Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze marketing channels, marketing margins, marketing farmer's share rate, and marketing efficiency of beef cattle in Lampoko Village, Barru Regency. The sample of this study was 12 breeders, 5 traders and 3 consumers. The data collection method is carried out by interviews (questionnaires) and literature studies. The method of sampling farmers is by purposive sampling method while the sample of traders and consumers uses snowball sampling method. The strategy that must be done to deal with competitors is to increase promotion and maintain product quality. This aims to increase consumer attractiveness, expand market share and reduce the risk of similar competing products. The results showed that there were 3 channels of beef cattle marketing channels in Lampoko Village, namely; Farmers Collecting Traders Consumer Wholesalers, Farmers Collecting Traders Consumers / RPH, and Farmers Wholesalers Consumers. The highest marketing margin is channel I and III of Rp. 3,000,000 while channel II is Rp. 1,000,000. The highest Farmer's Share rate on channel II is 89%, channel I and III is 77%. The most efficient levels of marketing efficiency are channel II with 25%, channel III with 50% and channel I with 70%

Abstract

Ayam afkir merupakan ayam petelur yang sudah tidak produktif bertelur akan tetapi memiliki nilai ekonomis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penjualan ayam afkir dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan terhadap perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari-April 2021 di PT. Cahaya Mario 3 Putri Kabupaten Sidrap. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan untuk melakukan perhitungan penelitian ini yaitu total biaya, penerimaan, pendapatan dan R/C Rasio. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penjualan ayam afkir di PT. Cahaya Mario 3 Putri, periode tahun 2018 - 2020 dilaporkan hasil yang menguntungkan. Pada tahun 2018 total pendapatan sebanyak Rp. 31.010.038.560,-. Pada tahun 2019 total pendapatan sebanyak Rp. 28.881.533.000,-. Pada tahun 2020 dengan jumlah ayam afkir sebanyak 66.000 ekor dengan total pendapatan sebanyak Rp. 33.756.720.480,-. Pengaruh pendapatan terhadap penjualan ayam afkir pada perusahaan PT. Cahaya Mario 3 Putri, pada periode tahun 2018 - 2020 memiliki nilai R/C ratio > 1, yang berarti sangat menguntungkan. Hasil yang diperoleh tersebut sangat berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan yang diperoleh PT. Cahaya Mario 3 Putri

Abstract

Madrasah culture encompasses the values, beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors that are regularly patterned and reflect habits aimed at adapting to the environment, as well as the madrasah's perspective on problem-solving. These cultural elements are shaped through the institution's history and experience. This paper presents the findings of research that investigates the extent to which madrasah culture influences student discipline. The study employs an ex post facto design with a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of students from a madrasah in Makassar City, selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using both descriptive and inferential statistics. The results indicate a significant influence of madrasah culture on student discipline. These findings underscore the importance of strengthening student discipline through the cultivation of madrasah culture, particularly within the context of the studied institution. Abstrak: Budaya madrasah mencakup nilai-nilai, keyakinan, sikap, dan perilaku yang terpolakan secara rutin, mencerminkan kebiasaan untuk beradaptasi dengan lingkungan, serta perspektif madrasah dalam memecahkan masalah. Elemen-elemen budaya ini terbentuk melalui sejarah dan pengalaman institusi tersebut. Artikel ini menyajikan hasil penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengkaji sejauh mana budaya madrasah memengaruhi disiplin siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain ex post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari siswa di sebuah madrasah di Kota Makassar, yang dipilih melalui teknik pengambilan sampel acak sederhana. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh budaya madrasah terhadap disiplin siswa. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya memperkuat disiplin siswa melalui budaya madrasah yang telah dibangun, khususnya dalam konteks institusi yang diteliti.

Abstract

The research aims to identify the management strategies implemented by the head of the madrasa to improve the quality of learning, understand the implementation of these management strategies in daily practices, and analyze the impact of these strategies on the quality of learning and student achievement. This study employs a descriptive research design. Data collection was conducted using interview guidelines, observation sheets, and documentation. The findings reveal that (1) the management strategies applied by the head of the madrasa to enhance learning quality include strategies for: improving teacher professionalism; optimizing the learning process; enhancing academic and non-academic achievements; fulfilling facilities and infrastructure; managing financing; fostering community relations; and conducting supervision and evaluation. (2) The implementation of management strategies by the head of the madrasa in daily practices includes: organizing regular study sessions and seminars; allowing teachers to take study leave for further education; optimizing extracurricular guidance; procuring appropriate and planned facilities and infrastructure; promoting discipline; and recognizing class rankings and overall performance. (3) The application of management strategies by the head of the madrasa positively impacts learning quality and student achievement, leading to improvements in teaching quality, increased discipline and performance among teachers, development of teacher competencies, motivation and appreciation for teachers, effective management of facilities and infrastructure, enhanced student achievements, innovative and sustainable learning practices, and strengthened collaboration with parents/guardians and the community.
