Abstract

Setiap produsen mempunyai tujuan Crude Palm Oil (CPO) yang harus dipenuhi agar produk yang dihasilkan berkualitas tinggi. Stasiun sterilisasi merupakan salah satu metode sebagai sarana pengobatan penyakit yang ditularkan melalui darah (TBS). Agar proses berhasil, mesin perebusan harus dipantau secara berkala. Sebelum melakukan pemantauan yang tepat terhadap lingkungan kerja mesin guna mengidentifikasi penyebab-penyebab yang dapat merusak lingkungan kerja mesin itu sendiri. Memanfaatkan metodee Overal Equiipment Effectivenes (OEE) untuk menganalisis hasil OEE, AV, PE, dan QP pada stasis alat sterilisasi untuk mengetahui efisiensi proses kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh PT Fajar Baizury & Brothers, metode keseluruhan peralatan efektifitas (OEE) memberikan hasil sebagai berikut: AV sebesar 84%, PE sebesar 82%, QP sebesar 100%, dan OEE sebesar 69,05%. Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of age, wages, work environment, working hours, and work experience on workforce productivity in the Steel Tower Production Division of PT X using multiple linear regression (SPSS 16). The analysis includes validity, reliability, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and hypothesis testing. Results show no multicollinearity or heteroscedasticity issues. The R² value (0.545) indicates that 54.5% of productivity variance is explained by the independent variables, while 45.5% is influenced by other factors. However, F-test and T-test results indicate that none of the variables significantly affect productivity.This suggests that other factors, such as motivation or job satisfaction, may play a larger role. Future research should explore these aspects to gain deeper insights.

Abstract

Every company competes by developing strategies to outperform its rivals in the same market, whether through variations in the products offered, promised facilities, or the quality of services delivered to customers. BTN Syariah KCPS Meulaboh, located in Ujong Baroh Village, Johan Pahlawan District, West Aceh Regency, is a branch office of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN). One of the recurring issues at this branch is related to the services provided through Mobile Banking (M-Banking). This study aims to identify the key attributes used to measure service quality and to determine the level of customer satisfaction regarding M-Banking services at BTN Syariah KCPS Meulaboh. Based on the results of research using the Improvement Gap Analysis (IGA) method, it was found that there are 12 attributes across 3 dimensions used to evaluate service quality. The overall findings indicate that customer satisfaction with the performance of Mobile Banking services at BTN Syariah KCPS Meulaboh is low, as reflected in the average questionnaire results showing dissatisfaction with the current M-Banking performance.
