Abstract

Loyalty is something that cannot be bought with money, but can be obtained if you try to increase trust in customers. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality variables and price policy on consumer loyalty variables. This research was conducted by dividing the questionnaire as an instrument. Customers today are faced with a number of alternative ways when choosing a store that suits their tastes. But every company must also be able to compete by setting itself up for changes and developments that exist, both from outside and inside so that a company can maintain this competition. The method of analysis was carried out by means of quantitative descriptive methods through survey techniques using questionnaires. The population used is 100 respondents, and the number of samples taken is 96 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The data quality test in this study uses validity and reliability tests, the classical assumption test in this study uses the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, and the effect test uses multiple linear regression analysis and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), while hypothesis testing in this study uses t-test and F test using IBM SPSS Statistics version 25 program.

Abstract

Telapak tangan minyak adalah salah satu perkebunan yang memiliki peran penting bagi sub sektor perkebunan. Produktivitas tandan buah kelapa sawit meningkat dengan cepat dan mencapai maksimum pada usia 8-12 tahun, kemudian menurun secara bertahap hingga usia 25 tahun. Kelas kesesuaian tanah dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas kelapa sawit. Penelitian yang dilakukan di Divisi II Kebun Matapao Pt. Socfindo. Ini dilakukan pada Mei 2021 hingga Juli 2021. Penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif, menggunakan produktivitas data kelapa sawit di Divisi II Kebun Matapao. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa jumlah rata -rata tandan per pohon pada tahun 2011 hingga 2013 meningkat 1,49% dari potensi, berat rata -rata tandan menurun 5,82% dari potensial, dan produktivitas rata -rata tikat buah kelapa sawit menurun 15,10% dari potensi. Kesenjangan produktivitas kelapa sawit di Divisi II Kebun Matapao Pt. Socfindo dipengaruhi oleh faktor iklim, usia faktor tanaman dan jumlah pohon per hektar.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a company engaged in manufacturing and also one of the State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) that produces urea and ammonia fertilizers. Work accidents that have occurred at PT XYZ in 2018-2019 are 9 cases of work accidents such as being sprayed with carbamate, hit by a hammer, hit by a splash of aqueous ammonia. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of frequency, severity and Safe-T-Score. In this study, the calculation of the number of work accidents used is the frequency of stating accidents that occur every 1,000,000 working hours, severity stating the loss of working days every 1,000,000 working hours, Safe T Score aims to compare the results of the frequency of accidents. From the results of the research, the frequency level in 2018 was 3.42 and 2019 was 1.05 accidents every 1,000. 000 working hours so the frequency of accidents is getting lower from year to year. The severity level in 2018-2019 is 0 days, this is because PT XYZ has never experienced a work accident that has eliminated working hours. The 2019 Safe-T-Score result is -1763.07, this indicates that the frequency of work accidents shows an improving condition from the previous year.PT XYZ adalah salah satu Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang memproduksi pupuk urea dan amonia. Kecelakaan kerja yang pernah terjadi pada tahun 2018-2019 ialah 9 kasus kecelakaan kerja seperti Tersembur karbamat, terkena martil, terkena percikan aquos ammonia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat frekuensi, severity dan Safe-T-Score. Dalam penelitian ini perhitungan angka kecelakaan kerja yang di gunakan adalah frekuensi menyatakan kecelakaan yang terjadi setiap 1.000.000 jam kerja, severity menyatakan hilangnya hari kerja setiap 1.000.000 jam kerja, Safe T Score bertujuan membandingkan hasil tingkat frekuensi kecelakaan. Dari hasil penelitian tingkat frekuensi tahun 2018 adalah 3,42 dan 2019 adalah 1,05 kali terjadi kecelakaan setiap 1.000.000 jam kerja jadi frekuensi kecelakaan semakin rendah dari tahun ke tahun. Tingkat severity pada tahun 2018-2019 adalah 0 hari, Hal ini di karenakan PT XYZ tidak pernah mengalami kecelakaan kerja yang sampai menghilangkan jam kerja. Hasil Safe-T-Score tahun 2019 adalah -1763,07 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa frekuensi kecelakaan kerja menunjukkan keadaan yang membaik dari tahun sebelumnya.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah sarana menyebarluaskan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi hasil penelitian kepada masyarakat luas. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan oleh dosen Program Studi Teknik Industri Fakultas Teknik Universitas Teuku Umar. Kegiatan ini bertemakan Digitalisasi Bisnis UMKM Aceh Barat-Selatan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Aula Korpus IBT Universitas Teuku Umar, Kabupaten Aceh Barat, Provinsi Aceh. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan branding para pelaku bisnis UMKM Aceh Barat-Selatan. Peserta kegiatan pengabdian ini terdiri dari pelaku bisnis, mahasiswa yang berminat menggeluti bisnis UMKM serta tenant korpus IBT universitas Teuku Umar yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 15 Desember 2022. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian diawali dengan pemaparan materi yang dilanjutkan dengan sesi tanya jawab. Pengetahuan tentang branding bisnis digital disampaikan kepada para peserta dengan harapan dapat diterapkan dalam upaya meningkatkan hasil bisnis dan penyebarluasan cakupan pemasaran produk-produk unggulan. Peserta sangat antusias dalam mendengar materi yang disampaikan terlihat dari banyaknya pertanyaan yang diajukan seputar branding bisnis digital. Saling berbagi informasi antara pemateri dan para pelaku bisnis UMKM membuka wawasan dan meningkatkan keterampilan branding produk yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penghasilan para pelaku bisnis UMKM.

Abstract

Seblak is a food that has seen an increase in demand in recent years, and is a promising culinary business that can be run with a small capital. UD. XYZ is a seblak business that started selling seblak in early 2022 in West Aceh and wants to maximize the profits from its seblak sales. One method that can do this is Linear Programming, which can determine decision-making that can group limited materials or resources to achieve an optimal or best solution. From UD. XYZ's weekly sales data, it can be transformed into a mathematical model that helps to find the maximum function of the profit from seblak sales. The linear programming calculation process in this study uses the Lingo 18.0 software to solve linear programming problems, which will be continued with the linear graph visualization of the objective function with the MATLAB software. The results of the study show that the maximum profit that will be obtained by UD. XYZ in one week is Rp. 420,000/week, this profit is already categorized as net profit that can be used for the development of UD. XYZ's seblak business. Of the three variables X1 (seblak noodles and crackers), X2 (seblak eggs), and X3 (seblak chicken/feet), variables X1 and X2 have the potential to increase maximum profit if increased. In this study, the objective point is also on the point axis (X1=0, X2=0, and X3 = 175).

Abstract

Vertical Clarifier Tank (VCT) has a very crucial role to separate oil, water and sludge by gravity, where oil with a smaller specific gravity of 0.8 grams / cm3 will be in the uppermost layer, while water whose specific gravity is 1 gram / cm3 will be in the middle layer, and sludge with a density of 1.3 grams / cm3 from the Vertical Clarifier Tank (VCT). The experimental design of this study was to determine the appropriate depth of the inlet pipe to obtain low levels of impurities during oil extraction. The results of the study obtained from variations in the depth of 25 cm, 40 cm, 55 cm, and 70 cm inlet pipes used as the inflow of crude oil from Crude Palm Oil with variations in sedimentation time of 100 minutes, 120 minutes, 140 minutes, 160 minutes, 180 minutes, and 200 minutes, obtained the least level of impurities in the Inlet Pipe which has a length of 55 cm with a variable sedimentation time of 200 minutes.

Abstract

PT. Aceh Lampulo Jaya Bahari is a nautical product manufacturer based in the Lampulo fishing port, Banda Aceh, Indonesia. Productivity is a comparison of input and output that indicates how effectively resources are managed and exploited to obtain the best results. High production means there is less likelihood of delays. PT. Aceh Lampulo Jaya Bahari's productivity achievement indicator values fluctuate annually, with some years seeing low or high production.  The purpose of this study is to identify productivity-influencing elements, as well as to estimate the level of labor productivity, production amount, total productivity, and the difference in production amount when processing tuna cubes at PT. Aceh Lampulo Jaya Bahari. This study examines monthly production data from 2023 to determine worker productivity and output. The method is to measure partial and total productivity and then launch monthly productivity changes. The study's findings demonstrate that labor productivity and tuna cube output are higher than number one, indicating productive performance. PT. Aceh Lampulo Jaya Bahari met its production objective of 350 kg per month, with an average total labour productivity of 2.6%. This study advises that firms maintain production consistency and form a network of collaborating partners to ensure raw material availability.

Abstract

Production machines are specially designed to perform various tasks such as processing, assembly, packaging and more depending on the type of production and the industry involved. However, damage to production machines is unavoidable with such a task. Machine damage can occur due to various factors, such as excessive use, inadequate maintenance, worn components, design errors and many more. Damage to the machine certainly raises risks, both measurable risks and immeasurable risks. The risk of machine failure can have a serious impact on the productivity, reliability and operating costs of a business. The use and application of risk analysis methods or approaches can be used to minimize the occurrence of excessive risk. The purpose of this research is to find out various methods of risk analysis of production machine damage in various industries in Indonesia. This research uses a systematic method by reviewing the literature from various published articles which are then identified and analyzed which focus on various production machine damage risk methods used in various industries in Indonesia. The results of the study show that there are several methods of analyzing the risk of damage to production machines that are commonly used in Indonesia, such as failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA, FMECA, fuzzy FMEA), risk based maintenance (RBM), fault tree analysis (FTA), fishbone diagram, enterprise risk management (ERM), failure tracking matrix (FTM), total quality control (TQM), logic tree analysis (LTA), overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), Hazard operability (Hazop), and certainty factor and forward chaining. Some of these methods are generally integrated with various other methods or approaches to obtain optimal results.

Abstract

The rapid development of time has reduced the land used by farmers for farming due to development. For that, design a hydroponic system to minimize the land. Chili hydroponic plants are a type of vegetable that has many benefits and is liked by many people. So that hydroponic chili cultivators can produce optimal harvests, a tool is designed using automatic smart control technology using UV lamps. The findings in the field are that there are several steps that must be taken so that hydroponic plants can be more optimal in the results of chili cultivation. The first step is to design a smart plant control automatic tool, then use several sensors including EC sensors, ph sensors, RTC sensors, and ultraviolet lamps. An initial study of the potential benefits to be gained by partners or chili farmers based on the results of field testing is that this technology can maximize harvest time efficiency from manual hydroponic cultivation, which was originally 90 days to 70-80 days. Therefore, the automatic smart plant control system using UV lamps has a harvest speed of 70-80 days, while the manual method can reach 90 days. Thus, it is hoped that the economy of chili cultivators will increase if the smart plant control automatic system is used.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance health workers' understanding of digital literacy and community empowerment techniques by utilizing digital access, thereby supporting more effective public health literacy. The activity was conducted at two health centers in Simeulue Regency, namely Teupah Selatan Health Center and Teupah Barat Health Center, on June 17, 2024, from 09:00 to 13:00 WIB, with a total of 44 participants. The method used in this activity involved adapting the Lasswell communication process, where information was conveyed by resource persons and health promotion officers to health workers offline. The activity was considered successful due to the enthusiasm shown by the participants. The evaluation results indicate an improvement in the participants' knowledge and skills, as well as a positive impact on their understanding of digital literacy
