Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan mengenai kewirausahaan, serta membangkitkan dan meningkatkan jiwa kewirausahaan bagi masyarakat Dusun Ngasemayu Desa Salam Kecamatan Patuk Kabupaten Gunung Kidul. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dan pendampingan. Kegiatan pengabdian mampu meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam bidang penanaman jiwa kewirausahaan. Hasil pengabdian ini mampu menggerakkan jiwa kewirausahaan peserta sehinggga lebih mengembangkan usaha agar menjadi usahanya menjadi lebih besar, baik dalam jumlah produk yang dihasilkan maupun dalam  pemasaran..

Abstract

Intisari Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) adalah model perhitungan yang digunakan untuk mengestimasi besarnya tingkat pengembalian yang diharapkan dari suatu investasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan analisis kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja saham-saham yang terdaftar di indeks saham LQ 45 periode 2019-2020 berdasarkan tingkat pengembalian dan risiko serta mengetahui saham efisien dan tidak efisien pada masa pandemi Covid-19 berdasarkan metode CAPM. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 45 perusahaan dan sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 36 saham perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dipilih berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 36 saham perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel terdapat 25 saham perusahaan yang termasuk dalam kategori saham efisien dan 11 saham perusahaan yang termasuk dalam kategori saham tidak efisien. Kelompok saham efisien memiliki tingkat pengembalian individu lebih besar daripada tingkat pengembalian yang diharapkan. Kelompok saham tidak efisien memiliki tingkat pengembalian individu lebih kecil daripada tingkat pengembalian yang diharapkan. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah keputusan investasi yang harus diambil oleh investor dalam membeli saham yang efisien dan berada dalam kondisi undervalue menurut CAPM, serta menjual saham tidak efisien karena saham dalam kondisi overvalue. Abstract

This Community Service aims to empower people in the POJOK environment in structuring and developing the prayer garden of the Maria Cave, Mother of Eternal Helper (GMPA). Partners involved in this service are volunteers, observers, and donors. The steps in this community service are (1) Conducting discussions with the people who live around the cave location; (2) Assisting the people in arranging the place of prayer to create a comfortable, clean, neat, beautiful, cool, safe, and polite atmosphere; (3) Helping the people to obtain funds to buy sand, cement, bricks in the business of making boreholes and providing RO water; (4) Assisting the people in managing and maintaining the facilities in the location around the Maria Cave; and (5) Assisting the people in serving the visitors to the Cave of Mary who will pray. The result of this service is the implementation of the arrangement of facilities and environments for prayer places, such as water sources, bathrooms, shade trees, and seats. With the support of donors, at this time the Cave of Mary has also been equipped with various adequate prayer facilities, such as a statue of Mary, the Corpus of Jesus, and a candle holder. With the availability of complete prayer facilities and a neat arrangement of the cave environment, now the Maria Cave "Eternal Helper" is a place of prayer that has a comfortable, clean, cool, and solemn atmosphere.

Abstract

Community service aims to make (a) the creation of a clean enclosure environment; clean water supply, availability of cattle breeding facilities, availability of standard and hygienic milking equipment, the achievement of milk that meets quality standards, availability of milk heating equipment, and the availability of cooling equipment for milk storage; (b) the creation of marketing networks of milk products, increased ability to use the Internet network for expansion of marketing, increased ability to manage finance through cash book entry and cash out, increasing ability of partner to operate computer-based financial application programs, obtain permission trade mark and entrepreneurship spirit for keeper of dairy cattle. After conducting discussion with Partners 1 and Partner 2, we provided the necessary trainings to help overcome the weaknesses of Partnerss. Partner's weaknesses were limited marketing of milk to cooperatives, cattle raising, simple pasteurization milk processing, business management/marketing, and bookkeeping and profit report creation. There were several steps that were taken, which included: cleaning training, milking training, pasteurized milk making training, business management training, bookkeeping training and production cost calculation, profit and loss calculation, and marketing management training. The results were providing facilities for activities and new markets that can increase revenues.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to enhance entrepreneurial motivation, improve understanding of human resource optimization, improve partners' understanding of business plans and also produce business plan documents as business development plans and improve financial management. As a result, innovative product designs have the value of selling by utilizing information technology, understanding and entrepreneurship skills in their fields, enhancing the ability of craftsmen in using the Internet network for expansion of marketing, improving financial management through cash flow, and the ability of partners to operate a financial-based application program a simple computer. Participatory approaches are used for partners to actively participate in all activities from start to finish. After conducting discussion with Partners 1 and 2, we provided the necessary training and mentoring to help overcome the weaknesses of Partners 1 and Partners 2, pottery craftsmen in Panjangrejo Pundong area, Bantul. After completing the program, it can be concluded that Partner 1 and Partner 2 were extremely enthusiastic in this activity due to the desire to be good at developing their business and all targeted indicators have been achieved, for example, customer identification and availability of production equipment.

Abstract

The purpose of this program is to assist Nglinggo Tourism Village management in documenting its business process. Tourism services in Nglinggo are currently regarded to be operated smoothly, however, without sufficient documentation, it is difficult to conduct evaluation activities. Considering the importance of evaluation in the continuous development of the tourism village, business process documentation and evaluation is conducted. This community service was conducted mostly by training and advisory activities. In the advisory activities, program team assisted the management in business process identification, analysis and evaluation, as well as documentation. This documentation phase used Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) while evaluation utilized Quality Evaluation Framework (QEF). The results of this activity consist of documentation of business processes which include tourist services, recap of village tourism receipts and other related services. This service is expected to help Nglinggo Tourism Village to have business process documentation as a guide in order to achieve standards in tourism services.

Abstract

The community service program aims to assist Pulo Sigeni tourism site to have structured management. Further, it will create accountable dan transparent governance to achieve sustainable tourism destination. Methods used in this program were field observation, training, simulation, and focus group discussion. Constructed and documented recommendation of business process is the result of this project. Hence, this recommendation is expected to be a guidance for tourism operator to operate business activities in this location which give benefit in community empowerment as well as establish environmentally friendly tourism destination. Abstract

The existence of a coffee shop (warkop) as a business option for the community is very easy to find where it serves coffee of various types. The ease of entering the coffee shop market has an impact on the competition between coffee shops in obtaining increasingly fierce consumers. The COVID-19 pandemic also has an impact on the sustainability of coffee shops because income has decreased and cannot finance business operations. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) coffee shops who have good financial literacy will be able to manage finances and increase business income. This community service aims to provide assistance to coffee shop business actors, especially in Omak Kopi SMEs regarding financial literacy and financial management. The results of this assistance are MSME actors Omak Kopi (1) have financial literacy in the medium category including financial institution service products to invest by saving, making loans, and insurance; and (2) able to perform financial management by making good financial records. This assistance has implications for increasing financial literacy and managing business finances which in turn increases the income of MSME actors during the COVID-19 pandemic. Abstract

This study aims to find out whether: 1) trust mediates the influence of website quality toward repurchase interest, 2) trust mediates the influence of the perceived benefits toward repurchase interest, 3) trust mediates E-WOM's influence toward repurchase interest, 4) trust mediates security influence toward repurchase interest, in Lazada consumers in Yogyakarta. The population in this study are the locals of Yogyakarta community who had made an online purchase at Lazada. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires by using google form to 116 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study is Partial Least Square using the WarpPLS 6.0 application. The results showed that: 1) trust mediated the influence of website quality toward repurchase interest, 2) trust mediated the influence of perceived benefits toward repurchase interest, 3) trust mediated E-WOM influence toward repurchase interest, 4) trust does not mediate the influence of security toward repurchase interest

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui potensi kepariwisataan; (2) kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya pariwisata dan (3) mengetahui intensi kewirausahaan sosial masyarakat yang dalam rangka pengembangan pariwisata yang berkelanjutan (sustainable tourism) di Dusun Tegalbalong, Kalurahan Bimomartani, Kapanewon Ngemplak, Kabupaten Sleman. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif.  Metode observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka   digunakan  mendapatkan informasi mengenai potensi kepariwisataan. Analisis deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk memformulasikan Strategi Pengembangan Pariwisata Berkelanjutan Tegal Balong berdasarkan Analisis SWO. Hasil penilitian ini menunjukkan adanya potensi Pancuran Tuk Bulus yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi destinasi wisata yang berkelanjutan karena potensi alam, budaya dan intensi kewirausahaan sosial masyarakt yang kuat. Hal lain yang ditemukan berkaitan dengan cukup tingginya kesadaran pariwisata dan intensi kewirausahaan social masyarakat di Dusun Tegalbalong, Kalurahan Bimomartani, Kapanewon Ngemplak, Kabupaten Sleman. Kata kunci: pariwisata berkelanjutan, analisis SWOT, intensi kewirausahaan sosial, unique selling point  ABSTRACT This study aims to (1) determine the tourism potential; (2) public awareness of the importance of tourism and (3) know the intentions of community social entrepreneurship in the context of developing sustainable tourism (sustainable tourism) in Tegalbalong Hamlet, Bimomartani Village, Kapanewon Ngemplak, Sleman Regency. This research is qualitative descriptive research. Methods of observation, interviews, and literature study are used to obtain information about tourism potential. Qualitative descriptive analysis was used to formulate the Tegal Balong Sustainable Tourism Development Strategy based on the SWO Analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a potential for Pancuran Tuk Bulus which can be developed into a sustainable tourist destination because of the potential for nature, culture, and the community's strong social entrepreneurial intention. Another thing that was found was related to the high level of tourism awareness and social entrepreneurship intentions of the community in Tegalbalong, Bimomartani Village, Kapanewon Ngemplak, Sleman.Keywords: sustainable tourism, SWOT analysis, social entrepreneurship intention, a unique selling point.
