Abstract

The process of providing logistics at the Pasangkayu Regency Social Service is by the Regulation of the Minister of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 82 / HUK / 2005, concerning the Organization and Work Procedure of the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, starting from a recording or identifying and assessing needs including logistics and equipment, from which assistance is received, what kind of help, how much and how to use it. The research objective was to identify and analyze the logistics supply control for disasters at the Pasangkayu Regency Social Service Office. The research method uses the Economical Order Quantity method in minimizing the cost of logistics supplies at the Pasangkayu Regency Social Service. The reporting system carried out by warehouse officers at the Pasangkayu Social Service provides information about logistical data/goods in the warehouse and is made periodically and continuously from releasing and distributing logistics/goods. In carrying out the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method, which aims to get the optimum number of orders, of course, it must be supported by an information system that can find out the amount of use of each logistics available at the Pasangkayu Regency Social Service Warehouse.

Abstract

This study aims to see whether there is a relationship between the independent variables, namely the marketing mix including product, price, promotion, location, people/HR, physical evidence, and processes, and the dependent, namely the consumer decision at Bengkel Anugerah Perdana Monginsidi Palu. Using multiple regression analysis techniques. "In this study, for a population of 11,147, people and samples obtained by the 'incidental sampling method are 99 people." This study has seven variables, namely product, price, promotion, location, people/HR, physical evidence, and processes for the independent variable (X)" and consumer decisions as to the dependent variable (Y)." The results contained in this test are simultaneously the marketing mix consisting of product, price, promotion, location, people/ Human resources, physical evidence, and processes have a significant effect on consumer decisions with count 784.106 with 0.000, whereas partially the marketing mix consisting of product, price, promotion, location, people/HR has a positive and significant effect on physical evidence, and the process has no significant effect. The coefficient of determination (r2) in this study was 0.775 at a significant level of 0.05. It can be interpreted that 77.5% of consumer decisions at the Anugerah Perdana Monginsidi workshop in Palu are affected by the seven marketing mix variables, namely product, price, promotion, location, physical evidence, pouring/HR, and process, for 22.5% p is influenced by variables that are not examined carefully.*

Abstract

Todays business competition is getting more challenging because every organization is relied on to compete and build a robust system. Therefore, competition at present cannot be avoided by companies for example, companies engaged in trading, especially PT. Sinar Galesong Pratama Palu. Even with this competition, it is essential to move the company to marketing exercises. By looking at the changing desires of buyers, businesses are required to understand what buyers expect according to the customers choice, one of the models is seen from the section the quality of the brand and as far as price. The reason for doing this research is to find out, the influence of brand quality and cost on the choice of buying a Suzuki motorcycle at PT. Sinar Galesong Pratama Palu. Logical strategy used in this examination is the analysis technique of multiple linear regression. The number of samples used is 100 respondents. The results showed that all factors, brands and costs affect purchasing decisions. It is hoped that management should improve its marketing program to compete with other competitors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of working capital in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Tiga Dara, Banawa District, Donggala Regency, and to find out the contribution of working capital management efficiency to operating profits in Tiga Dara Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises District of Banawa, Donggala Regency. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach using secondary data in the form of financial reports for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Tiga Dara consisting of a profit and loss report and a balance sheet for January to June 2021. The data analysis technique in this study uses ratio analysis consisting of Level Ratio Working Capital Turnover (TPMK), Return on Working Capital ratio, Return On Assets ratio, Gross Profit Margin ratio, and WratNet Profile Margin. This study shows that the level of efficiency in managing working capital at Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Tiga Dara, Banawa District, Donggala Regency, is assessed from the assessment of the ratio of the level of turnover of capital working (TPMK) and the ratio of return working capital for the production of Banana Chips period months January-June 2021, is within the assessment criteria which is good so that the management of working capital for micro, small and medium enterprises is considered to be efficient. The results of the profitability analysis of Micro, small and medium enterprises in Tiga Dara Sub-district Banawa Donggala Regency show that when viewed and assessed from the ratio of Return on assets, it is in the category of poor assessment, while x x when viewed and assessed from the ratio of gross profit margin and net profit margin are in the good rating category. This means that the profitability performance of micro, small, and Medium Enterprises in Tiga Dara, Banawa District, Donggala Regency is assessed as having an inefficient return on asset ratio. In contrast, the profitability performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Tiga Dara, Banawa District, Donggala, is assessed from the ginxmarx profit ratio as efficient. For this reason, efficiency is urgently needed in difficult times like today, namely the Covid 19 pandemic. Therefore, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Tiga Dara, Banawa District, Donggala Regency must maintain and improve their business efficiency by utilizing existing resources to the maximum extent possible for maximum profit.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media marketing and brand image on purchasing decisions at Vidia Cindya Novita Store Palu. This study uses primary data collected through questionnaires from 78 store customer respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that social media marketing and brand image simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, social media marketing and brand image each have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Social media marketing provides an effective contribution in building brand awareness and influencing consumer attitudes. While a positive brand image can increase consumer trust and preference for a product. In conclusion, social media marketing and brand image are important factors that need to be considered by stores in an effort to improve consumer purchasing decisions.
