Abstract

Anemia remains a significant nutritional challenge in Indonesia. One of the leading causes of anemia is iron deficiency, which is attributed to the requirement of essential micronutrients in hemoglobin synthesis. Various plant sources have been explored for their potential in alleviating anemia, and one such candidate is the Moringa plant. Moringa leaves, in particular, are known for their rich iron content, and they are often processed into tea to address hemoglobin deficiencies. The primary objective of this study was to determine the optimal dosage of Moringa leaf tea for increasing hemoglobin levels in anemic patients. We conducted quantitative research employing the true experimental method, with a completely randomized design (CRD) involving four distinct treatments and five repetitions. The results revealed the following hemoglobin levels in the treatment groups: treatment 1 (1 gram) resulted in a hemoglobin level of 4.08 g/dl, treatment 2 (1.5 grams) showed a level of 4.78 g/dl, and treatment 3 (2 grams) resulted in a level of 4.08 g/dl. Notably, the control group, which did not receive any treatment, did not exhibit any significant increase in hemoglobin levels. Applying the Bonferroni Post Hoc test to compare the control group with the treatment groups, we observed a p-value of 0.000, where the p-value was less than 0.05, signifying a significant difference in hemoglobin levels before and after treatment. The most effective dose of Moringa leaf tea, determined to be 1.5 grams, yielded the most substantial increase in hemoglobin level.

Abstract

Learning activities have changed in Indonesia as a result of the COVID-19 epidemic. One of them is the SDN Mitra education program. Thus, the purpose of this study was to determine the difficulties in implementing the teaching campus program at SDN Mitra for prospective science educators at FKIP ULM. School administrators, teachers, education personnel, students, and the community at SDN Mitra were the research subjects. An autoethnographic qualitative research approach was used in this study. using unstructured interviews, observation, and documentation as data collection methods. This writing shows that (1) in learning class III, students have skills in teaching, including teaching styles in the classroom, the use of tools when teaching, interaction patterns in teaching, students' ability to arouse curiosity, students' ability to achieve learning objectives, giving questions or oral, giving praise for the results achieved by students. (2) There are 4 grade III students who have difficulties such as reading, writing, and calculating difficulties, (3) In the use of technology at SDN Mitra, there are 2 educators who are not good at using technology. This is due to the age factor so that the ability to use technology is reduced.

Abstract

This research focuses on developing an e-LKPD (electronic Student Worksheet) based on differentiated learning for the topic of matter and its changes, aimed at improving student learning outcomes. The objectives are to assess its validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The study uses a Research and Development (R&D) method with a modified 4D model (Define, Design, Develop) and involves class VIIC students at SMP Negeri 13 Banjarmasin. Data were collected through expert validation sheets, student response questionnaires, and pre-test–post-test evaluations. The e-LKPD achieved a validity score of 0.8, categorized as very valid. Student response questionnaires showed a practicality score of 97.1%, indicating the e-LKPD is highly practical. Effectiveness was measured through N-gain analysis, with an average score of 0.8, categorized as high. These results demonstrate that the developed e-LKPD is a valid, practical, and effective tool for improving students' understanding of the topic and enhancing their overall learning outcomes.
