Abstract

Spinal anestesi adalah prosedur pemberian obat anestesi untuk menghilangkan rasa sakit pada pasien yang akan menjalani pembedahan dengan menginjeksikan obat anestesi, Coloading ternyata lebih efektif dalam insiden mempertahankan tekanan darah tetap normal dengan pemberian cairan koloid, Tujuan : untuk mengetahui Perbedaan Coloading Cairan Koloid (terastarch) dengan Kristaloid (ringer laktat) terhadap Tekanan Darah Post Spinal Anestesi pada pasien Bedah Ortopedi di Rumah Sakit Umum Islam Kustati Surakarta. Metode Penelitian : menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional, teknik observasional analitik data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji Mann Whitney U Test. Hasil : penelitian ini dilakukan dari Februari s/d Maret 2024, berdasarkan 300 pasien dengan jumlah sampel 20 responden terdapat 10 responden dengan cairan koloid dan 10 responden dengan cairan kristaloid, Mann Whitney U Test didapatkan Sig.(2-tailed) 0,002 (< 0,05). Simpulan : H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang berarti ada perbedaan Coloading Cairan Koloid (terastarch) dengan Kristaloid (ringer laktat) Terhadap Tekanan Darah Post Spinal Anestesi

Abstract

This study investigates "The Impact of Digital Service and Innovative Work Behavior on Employee Performance: The Mediating Role of Job Satisfaction." It aims to explore how Digital Service and Innovative Work Behavior influence Employee Performance, with Job Satisfaction acting as a mediating variable. Theresearch proposes five hypotheses: H1 posits that Digital Service positively affects Job Satisfaction; H2 suggests that Digital Service enhances Employee Performance; H3 indicates that Innovative Work Behavior positively influences Job Satisfaction; H4 asserts that Innovative Work Behavior improves EmployeePerformance; and H5 evaluates the mediating effect of Job Satisfaction on the relationships between Digital Service, Innovative Work Behavior, and Employee Performance. Using a questionnaire distributed to 200 respondents, this study seeks to provide valuable insights into the interconnectedness of these factors and their collective impact on enhancing employee performance.
