Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of leadership and compensation on employee performance through job satisfaction of employees at PT. Tunggal Perkasa Plantation Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population in this study included employees in the field of PT. Tunggal Perkasa Plantation, Indragiri Hulu Regency, amounting to 110 people. Primary data is collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study is to use path analysis (path analysis) with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique that has been chosen is the census method (110 employees at PT. Tunggal Perkasa Plantation Indragiri Hulu Regency) The results showed that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence of leadership on employee performance, 2) there is a positive and significant effect of compensation on employee performance, 3) there is a positive and significant influence of employee job satisfaction on employee performance, 4) there is influence positively and significantly leadership on employee performance through employee job satisfaction, 5) there is a positive and significant effect of compensation on employee performance through employee job satisfaction.Keywords : Leadership, Compensation, Employee Performance, and Work Satisfaction

Abstract

This study was aims to examine the effect of Training, Placement, and Work Discipline on Employees Perfomance of Royal Asnof Hotel. Pekanbaru. This research used 70 respondents as the sample. To analyze the data, this research used Multiple linear regression analysis by using Statistical Package for Social sciences (SPSS). The result of this study indicate that partially, Training have a positive and significant effect on employees performance, Placement have a significant effect on employees performance, work discipline have a significant effect on employees performance. and simultanously, all variables included have a significant effect on Employees performance.Keywords : Training, Work Discpline, Employee Performance

Abstract

The research was carried out at village owned enterprises (BUMDes) which areincluded in the basic clasification in kuantan singingi regency.. the purpose ofconducting this research is.1) that influence the influence of knowledge that onperformance of BUMDes managers 2) that influence the skills that onperformance of BUMDes managers 3) to influence the influence of attitudes onthe performance of BUMDes managers on Kuantan Singingi Regency. The samplein this research were BUMDes managers which included a basic classification of165 BUMDes with a total of 255 managers.The independent variables in thisstudy are knowledge, skills and work attitudes, while the dependent variable is themanager's performance. The sample analysis method used is descriptive analysis,quantitative analysis is validity test, reliability test, hypothesis testing using WarpPLS program 0.7The results showed that 1) Knowledge variable (X1) has aneffect but not significant on performance (Y) because its significance value was0.06. This value is greater than the alpha value of 0.05.2) Skills (X2) and WorkAttitude (X3) variables have a significant on performance (Y) because thesignificance value is <0.01. the value are smaller than the alpha value of 0.05; 3)Of the two independent variables that have a significant effect, the Skills variable(X2) is the independent variables owned as the clear influence on performance(Y) because it has the largest path coefficient value, ie 0.22; Keywords: Knowledge, skills, work attitude and manager performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of working experience and workingdiscipline on employee performance with the physique working environment as amoderating variable at PT.citra riau sarana logas tanah darat subdistrict kuantansingingi regency. Population in this study include permanent employees ofPT,citra riau sarana t0 81 people. Primary data was collected by using aquestionnaire as an instrument to prove the result of the study, to test thehypothesis in this study, using multiple regression using spss software version forwindows. Sampling using non probability sampling method with saturatedsampling technique. The results of the study show that: 1)there is a significantinfluence between work experience on the performance of employee of PT.citrariau sarana. 2) there is a significant influence between the influence of disciplineon the performance of employee of PT.citra riau sarana. 3) there is a significantinfluence between work experience on employee performance and the workenvironment as a moderating variable at PT.citra riau sarana. 4) there is asignificant influence of work discipline on employee performance with the workenvironment as a moderating variable at PT.citra riau sarana. Keywords : experience, discipline, environment, performance

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of Leadership and Work Discipline onthe Quality of Public Services through Work Motivation in the Department ofPopulation and Civil Registration in the city of Pekanbaru. This study uses aquantitative approach. The sample in this study was 100 employees at theDepartment of Population and Civil Registration in the city of Pekanbaru.Sampling using the Saturated sampling technique method. The research instrumentused a questionnaire and was analyzed using path analysis using SPSS. The resultsof the study show that 1) There is a positive and significant influence betweenleadership and the quality of public service, 2) There is a positive and significantinfluence between work discipline and the quality of public service, 3) There is apositive and significant influence between work motivation and service qualitypublic, 4) There is a positive and significant influence between leadership and thequality of public services through work motivation, 5) There is a positive andsignificant influence between work discipline and the quality of public servicesthrough work motivation. Keywords : Leadership, Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Public ServiceQuality
