Abstract

This study aims to examine how the law is enforced against perpetrators of bullying in Indonesia, and how legal protection is provided to both victims and perpetrators. The research uses a normative method with a statutory and restorative justice approach, especially concerning children as both offenders and victims. The results show that law enforcement is carried out in stages, from reporting and investigation to possible resolution through mediation or juvenile justice proceedings. Legal protection is provided under the Child Protection Law and the Witness and Victim Protection Law, which guarantee safety, identity confidentiality, psychological assistance, and rehabilitation. Bullying management should ideally be handled collaboratively among the police, psychologists, and educational institutions, using an approach that emphasizes recovery rather than retribution.

Abstract

Noise is a sound wave generated from a vibrating sound source that causes discomfort to the listener and has an effect on health. Traffic activity is one of the sources of noise and disturbs the comfort of school children. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the noise potential in elementary schools (SD) on the edge of the Kendari City primary road mathematically, then map the results of noise calculations. The sampling technique was carried out by calculating the volume of traffic vehicles such as motorcycles, light vehicles, and heavy vehicles. Measurements were carried out on Monday-Friday at each point one day, the measurement time was at 08.00 - 09.00 WITA. Travel time is done by recording the time required to pass the road segment. Based on these results that the Predicted Noise Level (PNL) calculation, the highest potential noise level is at SDN 7 Kendari at 67.09 dB(A), SDN 37 Kendari at 66.53 dB(A), SDN 6 Kendari at 65, 05 dB(A), SDN 2 Kendari is 64.84 dB(A), SDN 30 Kendari is 64.53 dB(A), and SDN 28 Kendari is 62.48 dB(A). The presentation of data in the form of spatial/map data is very important because of the large number of research locations, with the presentation of the data in the form of a map, making it easier for researchers to analyze the noise potential by making points, so that they become reference materials for the great potential of PNL in Kendari City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of blackwater wastewater produced by the Darul Faqih Simbo Qur'an Islamic Boarding School and to design a blackwater wastewater treatment plant at the Darul Faqih Simbo Qur'an Islamic Boarding School. The method used is laboratory tests and making blackwater waste treatment plans. The results obtained are the existing condition of blackwater wastewater treatment at the Darul Faqih Simbo Qur'an Islamic Boarding School does not yet have processing that meets the standards and characteristics of blackwater wastewater at the Darul Faqih Simbo Qur'an Islamic Boarding School after laboratory tests there are three parameters that exceed wastewater quality standards including TSS, BOD, and Ammonia parameters. While the calculation of wastewater discharge is 10 m3/day with the dimensions of the planned blackwater wastewater treatment building consisting of the first settling basin with dimensions of 17.25 m3, the second settling basin with dimensions of 10.35 m3, an equalization basin with dimensions of 5.52 m3, and a filter basin with dimensions of 8.28 m3.
