Abstract

Teenagers and students favor this social media application to make friends and share their life stories. With its various exciting applications, this social media application has attracted professionals in running a business, significantly to improve the quality of life of their human resources. We have proven the truth and error of this assumption by examining literature sources from various domestic and international publications that discuss the advantages and disadvantages of social media in supporting the improvement of human resources among the public. Our data is analyzed using a phenomenological approach, exploring as much data as possible. We analyze it by involving an interpretation coding system in concluding according to the purpose of this study which aims to get the broadest understanding of how social media applications can help improve the quality of human resources. Based on data and scientific evidence, we can report that social media is increasingly being used not only for friendship but also to increase the quality of the company's human resources. Hopefully, this finding will be essential in improving human resources through social media applications.

Abstract

Application of inventory data management IT Support is an application used to monitor hardware and software. The application is started from the desire of users to request hardware and software to the IT Support. Application of inventory data management IT Support have warning system warranty, where its use is to remind the IT support in the processing of warranty. In this application can also produce reports. These reports can meet the needs of the IT Support in overseeing hardware and software. This application was built with the programming language PL / SQL. Oracle 10g as a Development tools, DBMS Oracle Database 10g Development Suite and some other software such as Toad 9.0, Internet Explorer 5.0 - Internet Explorer 7.0.

Abstract

This paper describes the steps to find the connection between subject on academic achievement. The purpose of this paper for it to see the condition of students. Steps undertaken include domain understanding, collect data, preprocessing, selection of data mining, data processing, evaluation and presentation patterns. Prepocessing includes data cleaning, data integration, data selection and data transformation. In one of the data cleaning is done the equation GPA for students who drop out. Integration done by combining all the data. The selection is done by determining the data attributes that will dianalis. And data transformation is done by doing some math operations. This paper also describes how the student graduation prediction using CPAR algorithm. The data is divided into the positive data and negative data. The next step is to calculate the TWT, forming Gain, and calculate the Laplace accurate and establish rules based on the variation of the gain similarity ratio
