Abstract

This research was conducted in the District Bantan SMPN1 Bantan Bengkalis on 04 May till 04 August 2011, in which is the object of this study were students SMPN1 Bantan who have high achievement in school . This study was conducted aimed to determine the extent of student achievement and the factors that influence student achievement , in this study researchers looked only at class VIII course consisting of 3 classes each class of 10 respondents taken 3 classes so over all there were 30 respondents. to obtain accurate data , the researcher used purposive sampling of data retrieval intentionally , koesioner data collection form . This research is a descriptive study in which data is collected and arranged beforehand according to the nature and classified according to the type of data to be analyzed. The survey results revealed bahawa factors that affect student achievement are internal factors ( desire achievement of students , the level of intelligence of the students ) . and external ( family environment that includes how to educate children , young large families , family income , parental education level , family economic circumstances . neighborhood school which includes school supplies , teacher student relationship , the relationship between parents and the school and community environment or a friend to play . could be seen from the achievements of students each follow evaluations most students who have high achievement scored 80-95 , a total of 12 respondents ( 40 % ) , achievement was the value obtained is 7.0 -7.9 , as many as 10 respondents ( 33.33 % ) , and students with low achievement scores ≤ 6.9 each evaluation consists of 8 respondents ( 26.67 % ) . achievement is good followed by the availability of adequate learning tool . factors that affect student achievement is the major internal factors which include the desire of the student achievement , and intelligence factors from within the student . desire high achieving students SMP 01 Bantan based study consisted of 9 respondents , from 9 respondents who had achievements height is 6 respondents ( 66.67 % ) and a proven record of being composed of three respondents ( 33.33 % ) . intelligence students also affect student performance in school . Factors affecting student achievement is not only internal factors but there are external factors behind student achievement in school , external factors include : family environment and school environment . Abstract

Well-being is a condition generally expected by every people in gething safe life and piece. Well-being means that a human condition that releaged from disuption in their life. There are many ways that used by the humans to find the well-being in their life. Beside that, religion clearly help the humans to choose good way to find the well-being in their life and the beyond. This study purposed to find out empirically the correlation between religiosity and well-being in Lubuk Gaung village Siak Kecil district. The hyphotesis in this study is” There is correlation between religiosity and well-being in destitute people. With the population 185 people, the subject of this research is 156 people.Data correlation technique that used in this research is religiosity scale and well-being scale from (Glock and Stark). Data analysis technique that used in this study is (product momen). The result indicated that there is positif correlation that very significant between religiosity and well-being in destitute people. 0,401 in significant phase 0,000 (< 0,001). It means that religiosity has the significant effect to the well-being. With categorizes the grade of religiosity lowest 0 people (0%), low 5 people (3,20%), middle 70 people (44,88%), high 39 people (25%), and highest 42 people (26,92%). And then in well-being, lowest 11 people (7,1%), low 34 people (21,8%), middle 67 peopele (43 %), high 29 people (18,5 %) and highest is people (9,6%).Keyword; Religiosity, Well-being, And Destitute People

Abstract

This study titled Existence Institute of Early Childhood Education (ECD) For poorfamilies in the city of Pekanbaru (ECD studies Mother of Pearl District of Pekanbaru City).Researchers interested in this theme because in Pekanbaru City Early Childhood Education(ECD) is growing. In early childhood education is synonymous with expensive andmiddleclass family owned, but now children - children from poor families also attended aneducation at an early age through the Institute of Early Childhood Education (ECD). Withthe formulation of the problem factors - factors that encourage parents put their children inearly childhood institutions, and How to view (perception) of parents of the existence of earlychildhood institutions.The theory used in this study is the Theory of Education, Theory of the Family, Theoryof view (Perception), Theory of the Poor, Structural and Functional Theory. The researchmethod used is descriptive qualitative. The respondents were 10 people, 2 men - men and 8women, in which respondents were selected based on criteria that parents who came frommiddle-class economy.The results showedthat the factors – factors of parents who are in an environment ofpoor families put their childrenat the Institute for Early Childhood Education (ECD) Motherof Pearlis afactor of importance of education, educational cost factor, the factor of socialrelationships, and infrastructure factors. View (perception) parents are institutions (ECD) isimportant forchildren – children at an early age, as well as givinga lot of progress andnegative child development lies in the child quickly performimitation (impersonation).Teacher steaching professional and social relationships already established throughmeetings, recreation with teachers and parents as well asin the event ofa disaster.Keywords: Education, Early childhood, Poor

Abstract

Highlights the difficulty in this research is ( 1 ) how perception students against sexual behavior the students in the neighborhood of university of staying in Riau corner new urban village Panam Pekanbaru ? ( 2 ) the factors that influence sexual behavior in the neighborhood of Riau university student dormitory new urban village, Pekanbaru Panam this? The purpose of this research is to find how perception student against student sexual behavior university dorm in the neighborhood of Riau corner new urban village Panam Pekanbaru and know the factors that affect sexual behavior in Riau university students who board in Pekanbaru corner panam new urban village . Respondents in the survey respondents was ten people consist of students, who was courting five men and one woman. Approach done on this research is a qualitative descriptive. The on the collection process uses in-depth interviews, observation and documentation.The results of research stated that ( 1 ) perception of staying in sexual behavior student against student board in corner new urban village Panam Pekanbaru can be measured based on ( a ) perception students who believe in regard to sexual behavior as courtship are low because the who believe can improve student learning achievements courtship on campus is only three people with perceived value 30 % ( b ) the perception that it is not good of having sexual behavior like going out relatively high because the lack of education that college students and six others with the religion of the 60 %. ( 2 ) of factors affect sexual behavior students board in a university campus lie in the Riau dominant: ( a ) the internal factor influences which are derived from within the individual influence happens to everyone , as a result give rise to desire syahwat in its interactions with the opposite sex so that elicit a feeling , and desire , of diverse sexual behavior as courtship . ( b ) external factors , who come from outside individual factors affecting sexual behavior of staying in Riau dominant university student in the neighborhood of derived from the influence of their peers , the gracied and supervision from the community , with the number of high as much as almost all the percentage of respondents said as many as 90 % influential , due to nearness emotional and ease information in access the internet and less control of the community leaders and mother of staying in.Keywords: Perception College Students, Sexual Behavior

Abstract

At the present time, the influence of western culture (westernization) too in the adorable among young people make increasingly decaying values and norms. Thus, the moral behavior of the young generation is not in accordance with the norms that exist in society. Sexual problems that occur in various areas also occur in the East Village community Chart District of Bangko Rokan Hilir (visitors Cafe Goli-goli). The purpose of this research is to gain "of how the public perception of the visitors' Cafe Goli-Goli". This research was conducted at RT 10 RW 03 Chart East Village District of Bangko Rokan Hilir. In this study, the research subjects were indigenous East Village Chart already many as 15 respondents and who became Community Leaders in the East Village and supplemented Chart of visitors "Cafe Goli-Goli" A total of 8 visitors, to collect data researchers using the method of observation and in-depth interviews using the interview guide. In analyzing the research data the researcher uses descriptive qualitative analysis. Results showed socioeconomic visitors economic classified medium, it can be seen from the income they earn. And the public perception of dating behavior of visitors Cafe Goli-Goli No Good. Their reasons because it will lead to promiscuity, community hopes that the parties are more assertive in supervising authorities Cafe, what if a visitor finds that violate the values and norms that exist in the society in firm sanctions so that no pornography.Keyword: Public Perception, Visitor Behavior Cafe Goli-Goli.

Abstract

Rural infrastructure development in the Sekodi Village of Bengkalis District that through with one of local government programs in Bengkalis Regency than knowns as Regent Instruction Strengthening Rural Infrastructure Program “INBUP-PPIP” which aims to support efforts to tackle poverty and underdevelopment in rural infrastructure in Bengkalis, so as to more increase community empowerment in the development, the power rural assistance village known as Village development Assistants to provide guidance, coaching, and supervision and management of existing development activities in the village administration in particular the implementation of INBUP-PPIP and community participation is needed in determining the direction of and development priorities in order to achieve a common goal.The author takes the phenomenon of research on the effectiveness of Rural Assistance and community participation in rural infrastructure development to determine the public's assessment of the effectiveness of Rural Assistance, as well as public participation in the development of rural infrastructure in the Sekodi village, this study used a quantitative descriptive analysis and establish a sample of 71 people Head Families (HF) were taken from every Cluster in the village sekodi namely: Cluster in Tanjung sekodi 15% x197HF= 30 people, 15% Cluster in Nyatuh x169 HF = 25 people, cluster in Permai 15% x 109 HF = 16 people.The results showed that, People consider that Rural Assistance still less effective that show in terms of presence on duty in the village, facilitation of planning, implementation, monitoring, communication, still considered less good, although that some people have assessed the development of socialization, planning assistance, ability, and responsibility, results in the presence of a companion rural development in the construction of the village was considered quite good companion, even the public judge for sustainability of care in the village is still part of the population (respondents) who agreed to 45.1% and the others were agreed 45.1% and 9.9% did not agree. while participation in the development of rural infrastructure in sekodi Village still moderate that show of participation in the meetings, mutual assistance, self-power, responsibility,supervision, delivery cheating, keep the fruits of development, utilization of the results, as well as overseeing the development was considered quite active, although the submission of ideas (the proposed development), self-funding, self-help materials assessed to be less active.Keywords: Rural Assistance, Participation, Infrastructure Development

Abstract

Public service is a very strategic role in the State upayah progress in aspired by the people in a country. Therefore, the public service that is effective, simple, clear and definite, open, efficient, timely, responsive, and adaptive. Due to good public services will materialize professional services. Professional services are expected to be done with everything including the service makes the SIM in Pekanbaru Traffic Police. The purpose of this study is to analyze the service in making the two-wheeled vehicle driver's license (SIM C) and knowing the constraints in service in the Police Satlantas Pekanbaru.Descriptive research, which is defined as the process of solving the problem was investigated by exposing or describe the state of the subject and object of research at the present time based on the facts that emerge or that way. In data collection and in-depth interviews the author conducted a search of documents and official records.The results of this study are expected to provide the following benefits: their contributions in order to develop the knowledge, especially in the field of social and political science as well as a reference to improve services, especially in making a driver's license at the Traffic Police Pekanbaru.Results of research conducted at the Traffic Police Pekanbaru through eight indicators considered quite good, but the authors suggest to the Traffic in order to improve services, especially the manufacture of a driver's license two-wheeled vehicles (SIM C) in order to achieve service excellence.Key words: Public Service, manufacture of driving license (SIM C)

Abstract

This research was conducted in the village of Kuok Kuok District of Kampar. The purpose of this study was to determine who the poor population who receivedassistance from the program pemberdayaandanuntukmengetahui How the implementation of the empowerment of poor families in the village of Kuok Kuok District of Kampar. This study titled "Village PemberdayaanMasyarakatMiskindi Kuok Kuok District of Kampar". Topics focus of this research is Who Poor residents who receive assistance from the empowerment and How the implementation of empowerment of poor families in the village of Kuok Kuok District of Kampar. The subject of this research is in the village seluruhkeluargamiskin Kuok. Subject is numbered 10 poor families in Dea Kuok. The author uses descriptive qualitative method and the data were analyzed qualitatively. Instrument Data is observation, interviews and documentation. Assistance received very helpful informant informant household economy to meet the needs of sending their children ranging from elementary, junior high, high school and up keperguruan. However, there are some people who failed in perkebunandisebabkanolehhama. Agriculture caused by pests, edible ungags, and they rarely follow counseling because they are held by the government, with seeds, fertilizers and outreach to the community, help them biased produce satisfactory results.Keywords: empowerment society, Poverty and government

Abstract

This research have a title role of teacher in increases student accomplishment atprivate senior high school 12 Pekanbaru. Based on problem background so thisresearch formulation: is form teacher role in increase student accomplishment atprivate senior high school 12 Pekanbaru? and everything student accomplishment atprivate senior high school 12 Pekanbaru?. This research aims to detect to what teacherrole form in increase student accomplishment at private senior high school 12Pekanbaru and everything student accomplishment at private senior high school 12Pekanbaru. Research conduct at SMAN 12 Pekanbaru. this research time is during 6months commencing from January 2015 until June 2015 or since proposal continuedwith writing skripsi up to scholar test. Population is object or subjek that present at oneparticular area and fulfil certain terms related to research problem Riduwan (2005:11). Population in this research teacher SMAN 12 Pekanbaru that numbers as much as65 students and entire to made sample. This research has descriptive so data analysistechnique that is used depiction technique with words or sentence and separate followthe category to get data conclusion and get accurate conclusion in this research. Basedon data about teacher role in increase student accomplishment at private senior highschool 12 Pekanbaru inferential: 1) teacher role in increase student accomplishment atprivate senior high school 12 Pekanbaru with percentage 76% and belong to intocategory enough. Mean, has part good enough in increase student accomplishment atprivate senior high school 12 Pekanbaru. 2) Student effort to reaches accomplishmentat private senior high school 12 Pekanbaru with percentage 86% and belong to intogood category. Abstract

Research on traditional medicine was conducted in the village of Lubuk Ambacang District of Hulu Kuantan Kuantan District Singingi. This research was conducted with the aim to explain how the belief systems that underlie the use of traditional medicine in the village of Lubuk Ambacang society and how the effective use of traditional medicine in the view of people in Desa Lubuk Ambacang. In this study the author uses qualitative research, is an attempt to present the social world, and perspective in life, in terms of concept, behavior, perception, and the question of human investigate. Data collection techniques using observation, interview and documentation. The research proves that became the foundations of society in the use of traditional herbs that is based on faith (Religion), hereditary tradition as well as fact-based reality has been perceived. While the effectiveness of the use of traditional herbs in the village of Lubuk Ambacang society there are positive that in the field of health, the economy and maintain the tradition of hereditary. There is also a negative effectiveness, such as a distorted belief, believe that the shaman could cure diseases suffered by the patient.Keywords: Traditional medicine, Belief System, Effectiveness
