Abstract

Human resource management is a critical aspect of improving quality in order to achieve the organization's vision. For existing resources to contribute appropriately and be loyal to the school, the school must also provide favorable treatment. Based on this, the authors are interested in examining positive attitudes in educational institutions. From the results of the consideration of the situation in the field, several findings make the authors interested in researching organizational justice, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. This study focuses on one of the private educational institutions of SMA Islam Terpadu X. The total population and sample in this study were 58 respondents. The analytical technique used is structured equation modeling (SEM) with partial least square research tools with data collection methods using questionnaires to all employees. The results of this study are that organizational justice has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction while others do not.

Abstract

Bank Muamalat as an Islamic financial institution operates without an interest system, so it is expected to be able to overcome the economic problems of Muslims through various financing schemes, including musyarakah financing. The greater the increase in musyarakah financing, the greater the potential for increasing bank income. However, not all financing has a significant impact on income. This study aims to analyze the effect of musyarakah financing on PT. Bank Muamalat's income during January-October 2019. The method used is quantitative with classical assumption test analysis techniques, simple regression, coefficient of determination, and t-test. The results of the study showed that musyarakah financing had a significant effect on Bank Muamalat's income with a correlation value of 0.921. The regression equation obtained is Y = 4.305 - 0.263X, which means that the effect of musyarakah financing on income is 92.1%, while 7.9% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This research is a field research with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires and Google Forms, while data analysis used quantitative methods that include data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 20 application based on 97 respondents. The results showed that the independent variables, namely marketing influence and brand influence, simultaneously influenced purchasing decisions by 94.5%, while the remaining 5.5% were influenced by other variables. Hypothesis testing showed that marketing influence (X1) had a significance value of 0.000
