Abstract

Computerization of society has substantially improved the ability to generate and collect data from a variety of sources. A large amount of data has flooded almost every aspect of people's lives. AMIK HASS Bandung has an Informatic Management Study Program consisting of three areas of concentration that can be selected by students in the fourth semester including Computerized Accounting, Computer Administration, and Multimedia. The determination of concentration selection should be precise based on past data, so the academic section must have a pattern or rule to predict concentration selection. In this work, the data mining techniques were using Naive Bayes and Decision Tree J48 using WEKA tools. The data set used in this study was 111 with a split test percentage mode of 75% used as training data as the model formation and 25% as test data to be tested against both models that had been established. The highest accuracy result obtained on Naive Bayes which is obtaining a 71.4% score consisting of 20 instances that were properly clarified from 28 training data. While Decision Tree J48 has a lower accuracy of 64.3% consisting of 18 instances that are properly clarified from 28 training data. In Decision Tree J48 there are 4 patterns or rules formed to determine concentration selection so that the academic section can assist students in determining concentration selection.

Abstract

Sebagai wilayah yang terus berkembang, Kecamatan Coblong mengalami banyak perubahan. Meningkatnya konektivitas dan digitalisasi telah menimbulkan tantangan baru, tetapi juga telah membuka peluang untuk meningkatkan potensi ekonomi dan sosial di daerah tersebut. Website Coworking Space ini dibuat dengan tujuan utama untuk menjadi sumber informasi yang memungkinkan masyarakat untuk mengakses peluang penjualan produk lokal. Diharapkan para pelaku usaha dapat memasarkan barang-barang unggulan mereka dengan lebih efektif dengan menyediakan platform yang terintegrasi. Metode pelatihan untuk adopsi situs web Coworking Space di Kecamatan Coblong memberikan pengarahan tentang tujuan pelatihan, mengajarkan konsep dasar pengelolaan konten dan situs web, memberikan kesempatan untuk praktek langsung dalam proyek, dan didukung oleh interaksi langsung dan pemanfaatan teknologi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan peserta dalam membuat dan mengelola situs web. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat untuk adopsi wwebsite Coworking Space Kecamatan Coblong menghasilkan peningkatan keterampilan peserta dalam pembuatan dan pengelolaan website, peningkatan aksesibilitas informasi tentang layanan Coworking Space, dan peningkatan hubungan antara Coworking Space dan komunitas lokal. Kegiatan ini berdampak positif pada pertumbuhan ekonomi dan reputasi wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

The use of technology in the field of trade and sales is increasingly growing. Product information is an important role in building consumer trust when making purchasing decisions. Therefore, classification analysis is needed to help potential consumers in drawing conclusions. Classification analysis aims to conclude and identify data and classify its polarity. The Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm is widely used by many researchers for use in classification analysis. This algorithm was chosen because it can identify separate hyperplane to maximize the margin between 2 different classes. However, the Support Vector Machine (SVM) has deficiencies in parameter selection, so the selection of the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) feature is applied to improve accuracy. The results showed that implementation of the Support Vector Machine (SVM) has an accuracy value of 81.48% and an AUC value of 0.825, while optimization using Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) has an accuracy value of 89.78% and an AUC of 0.902. The application of Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) has been proven to improve the performance of the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm.

Abstract

SharingHappiness is a foundation engaged in the social sector which currently only has a website-based platform. SharingHappiness has products, one of which is a fundraising campaign, where there are beneficiaries and donors or those who donate to the campaign. SharingHappiness uses third parties to advertise its products, one of which uses Facebook Ads. Advertising costs for these third parties increase as the total donations in a campaign increase so that the distribution of donations to the beneficiaries is less than optimal due to these advertising costs. That way, SharingHappiness wants to increase organic users, namely users who donate not from exposure to the ads they get so that advertising costs can decrease. SharingHappiness wants to improve the completeness of the platform they have in order to support the increase in organic users who donate so that advertising costs decrease. Therefore, IT/IS strategy planning is made using several analysis models so that the IT/IS used is in accordance with the needs. The analysis model for IT/IS planning at SharingHappiness Foundation uses PEST analysis, Porter's Five Forces, SWOT, BCG Matrix, Value Chain and McFarlan Grid.

Abstract

In this era, technological advances force companies and organizations to adapt in order to compete with their competitors. Strategic planning of information systems has a major impact on the continuity of business competition. PT. Priadi Sidik Jari Psikologi is a psychological assessment institution that has used information systems to support its business activities, but the implementation has not been maximized. Therefore, to maximize the existing information system at PT. Priadi Sidik Jari Psikologi, it is necessary to strategically plan information systems to achieve the company's vision, mission and goals. In this research, the Ward and Peppard framework is used with several analysis techniques including: PESTLE, Porter's Five Competitive Forces, and Value Chain analysis to analyze the internal and external environment of the business, SWOT to analyze the internal and external environment of SI and IT, and McFarlan Strategic Grid for application portfolio mapping. The results of this research are expected to improve the company's achievements and can also be used as a reference for the development of information systems in the company.

Abstract

A strategic plan is an organization's detailed and extensive strategy to effectively manage its resources and achieve its goals within a specified period. Effective implementation of an information system necessitates strategic planning inside an organization to capitalize on the advantages of the information system implementation fully. This also applies to a Vocational High School in Cimahi. The school encounters many obstacles, including managing school data and performance assessments and requiring a unified system across departments to facilitate the school's operational procedures. Strategic planning establishes specific objectives, such as integrating information systems in academic and non-academic operations, overseeing school data management, enhancing infrastructure management efficiency, and boosting competitiveness by developing a web-based school support system for information and promotional purposes. Aligning the information system's strategies with the school's business strategies will aid in accomplishing these objectives. Developing information system strategies necessitates alignment with the organization's existing business strategies. This research examines the strategic information system planning process, specifically employing the Ward-Peppard technique. This approach facilitates a more comprehensive comprehension of the firm before developing a strategic plan. It involves doing a SWOT analysis, Value Chain analysis, Porter's Five Forces analysis, and McFarlan's strategic grid analysis as recommendations for the proposed information system strategies.

Abstract

Technological advancements have a significant impact on businesses, particularly in the realm of sales. XYZ store currently relies on manual business processes, leading to a non-computerized and uncoordinated sales system. Consequently, there is a need for an innovative new business model that utilizes web and mobile-based systems. In this study, Rosa A.S.'s Prototype research method is employed to design the sales system using UML notation in the form of diagrams. The designed sales system caters to three user categories: customers accessing the mobile platform, store clerks, and store owners accessing the website platform. The study's outcomes consist of an analysis report and the design of a web- and mobile-based sales information system (mock-up) for XYZ store. The aim is to create a user-friendly interface that facilitates understanding for the sellers, making sales transactions more efficient. Moreover, the system aims to enhance convenience for customers and buyers, enabling them to conduct transactions and access product information from any location

Abstract

Information and communication technology plays an important role in supporting and increasing efficiency in managing daily activities, as well as enabling work to be done from anywhere. 13 Bandung Vocational High School is a secondary level school in the city of Bandung which has competency expertise in the fields of Chemical Analysis, Computer Network Engineering and Software Engineering. 13 Bandung Vocational High School needs a website as a school media for conveying information about school activities and as a media for promoting the school to the general public so that people know more about SMKN 13 Bandung. The system development method uses the prototype development method. Prototyping is the creation of an accurate testing system. Through a prototype, managers can get an overview and ideas regarding the application design requirements. The results of this research are to provide the results of the analysis and provide the results of designing the 13 Bandung Vocational High School website with the hope that this website design can be used for the implementation process of creating the 13 Bandung Vocational High School website

Abstract

The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) states that stocks, including LQ45 stocks, which constitute the stock market index for the IDX, have become one of the preferred investment options for the public. Investors need to have accurate analysis and information to gain significant profits as stock prices fluctuate due to company performance, industry factors, changes in interest rates, liquidity, global market conditions, market sentiment, and investor psychology. The Gated Recurrent Unit algorithm is suitable for application on historical stock data sets because they are time series data, can be computed and compared on a numerical scale. This algorithm is a variant of the Long Short-Term Memory algorithm or other types of processing modules for Recurrent Neural Networks. The data set used consists of closing price data or close features, comprising a training data set of 4,406 data and a test data set of 1,889 data that have undergone data preparation using various techniques, including data cleansing, data scrubbing, data splitting, data normalization, and data reshaping. The results showed that the Gated Recurrent Unit algorithm is the right strategy because it obtains a good evaluation of model performance, namely MSE of 0.0009; RMSE of 0.17325 and MAE of 0.0207.

Abstract

SMKN 13 Bandung is a vocational school that prioritizes information technology, most interactions and activities utilize information technology in order to achieve the school's vision and mission. Based on observations and problems found on the SMKN 13 Bandung website, there has been no attempt to evaluate measurements of user usability and satisfaction when visiting this website. This is to ensure that the SMKN 13 Bandung website in the future can be developed and operated with optimal quality according to the experience and needs of its users. In measuring usability, this research uses the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. This is because SUS is a valid and reliable tool for testing usability even on small samples. The SUS score results obtained from measurements on the SMKN 13 Bandung website resulted in an average SUS score of 71.29. These results show that the SMKN 13 Bandung website is quite usable, acceptable but still needs to be evaluated and developed to a better stage. The results of the measurements carried out can be the first step for evaluating the SMKN 13 Bandung’s website.
