Abstract

Colostrum is the first fluid secreted by the mammary glands. The highest content in colostrum is antibodies that are ready to protect the baby when the baby is still very weak. The protein content in colostrum is higher than the protein content in mature milk. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors of colostrum administration to postpartum mothers in Kayu Kul Village, Pegasing District, Central Aceh Regency in 2022. The method in this study is an analytical research type with a research design using cross-sectional, namely a study in which variables including risk factors and variables including effects are observed at the same time. This study uses data taken retrospectively. This research was conducted in Kayu Kul Village, Pegasing District, Central Aceh Regency in 2022. The population in this study was 35 people, then the sample was part of all the objects studied and was considered to represent the entire population (Notoatmodjo, 2015). The number of samples used was 29 people using the Accidental Sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaire sheets and respondent observation sheets. Data analysis techniques using the chi-square statistical test show that the p-value shows that p = 0.005 which means Ho is accepted (p value <0.05), so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the knowledge category and the provision of colostrum. Conclusion: This study means that there is a significant relationship between the factors of Knowledge, Family Support, Support, Information Sources, Parity, Role of Health Workers, Provision of Colostrum in Kayu Kul Village, Pegasing District, Central Aceh Regency in 2022.

Abstract

Adolescence is marked by growth and development in various aspects, including physical, psychological, and intellectual. They tend to have a great sense of curiosity, like challenges, and dare to take risks. However, this also makes them vulnerable to various risks, both in the short and long term. Therefore, health services are needed that care about the needs of adolescents, especially in terms of reproductive health. This study aims to determine whether there is an Influence of Health Education About "the influence of health education about early marriage on the level of Knowledge and attitudes of adolescents at the Tinggi Raja Health Center. Tinggi Raja Village, Tinggi Raja District in 2023. The type of quasi-experimental research with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design, the research sample amounted to 30 people, who were selected using a sampling technique with the Total Sampling Technique. Based on the results of statistical tests using the Wilcoxon test, the results of the p value of knowledge = 0.000 <0.05 and the p value of attitude = 0.000 <0.05. So it is proven that there is a significant influence between health education about early marriage on the level of knowledge and attitudes of adolescents at the Tinggi Raja Health Center. Abstract

Hypertension or high blood pressure is a condition of increased pressure in the arteries. In general, hypertension often does not show symptoms, but blood pressure that is too high can increase the risk of stroke, aneurysm, heart failure, heart attack, and kidney damage. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of giving celery boiled water to the elderly with hypertension at the Rusip Health Center, Rusip Antara District, Central Aceh Regency, Aceh Province in 2022. The type of research is experimental with a research design using one group pre-post design, namely a research design that will be carried out by researchers by involving one group of subjects where the subject group will be observed before being treated and re-observed after being treated. This research was conducted at the Rusip Health Center, Rusip Antara District, Central Aceh Regency in 2022. The population in this study was 51 people, the number of samples used was 20 people using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The results of the study using the Wilcoxon test obtained a Z count value for systolic blood pressure of -2.911 with a p-value of 0.004. It is concluded that there is an effect of giving boiled celery water on reducing both systolic and diastolic blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension at the Rusip Health Center, Rusip Antara District, Central Aceh Regency in 2022.

Abstract

Early marriage is a marriage that occurs at an age below the ideal provisions, where the prospective bride and groom are generally not physically, mentally, or financially ready. Therefore, early marriage is often considered a hasty decision because it is carried out without proper planning and preparation. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of health education about early marriage on the level of knowledge and attitudes of adolescents at the Kuala Health Center, Kuala District, Langkat Regency in 2022. The type of quasi-experimental research with a research design using one group pre-post design, namely This type of research is used to determine the effect of health education about early marriage on the level of knowledge and attitudes of adolescents. This research was conducted at the Kuala Health Center, Kuala District, Langkat Regency in 2022. Abstract

Warm compress is a nursing action by providing warmth to a certain area using a bag filled with warm water so that it creates a warm feeling in the part of the body that needs it. Warm compress can relieve pain and improve the healing process. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of warm compress therapy at the injection site on pain in infants during measles immunization in Pedekok Village, Pegasing District, Central Aceh Regency in 2022. The method in this study is a Quasi Experimental research type with a research design using the Post test only control group design approach. This research was conducted in Pedekok Village, Pegasing District, Central Aceh Regency in 2022, the population in this study was 40 toddlers. then the sample is part of all the objects studied and is considered to represent the entire population. The number of samples used is 40 people using the Non-probability sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire sheet and a respondent observation sheet. the results of data analysis with the Mann Whitney Test obtained a Symp.sig value of 0.000 <0.05 meaning Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is a significant effect between warm compress therapy at the injection site during measles immunization on pain responses in infants in Pedekok Village, Pegasing District, Central Aceh Regency in 2022.

Abstract

One of the plants that is believed to help increase breast milk production is the Moringa leaf (Moringa oleifera). This plant is known as the "miracle tree" because of its very complete nutritional content, such as vitamins A, C, E, calcium, iron, and protein. In addition, Moringa leaves also contain phytochemical compounds that function as galactagogues, which are substances that stimulate breast milk production. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving Moringa leaves on the smoothness of breast milk production in postpartum mothers in Pilar Jaya Village, Rusip Antara District, Central Aceh Regency in 2022. The type of research is Quasi-experimental with a quantitative research design, to explain, test the relationship between variables, and to find out whether there is an effect of giving boiled Moringa leaves on the smoothness of breast milk in postpartum mothers in Pilar Jaya Village, Rusip Antara District, Central Aceh Regency. This research was conducted in Pilar Jaya Village, Rusip Antara District, Central Aceh Regency. Central Aceh in 2022. The population in this study was 20 people, then the sample was part of the entire object studied and was considered to represent the entire population. The number of samples used was 20 people using the Simple Total Sampling technique, the results of the study using the Wilcoxon statistical test with a significance level of sig α 0.05 obtained a p-value of 0.000 <0.05 with a Z value of -3.754 which means there is a difference before being given boiled moringa leaves and after being given boiled moringa leaves on the Smoothness of Breast Milk in Postpartum Mothers in Pilar Jaya Village, Rusip Antara District, Central Aceh Regency in 2022.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of giving boiled celery water to elderly people with hypertension in Bintungan Bejangkar Village, Batahan District, Mandailing Natal Regency in 2022. This study is an experimental type with a one group pre-post test design. In this design, researchers use one group of subjects who will be observed before and after being given treatment. The study was conducted in Bintungan Bejangkar Village, Batahan District, Mandailing Natal Regency in 2022. The study population was 51 people, with a sample of 20 people selected using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The results of the study analyzed using the Wilcoxon test showed that the calculated Z value for systolic blood pressure was -2.911 with a p-value of 0.004. Based on these results, it can be concluded that giving boiled celery water has an effect on reducing blood pressure, both systolic and diastolic, in the elderly with hypertension in the Bintungan Bejangkar Village area, Batahan District, Mandailing Natal Regency in 2022.

Abstract

At the Sumatera Province Tanjung Morawa District exactly at Bangun Rejo Vilage, The high prevalence of anxiety among pregnant women in this region is influenced by high salt consumption exceeding recommendations, irregular eating patterns due to the background of the majority of the population as fishermen, and low compliance with pharmacological therapy due to concerns about side effects on the fetus. As a mitigation effort, non-pharmacological interventions were carried out in the form of music therapy and education about healthy eating patterns. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to increase knowledge and reduce anxiety levels in pregnant women through lecture methods and the application of music therapy. The implementation method includes health education and structured music therapy. The results of the intervention showed an 89% increase in knowledge of pregnant women regarding diet, as well as a decrease in anxiety levels with an average value (mean) of 1.17 in the third to fourth week of therapy.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition of chronic malnutrition characterized by stunted growth in height for a long period of time, so that children have a height that is not appropriate for their age. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors associated with the incidence of stunting in toddlers in Jurusen Village, Pegasing District, Central Aceh Regency in 2022. The method in this study is an analytical observational research type with a research design using a Cross Sectional approach. This research was conducted in Factors Related to the Incidence of Stunting in Toddlers in Jurusen Village, Pegasing District, Central Aceh Regency in 2022. The population in this study was 38 toddlers. then the sample is part of all the objects studied and is considered to represent the entire population. The number of samples used was 38 people using the Total Sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire sheet and a respondent observation sheet. The data analysis technique used the chi-square statistical test. Based on the results of the statistical analysis, it is known that there is a significant relationship between Exclusive Breastfeeding, Father and Mother's Height, Nutritional Status During Pregnancy, Education Status and Knowledge, on the Incidence of Stunting with a value of p = 0.002 (p <0.05) and the highest Exp (B) value of 11.333. This independent variable dominates the significant influence on the Incidence of Stunting in Toddlers in Jurusen Village, Pegasing District, Central Aceh Regency in 2022.

Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding or exclusive breastfeeding is a baby who is given only breast milk, without additional fluids such as formula milk, orange, tea, water, Exclusive breastfeeding is recommended for a period of at least six months, and after six months the baby is introduced to solid foods. While breast milk can be given up to the age of two years or more. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the success of providing exclusive breastfeeding to mothers who work at the Batahan Health Center, Batahan District, Mandailing Natal Regency in 2022. The type of research is Descriptive Analytical with a research design using cross sectional, namely research conducted with momentary observation in a certain period of time and each subject is only observed once. This research was conducted at the Batahan Health Center, Batahan District, Mandailing Natal Regency With the consideration as a place where at the Batahan Health Center, Batahan District, Mandailing Natal Regency. The population in this study was 20 mothers, then the sample was part of the entire object studied and was considered to represent the entire population, the number of samples used was 20 respondents with a total sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire sheet and a respondent observation sheet. The results of the statistical test using Chi-square (p-Value) of 0.01 <0.05, there was a significant relationship between the factors of Age, Knowledge, Attitude and Work Environment with the provision of Exclusive Breastfeeding at the Batahan Health Center, Batahan District, Mandailing Natal Regency in 2022.
