Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran manajemen akreditasi dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di MTsS Ulumuddin, Lhokseumawe. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akreditasi A yang diraih MTsS Ulumuddin berkontribusi signifikan terhadap penguatan manajemen lembaga, peningkatan kompetensi tenaga pendidik, pengembangan sarana dan prasarana, serta perbaikan hasil belajar siswa. Strategi yang diterapkan meliputi penguatan manajemen berbasis sekolah, integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran, monitoring dan evaluasi rutin, serta keterlibatan stakeholder dalam mendukung program madrasah. Akreditasi menjadi katalisator transformasi yang mendorong keberlanjutan mutu pendidikan melalui siklus evaluasi, perbaikan, dan inovasi. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa akreditasi bukan hanya alat penilaian tetapi juga instrumen strategis untuk pengelolaan madrasah yang lebih efektif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis terhadap literatur manajemen pendidikan dan implikasi praktis bagi madrasah lain untuk mengadopsi strategi serupa dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan mereka.

Abstract

Compared to formal educational institutions, Islamic boarding schools have their uniqueness and many advantages. Today's Islamic boarding schools provide learning about religious knowledge and entrepreneurship to equip and provide independence when returning to the community. This study aims to analyze the types of entrepreneurial empowerment of students and analyze the strategies of the Nurul Ulum Islamic Boarding School in Kemuningsari Lor Village, Panti District, Jember Regency in empowering santri entrepreneurship. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. While the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The study results show that the types of entrepreneurial empowerment activities that are managed and developed by the pesantren are adapted to the conditions of the pesantren environment, infrastructure, and capabilities possessed by the pesantren. First, the generated businesses result from waste management (making cellphone bags, handkerchiefs, school bags, and brooches). Second, dress code (sewing) in clothes, headscarves, coats, and pants. Then, the entrepreneurial strategies implemented at the Nurul Ulum Islamic Boarding School include cost leadership, differentiation strategies, and focus strategies. This research contributes in-depth knowledge that Islamic boarding schools play an essential role in entrepreneurship in providing new jobs and poverty alleviation and contributing to the country's economic development.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the reinforcement of the character trait of peacefulness in students through the habitual communication practice of the "3S" approach ("senyum," "salam," and "sapa") or smiling, greeting, saying hello at Taman Todda Qur'ani Early Childhood Education (PAUD) School in Jepara. The research employs a qualitative approach, with the study conducted at Taman Todda Qur'ani PAUD School in Jepara. The primary data sources for this research include the principal and teachers within the school environment. Data collection techniques involve interviews, observations, and documentation related to reinforcing the character of peacefulness through the habitual communication practice of the "3S" approach. The data analysis process involves data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The findings indicate that the habitual communication practice of "3S" effectively strengthens the students' character of peacefulness in the early childhood education environment of Taman Todda Qur'ani PAUD. Indicators of peaceful character include speaking politely to others when resolving conflicts, avoiding physical force, and demonstrating mutual love and care. The character of peacefulness is an attitude that fosters a sense of calm, safety, and comfort within society.
