Abstract

The education sector is currently undergoing changes toward digitization, because of technological developments and the impact of the pandemic. In the supervision sector, learning quality is inextricably linked to these demands. As a result, school principals’ primary option for facilitating academic supervision implementation is digitization. The purpose of this research is to examine the implementation of individual technical academic supervision based on digitalization in junior high schools. The qualitative method was used in this study. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and a review of the literature. The descriptive qualitative analysis was used to analyze the data. The principal used digital-based instruments to carry out several individual supervision activities such as class visits, class observations, individual meetings, inter-class visits, and self-assessment. Digital-based academic supervision activities are more focused on a comprehensive assessment of the quality of teacher assignment implementation rather than just administrative completeness. The use of digital instruments in the delivery of individual technical academic supervision has a positive impact on learning quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Management of Laboratory Facilities in Improving Student Achievement at SMP Negeri 4 Kayuagung OKI Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection tools use interviews, observation, documentation and literature review. Data analysis techniques using descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The results of the study stated that the management of laboratory facilities in improving student achievement at SMP Negeri 4 Kayuagung OKI Regency was by improving the quality of laboratory management through improving the quality of laboratory services, increasing the role of laboratory human resources and maximizing laboratory infrastructure facilities at SMP Negeri 4 Kayuagung. Obstacles that are procedural in nature fulfill laboratory facilities for public schools which must follow the provisions of the regional government through the RKAS. School financial problems, laboratory administration systems and laboratory management capacity building training. The solution adopted is to involve all school members and school committees to take an active role in efforts to improve the quality of laboratory services. Then provide laboratory management training at SMP Negeri 4 Kayuagung.

Abstract

Water is a necessity that is needed by living things, especially humans in carrying out daily activities such as washing, bathing and cooking. The chemical parameters required for drinking water are aluminum, iron, hardness, chloride, manganese, pH, zinc, sulfate, copper, ammonia, and nitrites. Nitrite is partially oxidized nitrogen which lasts only temporarily and exists in the oxidation process between nitrite and ammonia. Ammonia is an indicator of air pollution. This study aims to determine the levels of nitrite and ammonia contained in water. From this study, the results of the analysis of nitrite levels contained in raw water were 0.6 mg/l, filtered water was 0.5 mg/l, and clean water was 0.4 mg/l. the level of ammonia contained in clean water is 0.009 ppm. The nitrite content contained in PDAM water meets the quality of Permenkes No. 492/MENKES/PER/2010, namely the maximum level allowed is 1 mg/L. And the level of ammonia contained in clean water does not exceed the threshold of PERMENKES No.492/MENKES/PER/ IV/2010, which states that the maximum limit for ammonia levels in clean water is 1.5 ppm

Abstract

The low literacy skills of Indonesian secondary school students, as reflected in the results of PISA 2018, indicate the need for more innovative learning strategies that are relevant to technological developments. This study aims to analyze innovative Indonesian language learning models that can enhance the literacy skills of secondary school students, particularly at the junior high school level. The method employed is a descriptive qualitative approach using a literature review method, examining research findings from the past five years published in nationally accredited journals and scientific proceedings. The findings show that innovative learning models such as Project-Based Learning, Problem-Based Learning, digital-based literacy, and collaborative learning have proven effective in improving students’ reading, writing, critical thinking, and communication skills. Moreover, the successful implementation of these models is influenced by teacher readiness, infrastructure availability, and school policy support.

Abstract

Abstract. Terdapat dua faktor utama yang mempengaruhi prokrastinasi yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal adalah faktor-faktor yang berasal dari individu yang turut membentuk prilaku prokrastinasi yang meliputi faktor fisik dan psikologis. Faktor eksternal yaitu faktor yang berasal dari luar individu dapat berupa tugas yang banyak (overloaded tasks) yang menuntut penyelesaian yang hampir bersamaaan. Hal ini diperparah apabila lingkungan mendukung prokrastinasi. Pelaku prokrastinasi (prokrastinator) cenderung melakukan prokrastinasi karena adanya rasa takut akan gagal, tidak suka pada tugas yang diberikan, menentang dan melawan kontrol, mempunyai sifat ketergantungan dan kesulitan membuat keputusan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi coping terhadap prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan tugas perkuliahan. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden 84 orang mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam angkatan 2016. Dalam penelitian ini mengunakan alat ukur berupa skala strategi coping dan skala prokrastinasi akademik dengan metode analisis regresi sederhana berganda dengan hasil koefisien korelasi problem focused coping yakni -1,189 dan p = 0,000 (p<0,05). Sedangkan emotional focused coping yaitu -089 p = 0,611 (p˃0,05). Problem focused coping Berpengaruh negatif artinya Semakin efektif penggunaan problem focused coping, maka prokrastinasi akademik semakin rendah. Sebaliknya apabila semakin tidak efektifnya penggunaan strategi problem focused coping, maka prokrastinasi akademik akan semakin tinggi. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkann problem focused coping secara simultan dapat menjelaskan perubahan prokrastinasi akademik sebesar 18,47%.
