Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of leadership and compensation on employee performance through job satisfaction of employees at PT. Tunggal Perkasa Plantation Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population in this study included employees in the field of PT. Tunggal Perkasa Plantation, Indragiri Hulu Regency, amounting to 110 people. Primary data is collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study is to use path analysis (path analysis) with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique that has been chosen is the census method (110 employees at PT. Tunggal Perkasa Plantation Indragiri Hulu Regency) The results showed that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence of leadership on employee performance, 2) there is a positive and significant effect of compensation on employee performance, 3) there is a positive and significant influence of employee job satisfaction on employee performance, 4) there is influence positively and significantly leadership on employee performance through employee job satisfaction, 5) there is a positive and significant effect of compensation on employee performance through employee job satisfaction.Keywords : Leadership, Compensation, Employee Performance, and Work Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work placement, training and compensation simultaneously and partially on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Flora Wahanatirta PKS in Kebun Durian, Gunung Sahilan Sub-District. The population in this study were employees of PT. Flora Wahanatirta PKS in Kebun Durian, Gunung Sahilan Sub-district, totaling 103 people. The sample used was 51 respondents. The sampling technique used is Probability Sampling with the type of propotionate stratified random sampling. Analysis of the data used is statistical analysis using the SPSS 17.0 program. The results of the analysis with the SPSS program, found that the relationship between work placement (X1), training (X2) and compensation (X3) with employee job satisfaction (Y) has a very strong relationship level that is equal to 0.805. Simultaneously, the variable work placement (X1), training (X2) and compensation (X3) affect employee job satisfaction (Y). Partially, the work placement variable (X1) has no effect on employee job satisfaction (Y), while the training variable (X1) and compensation (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction (Y).Keywords: work placement, training, compensation, employee job satisfaction

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of learning and commitment ofbusiness actors on business performance moderated by the entrepreneurial spiritin the tofu & tempeh industry in Pekanbaru City. The population in this researchis female MSME actors in the tofu & tempe industry in Pekanbaru City, totaling50 business actors. The number of samples in this research was 50 businessactors based on predetermined criteria. The sampling technique in this researchused the Purposive Sampling method. The data analysis method for this researchuses SPSS. The research results show that there is an influence of learning onbusiness performance. The commitment of business actors influences businessperformance. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of entrepreurial motives andentrepreneurial spirit on business performance with the commitment of businessactors as an intervening variable in the tofu & tempe industry in Pekanbaru City.Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents. The dataanalysis method for this research uses SPSS. The research results show thatentrepreneurial motives have a positive effect on the performance of businessactors. The entrepreneurial spirit influences business performance. Thecommitment of business actors has a positive effect on the performance ofbusiness actors. Entrepreneurial motives have a positive effect on the commitmentof business actors. The entrepreneurial spirit has a positive effect on thecommitment of business actors. Entrepreneurial motives do not have a positiveeffect on business performance.
