthen branding as a sustainable strategic effort to improve market competitiveness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pembelajaran PKn berbasis kearifan lokal melalui metode discovery learning dalam menanamkan nilai kebhinekaan pada siswa sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi langsung. Subjek penelitian adalah Bapak Abdul Malik, S.Pd., guru kelas V SD Negeri 1 Kalimiring yang telah berpengalaman mengintegrasikan kearifan lokal dalam pembelajaran PKn. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran PKn berbasis kearifan lokal melalui metode discovery learning efektif dalam menanamkan nilai kebhinekaan pada siswa. Integrasi kearifan lokal seperti rembug kampung, gotong royong, dan tata krama tradisional memberikan konteks yang bermakna bagi siswa untuk memahami nilai-nilai kebhinekaan. Metode discovery learning memungkinkan siswa untuk mengeksplorasi dan menemukan sendiri konsep-konsep kebhinekaan melalui pengalaman langsung. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa siswa menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam ketika pembelajaran dikaitkan dengan budaya lokal mereka.

Abstract

The transportation and logistics sector is a sector that plays a vital role as one of the main elements that has a great influence on economic development, comparable to production resources such as capital and labor. This study aims to analyze the effect of sales growth and debt to equity ratio on the financial performance of the transportation and logistics sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2023. The data collection technique in this study uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was taken using a purposive sampling technique so that 90 research samples were obtained with a total of 9 companies. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that sales growth has a significant effect on financial performance and debt to equity ratio does not have a significant effect on financial performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine in depth the implementation and impact of the Tahfidz Day program in the process of internalizing Islamic character values in early childhood at Al-Wardah Kindergarten. Character education in the early childhood phase has a strategic position in forming the foundation of personality, considering that this period is a developmental stage that is very sensitive to environmental stimuli. The Tahfidz Day program is implemented routinely every morning before core learning through a series of activities of congregational dhuha prayer, prayer reading, Quran recitation, and memorization of the Quran. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with the principal and teachers, and documentation of activities during one month of program implementation. Data analysis is carried out through the stages of reduction, presentation, and systematic drawing of conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the Tahfidz Day program contributes to strengthening religious character, discipline, responsibility, patience, and mutual respect in children. Internalization of values occurs through a consistent habituation mechanism, educators' role models, and the creation of a religious and structured school culture. Repeated spiritual activities form a tendency for more stable and integrated behavior in children's daily lives. These findings confirm that integrating tahfidz (Quran recitation) activities into the routines of early childhood education institutions can be an effective strategy for building a sustainable moral and spiritual foundation. This program focuses not only on memorization but also on holistic character development as a long-term investment in developing a generation with noble morals.
