The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in restrictions on activities in various fields, which have an impact on the decline in the level of the economy. The tourism sector is one of the sectors experiencing the biggest losses due to the current pandemic. Therefore, an adaptation step is needed to ensure the operation of tourism activities, which is the additional of a health protocol to the business process of tourism activities. Kalisuci Tourism Village is one of the tourism villages that implements health protocols in its business processes. However, the implementation of this protocol has not been documented therefor it cannot be evaluated periodically. This community service activity aims to assist tourism village managers in analyzing and documenting business processes with health protocols. This service is expected to help Kalisuci Tourism Village to have business process documentation as a guide to implement standards services for tourists. The methods used in this activity were observation, analysis and evaluation, as well as mentoring services. The results of this activity consist of 3 business process documentation for each business unit in Kalisuci Tourism Village.

This community service activity aims to assist The Child Welfare Institution (LKSA) of the HAMBA Foundation in preparing financial statements. Based on the initial observations, this foundation has not prepared financial statements in accordance to Indonesian Accounting Standards about the presentation of non-profit financial statements. This foundation is supposed to present financial statement in accordance to accounting standard for non-profit organization. The activity of this community service begins with (1) identifying and understanding the existing business processes of The Child Welfare Institution of the HAMBA Foundation, (2) accounting principles and practices at The Child Welfare Institution of the HAMBA Foundation, (3) evaluating whether the financial statements that have been prepared are in accordance with the Accounting Standard for Financial statements in Indonesia, and (4) recommendations for improvement to improve the quality of financial statements. The results achieved from this community service are excel software for The Child Welfare Institution of the HAMBA Foundation. Thus, the foundation can make financial statements quickly and accountably. The recommendation for The Child Welfare Institution of the HAMBA Foundation is to continue using the software to compile the financial reports.

The purpose of this program is to assist Nglinggo Tourism Village management in documenting its business process. Tourism services in Nglinggo are currently regarded to be operated smoothly, however, without sufficient documentation, it is difficult to conduct evaluation activities. Considering the importance of evaluation in the continuous development of the tourism village, business process documentation and evaluation is conducted. This community service was conducted mostly by training and advisory activities. In the advisory activities, program team assisted the management in business process identification, analysis and evaluation, as well as documentation. This documentation phase used Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) while evaluation utilized Quality Evaluation Framework (QEF). The results of this activity consist of documentation of business processes which include tourist services, recap of village tourism receipts and other related services. This service is expected to help Nglinggo Tourism Village to have business process documentation as a guide in order to achieve standards in tourism services.

The community service program aims to assist Pulo Sigeni tourism site to have structured management. Further, it will create accountable dan transparent governance to achieve sustainable tourism destination. Methods used in this program were field observation, training, simulation, and focus group discussion. Constructed and documented recommendation of business process is the result of this project. ABSTRACT The development of online games has become increasingly rapid lately. This dramatically changed the world of digital entertainment. The increase in the use and trading of gaming accounts is one of the most obvious trends in the online gaming sector. Game accounts have Virtual assets, such as characters, skins, weapons and in-game items, have become an important component of the gaming experience. This research seeks to explore the value-forming components and valuation methods of Mobile Legend accounts. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The research object is the Mobile Legend: Bang Bang game account. This research was conducted on the Mobile Legend game application from September to October 2023. Data collection techniques were carried out using literature studies to explore asset valuation methods used for virtual assets. Furthermore, data is collected from game applications, game marketplace websites, and social media. The research results show that there are 10 components that make up the price of a Mobile Legend account, including Rank & level, Emblem, Heroes, Skin, Effects, Battle points, Diamonds, Win Rate & Kill, Death, Assist, Account Age and History and other attributes. Meanwhile, the valuation method commonly used is the market-based approach. The cost-based approach method cannot be used in asset valuation due to the complex cost components and the most feasible calculation using this method is to use a combination of top up and opportunity cost calculations from players. Keywords: Virtual, Asset, Valuation, Mobile Legend. ABSTRAK Perkembangan game online semakin pesat akhir-akhir ini. Ini secara dramatis mengubah dunia hiburan digital. Peningkatan penggunaan dan perdagangan akun game adalah salah satu tren paling nyata di sektor game online. Akun game memilki Aset virtual, seperti karakter, skin, senjata, dan item in-game, telah menjadi komponen penting dalam pengalaman bermain game. Penelitian ini berusaha mengeksplorasi terhadap komponen pembentuk nilai dan metode valuasi akun Mobile Legend. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Obyek penelitian adalah akun game Mobile Legend: Bang Bang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada aplikasi game Mobile Legend selama bulan September hingga Oktober 2023. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi pustaka untuk menelusuri metode-metode valuasi aset yang digunakan untuk aset virtual. Selanjutnya data dikumpulkan dari aplikasi game, website marketplace game, dan media sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 10 komponen pembentuk harga akun Mobile Legend, diantaranya Rank & level, Emblem, Heroes, Skin, Efek, Battle poins, Diamonds, Win Rate & Kill, Death, Assist, Account Age and History serta atribut lain. Sementara itu, metode valuasi yang umum digunakan adalah market-based approach. Metode cost-based approach belum dapat digunakan dalam valuasi aset disebabkan oleh komponen-komponen penyusun biaya yang kompleks dan perhitungan yang paling memungkinkan dilakukan dengan metode ini adalah dengan menggunakan kombinasi perhitungan top up dan opportunity cost dari pemain. Kata kunci: Virtual, Aset, Valuasi, Mobile Legend.

This community service aims to help improve the empowerment of the Merpati Pos Sports Association (POMP) community in Sleman Regency, known as Sembada Sleman POMP through mentoring on good financial management. The implementation of the activity begins with (1) identifying and understanding the business processes that exist in this community, (2) the practice of financial recording that has been carried out so far, (3) evaluating the process of financial recording and the use of financial information as a basis for evaluation and planning, and (4) recommendations in the form of SOP proposals for financial records and the use of financial information as a basis for evaluation and planning activities. The results achieved from this community service are to develop Excel software for the SEMBADA SLEMAN POMP community so that they can make financial reports quickly and accountably and use financial information as material for evaluation and activity planning. The recommendation for the SEMBADA SLEMAN POMP community is to use the software in compiling financial reports. Servants will always be ready to assist when experiencing difficulties.

This community service activity aims to provide financial planning training at the Yogyakarta Special Region of Yogyakarta Special Region for the Integrated Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities (BRTPD DIY). Based on initial observations, it is known that persons with disabilities have not received training regarding financial management skills. The problem that occurs is that BRTPD DIY has limitations in competent human resources in the field of financial management. The implementation of the activity begins with collecting references on disability. The second stage is to identify the special needs of persons with disabilities. The third stage is the preparation of personal financial planning training materials. The last stage is the implementation of training activities. The results achieved in this community service activity are an increase in the competence of instructors at BRTPD DIY related to financial management. This is to prepare for further activities to include financial management as part of the rehabilitation program in BRTPD DIY.
