Abstract

Since 2015, the performance of KSPPS Khidmatul Ummah has continued to show significant improvement. Still in 2015 KSPPS Khidmatul Ummah received a Cooperative Certificate. Then in 2016 he received a certificate for outstanding cooperatives and MSMEs from the Regent of Bogor, received an award for implementing RAT Activities for the 2019 Fiscal Year, received a certificate of award for superior cooperatives at the Bogor Regency level in 2019, and received an operations ranking certificate with AAB qualifications and predicate. Competition is very tight with the increasing number of sharia financial institutions nowadays, so KSPPS Khidmatul Ummah must know consumer behavior in making decisions to become customers of sharia financial institutions. Based on this, this research aims to analyze the factors that influence customer loyalty at the KSPPS Khidmatul Ummah Pamijahan Bogor Branch Office. Based on the research conducted, it is known that the service factor is the first dominant factor that influences customer loyalty at KSPPS Khidmatul Ummah Pamijahan Bogor Branch Office with a variance of 26,658%.

Abstract

Bank Syariah Indonesia is the largest Islamic banking service in Indonesia. This Indonesian Islamic Bank has a problem, namely there is still a lot of public understanding, especially in Pamijahan Bogor District, which is still deviant and there is no complete trust in Bank Syariah Indonesia. This study aims to determine whether there is a positive value between Islamic Banking Literacy, Product Knowledge, and Public Trust on Interest in Savings at Indonesian Islamic Banks. This type of research is quantitative with data collection methods using primary data obtained through questionnaires. Sampling amounted to 270 respondents. The method used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination (R square). The results of this study indicate that Product Knowledge t count 2.784 > t table 1.969 and the resulting sig 0.006 < 0.05 Public Trust t count 9.672 > t table 1.969 and the resulting sig 0.000 < 0.05 So it can be concluded that the variable Product Knowledge, and Public Trust has an effect on Saving Interest in Indonesian Islamic Banks. Meanwhile, Islamic Banking Literacy has no effect on interest in saving at Indonesian Islamic Banks. Simultaneously, the factors of Product Knowledge and Public Trust have a significant and significant effect on Saving Interest in Indonesian Islamic Banks. This is evidenced by the calculated F value of 110.369 > Ftable 2.64 with a sig level of 0.000 or α=5%. While the coefficient of determination R Square is 0.555 or 55,5%, the remaining 44.5% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The micro, small and medium enterprises sector is one of the sectors that has fallen due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This outbreak almost paralyzed the wheels of the domestic economy, one of which was micro, small and medium enterprises experiencing capital difficulties during the Covid-19 pandemic due to declining income. This study aims to find out what factors can influence the interest of micro, small and medium enterprises to apply for financing during the Covid-19 period, especially the Leuwiliang Market area, Bogor Regency. Researchers use the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis type of research. Data collection is carried out through the distribution of questionnaires. The results of this study obtained factors that do not have an influence on the interest of micro, small and medium enterprises to apply for financing during the Covid-19 period in the Leuwiliang Market, Bogor Regency are financial literacy variables and business duration variables. Finally, collateral variables, services, and credit procedures have an influence on micro, small and medium enterprises interest in applying for financing during Covid 19.

Abstract

During this pandemic covid-19, we are required to keep our distance and it is recommended to stay at home, this makes all Islamic banks provide internet-based services to make it easier for customers to make transactions. the importance of using internet-based services such as internet banking and mobile phone banking during the pandemic was felt directly by customers in Dramaga District, this made it easier for researchers to analyze empirically the use of internet banking and mobile phone banking at Islamic banks during the pandemic covid-19. The study used a descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenological approach to research subjects in the Dramaga sub-dist rict. The results of this study indicate that the habit and use of internet banking and mobile phone banking is very high, because customers in Dramaga District feel safe and cost-effective in internet-based use, in addition to being very easy to use, internet banking and mobile phone banking can also be used anytime and anywhere. anywhere. can be seen from the high statement of the factor analysis used. The use of internet-based transactions for the community in Dramaga District must be developed again because its use is very efficient, time-saving and can be used 24 hour.

Abstract

Along with developments and people’s needs for banking services, Islamic bank produts are becoming more numerous and can accommodate people’s needs for banking services, one of which is hajj savings products and this study aims to analyze the forecasting of hajj savings at BJBS KCP Jembatan Merah Bogor bank during a pandemic Covid-19 in 2022-2023. The data produced by researchers are primary data based on data obtained from banks in the 2020-2021 period and secondary data used as a basis for comparison and discussion of past conditions and conditions to be forecasted. This research uses quantitative methods with time series analysis with a descriptive study approach, the types of forecasting used in this study are linear trends, quadratic trends and exponential trends. The results of this forecasting analysis show that based on the MSE value obtained by quadratic trends produce the smallest value, which means it has the lowest error tendency. Forecasting using quadratic trends predicts an increase in prospective Hajj savings customers at Bank BJBS KCP Jembatan Merah Bogor by an average of 12% in 2022 while the average increase in prospective customers in 2023 is 6%.

Abstract

Technological developments that occur continuously affect service patterns in the banking word. Islamic bank and KSPPS in charge of collecting funds and redistributing them as well as serving various other banking transactions can now be done digitally through internet banking and mobile phone banking services. The trend of using internet banking and mobile phone banking services certainly helps the community in conducting transactions during the Covid-19 pandemic. Through this research, it is expected to be able to identify the factors that influence the use of internet banking and mobile phone banking during the Covid-19 pandemic. There are 7 factors studied, namely comfort and safety, literacy, design and features, cost, environment, circumstances/conditions and benefits. The sample was obtained from 15 villages in the Cibungbulang sub-district with 85 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) method which was tested using SPSS. It is hoped that this research can be used as an additional reference for future research.

Abstract

This research examines the factors of social influence, benefits, and security, in influencing or not influencing interest in using financial technology-based applications. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were people in Barengkok Village, Pabangbon Village and Leuwimekar Village. The three villages are in Leuwiliang District, Bogor Regency. The sampling technique uses the Purposive Sampling method. The data used is primary data, namely using a questionnaire with a sample of 300 people. The results of this research show that social influence, benefits and security factors partially and simultaneously influence interest in using financial technology applications

Abstract

Online account opening is regulated in Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) Number 12/PJOK03/2018 concerning the Implementation of Digital Banking Services by Commercial Banks. The Financial Services Authority regulates the provision of digital services for sharia and conventional banks. With these regulations, Bank Syariah Indonesia can provide digital or online services based on existing regulations. This digital or online service provided by Bank Syariah Indonesia aims to make things easier and save customers' time. In connection with this, the aim of this research is to analyze opening an online account on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia, Dramaga Bogor Branch Office. The research method used is a quantitative method. The variables in this research are Service Quality (X1) and Information Quality (X2) and Customer Satisfaction (Y). The research uses SPSS Version 23 tools. The results of this research conclude that service quality and information quality have a positive effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Customer behavior is an activity that discusses and explains how to make decisions both individually and in groups to determine decisions to use or make purchases of a product, in this case an assessment of Islamic banking financing policies. The main objective of this study is to analyze customer behavior in taking financing at Islamic banks. This study used a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by library research, documentation study and observation. The results of this study prove that customer behavior has a positive and significant influence of 86.1% on Islamic banking policies. The realization of these sharia banking policies is based on the behavior of customers who want these sharia banking policies to provide customer trust and satisfaction.

Abstract

The dowry is one of the important elements in marriage in Islamic law which has a strategic position, both as a symbol of a man's seriousness in marrying a woman and as a woman's right that must be given by her husband. However, in the last few decades, the unique dowry phenomenon in several regions, including Yogyakarta, has increasingly attracted attention. This phenomenon includes various forms and values of dowry that do not always comply with Islamic legal standards. This research aims to analyze the unique dowry phenomenon in Yogyakarta in the context of Islamic law and Maqasid Syariah. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study methods, interviews and observations of dowry practices among the people of Yogyakarta. The research results show that unique dowries, even though they often appear different from general dowry provisions, can still be understood within the framework of Maqasid Syariah as long as they do not conflict with basic Islamic principles such as justice, benefit and convenience for the bridal couple. [Mahar merupakan salah satu unsur penting dalam pernikahan dalam hukum Islam yang memiliki kedudukan yang strategis, baik sebagai simbol keseriusan pria dalam menikahi wanita maupun sebagai hak wanita yang harus diberikan oleh suami. Namun, dalam beberapa dekade terakhir, fenomena mahar unik di beberapa daerah, termasuk Yogyakarta, semakin mencuri perhatian. Fenomena ini mencakup berbagai bentuk dan nilai mahar yang tidak selalu sesuai dengan standar hukum Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fenomena mahar unik di Yogyakarta dalam konteks hukum Islam dan Maqasid Syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, wawancara, dan observasi terhadap praktik mahar di kalangan masyarakat Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahar unik, meskipun sering kali tampak berbeda dengan ketentuan mahar yang umum, tetap dapat dipahami dalam kerangka Maqasid Syariah asalkan tidak bertentangan dengan prinsip-prinsip dasar Islam seperti keadilan, kemaslahatan, dan kemudahan bagi pasangan pengantin].
