Abstract

ABSTRAK.  Indonesia memiliki keanekaragaman bentuk arsitektur nusantara dengan memiliki kekhasan dan daya tarik tersendiri. Dan sekaligus merupakan nilai nasional dan kebanggaan Indonesia. Namun, di era globalisasi ini muncul permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan perkembangan arsitektur di Indonesia salah satunya adalah masuknya pola arsitektur modern yang diadopsi dari gaya arsitektur Barat. Pentingnya suatu sarana yang dapat mewadahi kegiatan-kegiatan pameran, kajian dan dokumentasi dan segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan arsitektur nusantara, yang bertujuan untuk mengenalkan kembali bangunan arsitektur yang telah hilang dan bisa dikembangkan tapi tidak meninggalkan identitas aslinya dari nilai-nilai nusantara. Perlu adanya perkembangan di mana sebuah Pusat Kajian dan Dokumentasi Arsitektur Pusaka di Kota Jakarta perlu diwujudkan untuk mendukung setiap kegiatan tersebut, tidak hanya sebagai sarana atau wadah untuk perkembangan pengetahuan, tapi ini juga benar-benar menjadi pusat yang bisa dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat, perguruan-perguruan ringgi, dan pemerintahan dalam mengenal arti yang sebenernya dalam nilai arsitektur nusantara. Penerapan tema reinterpreting tradition yang menjadi titik acuan dalam rancangan Pusat Kajian dan Dokumentasi Arsitektur Pusaka, menjadi kelebihan dalam rancangan dengan tujuan memunculkan nilai-nilai filosofi terhadap suatu bangunan. Kata Kunci: Dokumentasi Arsitektur, Kajian,  Reinterpreting Tradition ABSTRACT. Indonesia has a diversity of archipelago architecture with its own peculiarities and charms. And at the same time is the national value and pride of Indonesia. However, in this era of globalization problems arise related to the development of architecture in Indonesia one of them is the entry of modern architectural patterns adopted from the style of Western architecture. The importance of a facility that can accommodate exhibition, study and documentation activities and everything related to archipelago architecture, which aims to reintroduce architectural buildings that have been lost and can be developed but not leave their original identity of the values of the archipelago. There needs to be a development where a Center for Study and Documentation of Heritage Architecture in Jakarta City needs to be realized to support each activity, not only as a means or container for the development of knowledge, but this also really become a center that can be utilized by society, Ringgi, and government in recognizing the true meaning in the value of archipelago architecture. The application of the theme of reinterpreting tradition which became the point of reference in the design of Center for Study and Documentation of Heritage Architecture, became an excess in the design with the aim of raising philosophy values to a building. Keywords: Documentation of Architecture, Review, Reinterpreting Tradition

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the sale and purchase of land originating from inheritance and to analyze forms of legal protection for buyers in the event of problems in the process of buying and selling inherited land. The method used in this research is using the normative juridical method by taking primary data from the applicable laws and regulations, especially in Indonesia. The results of the study show that legal protection for buyers of inherited land is contained in Article 1492 of the Civil Code which provides an explanation that although at the time of the sale there is no promise of guarantee, the seller, by law, is obliged to bear the buyer against claims of rights through law to surrender all or part of the goods. sold to a third party

Abstract

Museums that have important values and can be learned for students with in history learning. Teachers can see this as a source of historical learning by utilizing museums as a forum for learning that is contextual to regional culture. For this reason, it is necessary to take advantage of the kekahtuan semaka museum. This study aims to find out 1) teacher strategies for designing social studies learning on student learning interests; 2) implementation of learning resources to students' learning interests; 3) the effectiveness of the Semaka khatuan museum as a learning resource for students' learning interests; 4) implementation of teacher strategies, Semaka khatuan museum as a learning resource and social studies learning resource for students' learning interests. This research is a quantitative research. The research was conducted at SMP N 1 Bandar Negeri Semoung with a sample of 89 students. The results showed that 1) The teacher's strategy of designing social studies learning based on students' learning interests had a positive influence with probability results of 0.009 and tcount of 2.781; 2) Implementation of learning resources on students' learning interests, there is a positive influence with a probability result of 0.005 and tcount 2.712; 3) The effectiveness of the Semaka khatuan museum as a learning resource on students' learning interests, there is a positive influence with a probability of 0.003 and a calculation of 2.619; 4) The implementation of teacher strategies, the Kekhatuan Semaka Museum as a source of learning and social studies learning resources on the learning interests of students, has a positive influence with the results of a coefficient of 0.000, fcalculate 11.477 with a change of 81.8%. While 18.2% is influenced by other factors on students' interest in learning social studies.
