Abstract

The use of debt by the company must also be controlled, so that it does not exceed the company's own capital, so that internal control is needed, such as management and intensive supervision from the majority shareholder, namely institutional parties.The population in this study is a case study of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2018 period. This study uses secondary data. Collection in the form of annual financial reports of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange via the IDX web. The method of analysis was carried out using descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests and multiple regression analysis.The results of the analysis that has been carried out on companies in the manufacturing sector, regarding the influence of company size, profitability, sales growth on debt policy, it can be concluded that company size has a significant effect on debt policy. Profitability has a significant effect on debt policy and sales growth has no significant effect on debt policy.Advice to potential investors and investors, to pay more attention to these variables in the company before making investment decisions. Management needs to further improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the company such as minimizing costs properly which can increase company profits and ultimately increase company value

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of career development, work facilities and work environment on employee job satisfaction in the technical building of PT Selalu Cinta Indonesia in Salatiga. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used random sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaires. The sample taken was 100 employees who work in the technical building of PT Selalu Cinta Indonesia in Salatiga. The independent variables in this study are career development (X1), work facilities (X2), and work environment (X3) while the dependent variable is employee job satisfaction (Y). The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, namely the work environment (X3) with a regression coefficient of 0.362; then the work facility variable (X2) with a regression coefficient of 0.347, and the career development variable (X1) with a regression coefficient of 0.244. The suggestion in this study is the importance of management to improve career development, work facilities and work environment for employee job satisfaction. Such as improving work facilities and work environment and conducting training for career development

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan, pengembangan karir dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Hwaseung Indonesia Kabupaten Jepara.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di PT Hwaseung Indonesia Kabupaten Jepara sebanyak 21.307 orang, Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditetapkan 100 responden dengan rumus Slovin kemudian menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Variabel bebas (Independen) dalam penelitian ini adalah pelatihan (X1), pengembangan karir (X2) dan pengalaman kerja (X3) variabel terikat (dependen) adalah kinerja (Y). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS.Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung pelatihan adalah 4,504 > t-tabel 1,984 dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, kemudian variabel pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung pengembangan karir adalah 4,055 > t-tabel 1,984 dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan variabel pengalaman kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan nilai t hitung pengalaman kerja adalah 5,653 > t-tabel 1,984dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Angka koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,886. Hal ini berarti bahwa variabel pelatihan, pengembangan karir dan pengalaman kerja mempunyai peranan 88,6% secara bersama-sama untuk dapat menjelaskan atau menerangkan variabel kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 11,4% (100% - 88,6%) dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang mempengaruhi disiplin kerja seperti budaya kerja, kompensasi dan lain-lain.PT Hwaseung Indonesia untuk meningkatkan kesesuaian tujuan pelatihan dengan kebutuhan karyawan, gunakan metode pelatihan yang bervariasi untuk mencakup berbagai gaya belajar, seperti pembelajaran berbasis kasus, simulasi, role-play, dan pelatihan praktis. Untuk pengembangan karir sebaiknya pihak manajemen PT Hwaseung Indonesia untuk membuat dan mendistribusikan panduan karir yang jelas dan komprehensif yang mencakup persyaratan, kualifikasi, dan langkah-langkah yang diperlukan untuk menempati posisi tertentu dan Implementasikan program mentoring di mana karyawan yang lebih berpengalaman dapat membimbing karyawan baru atau kurang berpengalaman. Ini membantu transfer pengetahuan dan keterampilan secara efektif, dan usaha peningkatan pengalaman kerja melalui rotasi jabatan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work experience, and salary on customer service performance at PT JMTO Ruas Tol Semarang ABC. In this study, the population studied was all customer service employees at PT JMTO Ruas Semarang ABC, with a total of 71. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique. The sample criteria in this study were employees who had worked for more than one year. From this population, 60 respondents met the criteria. The quantitative research method used SPSS Version 26. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the instruments used had met the instrument test standards and passed the classical assumption test. Based on hypothesis testing, it was found that: (1) Work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with a coefficient of work discipline variable (X1) of 0.342 (positive), a calculated t value of 4897 greater than the t table of 2.004, and a significance value of 0.00, so that there is a positive influence of work discipline (X1) on employee performance (Y). (2) Work experience has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, with a coefficient of price variable (X2) of 0.451 (positive) a calculated t value of 6.029 greater than the t table of 2.004, and a significance value of 0.00, indicating a positive influence of work experience (X2) on employee performance (Y). (3) Salary has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with a salary variable coefficient (X3) of 0.094 (positive) t-value of 2.418 greater than t-table 2.004, and a significance value of 0.00, indicating a positive influence of salary (X3) on employee performance (Y).. (4) Together, the variables Work discipline (X1), Work experience (X2), and Salary (X3) simultaneously affect employee performance (Y), as evidenced by the F-value of 65.580 greater than F-table 2.54 and a significance value of 0.00. Companies are advised to strengthen the culture of discipline at every level of the organization, provide development opportunities for customer service, and ensure competitive salaries according to employee contributions. For further research, expanding variables, qualitative approaches such as in-depth interviews, and implementing research in other sectors will help gain deeper insights and generalization of research results related to customer service performance.
