Abstract

Pengelolaan sampah di Kota Jember merupakan tantangan mendesak yang membutuhkan solusi inovatif untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat diterapkan adalah ekonomi sirkular, di mana sampah tidak hanya dibuang tetapi juga diolah kembali untuk menghasilkan nilai ekonomi. Aplikasi Kepul hadir sebagai solusi digital yang menghubungkan masyarakat dengan pengumpul sampah, sehingga memungkinkan pemanfaatan limbah yang lebih efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana penggunaan aplikasi Kepul dapat berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat setempat. Populasi penelitian adalah pengguna aplikasi Kepul di Kota Jember, sementara sampel penelitian dipilih secara purposif dari individu yang aktif menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi langsung terhadap pengguna aplikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Kepul mampu meningkatkan pendapatan komunitas pengguna secara signifikan, dengan rata-rata peningkatan dari sekitar Rp 100.000 menjadi Rp 800.000 per bulan. Selain itu, Kepul terus berinovasi dengan menambahkan fitur-fitur baru berdasarkan umpan balik pengguna, seperti Live Location, penjadwalan ulang, dan keanggotaan. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan dalam implementasi aplikasi ini, termasuk branding yang masih lemah, keterbatasan armada, serta perbedaan harga dengan kolektor tradisional. Untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut, Kepul berencana memperkuat kerja sama dengan Pemerintah Kota Jember serta menarik lebih banyak investor guna meningkatkan jangkauan layanan. Dengan sinergi yang kuat antara aplikasi Kepul, masyarakat, dan pemerintah, diharapkan platform ini dapat terus berkembang serta memberikan dampak positif yang lebih besar terhadap pengelolaan sampah berbasis ekonomi sirkular di Kota Jember.

Abstract

Cikuya Village Culamega District Tasikmalaya District, West Java, landslide prone areas that cause material losses and fatalities. The landslide occurred because Cikuya Village is located in the South Mountain Zone with hilly morphology so that it has a steep slope. Other characteristics cause landslides due to high rainfall intensity, geological conditions, soil types, and land use that are not in accordance with the carrying capacity of the environment. Prevention efforts that can be done by measuring the characteristics of landslide prone and 3D visualization zoning maps using map overlays to produce zoning maps and land suitability using ArcGis 10.5 software and Geo Camera applications The results of this study show the characteristics that cause landslides are high rainfall intensity ranging from 2,203 - 3,054 mm / year, Steep slopes range from 8° - 40°, geological conditions (types of rocks) are divided into two types, namely sedimentary rocks and volcanic rocks, podsolic yellow red soil types that are not good in water escape, as well as land use that is not in accordance with the conditions and carrying capacity of the region. The results of the analysis of assessment, weighting and overlay zoning of disaster-prone areas are divided into three "non-prone" hazardous landslide zones with an area of 7,597 hectares, a "prone" zone with an area of 1,972,147 hectares, and a "very vulnerable" landslide vulnerability zone with an area of 256,968 hectares. Further analysis is that land suitability is divided into three "appropriate" zones with an area of 1,057,391 Hectares, "somewhat appropriate" with an area of 1,080,373 Hectares, and "incompatible" with an area of 98,948 Hectares. It is expected that the results of this study can be a reference for the community in recognizing landslide-prone zone areas in Cikuya Village, Culamega Subdistrict, Tasikmalaya Regency.

Abstract

Training aims to improve employee performance, where employee performance has a major influence on an institution in order to be able to compete. Human Resource Management (MSDM) is the basic capital to achieve goals which can improve employee performance. Training is something that is needed in an effort to improve employee performance, namely MSDM, because quality HR is able to have a positive influence on work productivity, employees and institutions. The problem that exists with employees is that their skills still need to be improved to create awareness about the importance of planning and MSDM, where it is felt that there is still a lack of knowledge and practice regarding HRM in improving the performance carried out. The purpose of this community service is to provide training on MSDM in a simple way which can improve employee performance. The benefit of this activity is to provide knowledge on how to plan control, implementation, MSDM, MSDM functions, and how to exercise control to improve performance. The method used in carrying out this activity is to plan community service activities which include the preparation, planning and evaluation stages. It is hoped that this community service activity can help employees increase understanding and motivation about MSDM to make plans so that performance can be better and optimal.
