Abstract

This study aims to analyze the bank soundness assessment using  ANGELS approach in an Islamic bank. This research is a qualitative research. This research uses a non-interactive qualitative approach that is an analysis research that conducts an assessment based on document analysis and provides interpretation of a concept. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is done by using structured interviews using prepared questionnaires. Secondary data from this research are sharia financial report year 2016 in the form of ROA, ROE, CAR, NPF, LDR, and MR. The results of this study indicate that the soundness assessment of Islamic bank using ANGELS has a score of 86.79 so it is said to be soundless. The concept of ANGELS which consists of Amanah Management, Non-Economic Wealth, Give Out, Earning, Capital and Asset, Liquidity and Sensitivity to Market and Economy Wealth in practice needs to be done revision is indicators Amanah Management of accountability to God and accountability to nature because in practice these indicators are contrary to the concept practiced in the field. Revision of accountability to God and accountability to nature is changed into ihsan and tablig.JEL Classification: G21; G24DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/jkdp.v22i1.1563

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pemasaran digital terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan E-commerce.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 perusahaan E-Commerce yang dianalisis selama 5 tahun dari tahun 2016-2020. Sumber data penelitian terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder. Data primer menggunakan kuesioner dari berbagai pihak manajemen perusahaan E-Commerce. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan E-Commarce selama 5 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran digital berpengaruh positif terhadap inovasi berkelanjutan. Pemasaran digital berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan E-Commerce. Sedangkan variabel inovasi berkelanjutan mampu memediasi pengaruh pemasaran digital terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan E-commerce. Temuan ini memiliki implikasi penting bagi pelaku E-commerce di Indonesia, bahwa keberadaan pemasaran digital dan inovasi berkelanjutan dapat membantu perusahaan untuk tetap eksis dan bersaing di tengah kemajuan teknologi untuk kinerja keuangan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Performance measurement is very important, because performance measurement can later be used as a performance evaluation in the future by taking into account financial and non-financial aspects. The purpose of this study was to determine the BSC design in Koperasi Syariah Sekar Tanjung. This research is a qualitative research, that data in the form of descriptive explanations that explain a description of certain objects and results. This study uses the BSC perspective to design the BSC in Koperasi Syariah Sekar Tanjung Jember. The data analysis method used is describing the vision and mission, SWOT analysis, determining alternative strategies, causal relationships between perspectives, determining lead and lag indicators of alternative strategies as well as targets and initiatives of strategic objectives, and determining implementation mechanisms. Koperasi Syariah Sekar Tanjung Strategy, Arjasa District, Jember Regency, when designed using BSC seen from 4 perspectives, it is necessary to improve the quality of human resources, improve the quality of excellent service to customers, increase customer satisfaction, and increase financial ratios.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, governance on the risk and soundness of Islamic banking. Methodology: This research is a quantitative research. The sample in this study was 10 Islamic banking institutions in Indonesia which were analyzed for 10 years from 2011-2020 while the data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. The primary data used in this study was used by using a questionnaire in various management parties related to the health of Islamic Banks with the ANGELS approach. While the secondary data in the study is the data of Islamic banking financial statements for 10 years. Results: The results showed that the capital structure had a positive effect on the health of Islamic banks, while governance and risk had a significant positive effect on the health of Islamic banks. Originality: The originality of this research is an assessment of the health of Islamic banks measured using ANGELS this is because the CAMELS and RGEC methods have often been used by Islamic banks as an assessment of the health of Islamic banks. This research contributes to the importance of capital structure, governance and risk management for Islamic banks in Indonesia so that the health of Islamic banks improves.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Islamic culture and management capability on the performance of employees at Bank Syariah Indonesia through work motivation as a mediating variable. This study was conducted at Bank Syariah Indonesia, which is considered the largest bank in Indonesia. The results of the study indicate that Islamic culture has a positive influence on work motivation, management capability has a positive influence on work motivation, work motivation has a significant positive influence on employee performance, Islamic culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, management capability has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, and the influence of Islamic culture on employee performance through work motivation is significant, as well as the influence of management capability on employee performance through work motivation being significant

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemasaran digital terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan e-commerce dengan inovasi berkelanjutan sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan bersifat eksplanatori. Sampel terdiri dari 30 perusahaan e-commerce global yang dipilih secara purposive berdasarkan kriteria pendapatan minimum, P/E ratio, dan margin operasional positif. Data diperoleh dari laporan keuangan dan sumber daring resmi. Pengujian hubungan antar variabel dilakukan menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan dan inovasi berkelanjutan. Namun, inovasi berkelanjutan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, serta tidak memediasi hubungan antara pemasaran digital dan kinerja keuangan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa perusahaan e-commerce sebaiknya memprioritaskan strategi pemasaran digital yang adaptif dan terukur untuk mendongkrak kinerja keuangan dalam jangka pendek. Meskipun inovasi berkelanjutan penting, dampaknya terhadap kinerja keuangan perlu waktu dan dukungan strategi jangka panjang.
