Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media marketing and brand image on purchasing decisions at Vidia Cindya Novita Store Palu. This study uses primary data collected through questionnaires from 78 store customer respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that social media marketing and brand image simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, social media marketing and brand image each have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Social media marketing provides an effective contribution in building brand awareness and influencing consumer attitudes. While a positive brand image can increase consumer trust and preference for a product. In conclusion, social media marketing and brand image are important factors that need to be considered by stores in an effort to improve consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the Influence of Financial Management on the Financial Management Performance of MSMEs: A Case Study at the Palu City Forest Cafe. This study uses causal descriptive methods and simple Linear Regression analysis techniques. The sample withdrawal technique is a probality sampling technique or simple random sampling, which is with a sample number of 100 respondents. The results of this study show that the variables of planning, recording, reporting, and evaluation have a positive effect on financial management performance with a significance value of F ? 0.000 < 0.05 Then the planning variable also partially has a positive effect on Financial Management Performance with a significance value of ? 0.006 < 0.05 and the partial planning variable also has a positive influence on Financial Management Performance with a significance value of less than ? 0.001< 0.05 The partial reporting variable also has a positive influence on Financial Management Performance with a significance value less than ? 0.000< 0.05 The partial evaluation variable also has a positive influence on Financial Management Performance with a significance value less than ? 0.00< 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penempatan kerja dan budaya kerja terhadap semangat kerja karyawan pada PT PLN Unit Pelaksana Transmisi Palu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 33 karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Penempatan kerja dan budaya kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan; (2) Penempatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan; (3) Budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of work productivity and work discipline on employee performance at the Regional Research and Innovation Agency of Central Sulawesi Province. The research method uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The research sample amounted to 48 respondents. The results showed that simultaneously work productivity and work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance with an F-count value of 22,114 and a significance of 0.000. Partially, work productivity has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 1.077 and a significance of 0.022. The work discipline variable also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 1.853 and a significance of 0.003. . The R-square value of 0.496 indicates that the work productivity and work discipline variables are able to explain the variation in employee performance by 49.6%, while the remaining 50.4% is explained by other variables not studied. This research makes an important contribution to the development of human resource management in the public sector, especially in efforts to improve employee performance through optimising productivity and work discipline.
