Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to: (1) analyze the significance of the influence of discipline on employee motivation, (2) analyze the significance of the influence of leadership on employee motivation, (3) analyze the significance of the welfare effects on employee motivation, (4) analyze the significance of the influence of discipline employee motivation are moderated by the variable welfare, and (5) analyze the significance of the influence of leadership on employee motivation are moderated by welfare variables. Research sites in the Health Office of Boyolali. The research population is all employees totaling 85 people comprising 77 civil servants and 8 Employee Variable (PTT). Study sample as many as 85 respondents with a total sampling technique. Types of data using qualitative data and quantitative data. Sources of data using primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using documentation, observation and questionnaires. The analysis technique uses test validity, test reliability classical assumption test, linear regression, t test, F test, the coefficient of determination and absolute difference test. The results showed that (1) there is a significant influence employee motivation discipline, (2) there is a significant effect of leadership on employee motivation, (3) there is a significant effect on motivation employee welfare, (4) moderate the influence of disciplinary welfare on employee motivation obtained p value (0.019) <0.05 so the hypothesis that welfare moderating influence employee motivation discipline, (5) welfare moderating influence of leadership on employee motivation Health Office of Boyolali. Abstract

ABSTRACT Job satisfaction overseers PNFI (Non-Formal and Informal Education), particularly in  Education Office of Sukoharjo generally still does not meet expectations, due to the results of functional training, emotional intelligence, and performance has not been fully supported. To improve job satisfaction bishops PNFI the improvement and development of the results of functional training, emotional intelligence, and performance necessary to obtain better compliance. This study is a population with 36 respondents bishops PNFI in  Education Office of Sukoharjo. Data were collected through a questionnaire, while data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) the results of functional training has positive and significant impact on job satisfaction PNFI overseers, (2) emotional intelligence and significant positive effect on job satisfaction PNFI overseers, (3) performance and a significant positive effect on job satisfaction PNFI overseers; (4) performance variables have a dominant influence on job satisfaction PNFI inspector. Abstract

ABSTRAK Keberhasilan suatu organisasi dalam mencapai tujuannya tergantung dari kinerja sumber daya manusia yang terlibat di dalamnya. CV. Sarana Karya sebagai salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang mebel, kontraktor bangunan dll, harus mampu melakukan identifikasi terhadap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Permasalahan: (1) apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari kepemimimpinan, komunikasi, kesejahteraan terhadap kinerja pegawai di CV. Sarana Karya? (2) apakah variabel kesejahteraan memoderasi pengaruh kepemimpinan dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di CV. Sarana Karya? Tujuan penelitian untuk : (1) menganalisis signifikansi pengaruh kepemimimpinan, komunikasi, kesejahteraan terhadap kinerja pegawai di CV. Sarana Karya (2) menganalisis pemoderasian variabel kesejahteraan pada kepemimpinan dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di CV. Sarana Karya. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh karyawan di CV. Sarana Karya yang berjumlah 97 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner, kemudian dianalisi dengan Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji-T, Uji-F, adjusted R² dan regresi moderasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah : (1) hasil analisis persamaan regresi linier berganda adalah Y = 6,441+ 0,312X1 + 0,252X2 + 0,257X3 sehingga dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi pengaruh variabel kepemimpinan, komunikasi dan kesejahteraan terhadap kinerja pegawai CV. Sarana Karya (2) hasil analisis uji-t menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai CV. Sarana Karya, sedangkan kepemimpinan dan kesejahteraan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai CV. Sarana Karya (3) nilai t-hitung variabel kepemimpinan lebih besar dibanding variabel komunikasi dan kesejahteraan, berarti pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai CV. Sarana Karya adalah dominan dibanding pengaruh komunikasi dan kesejahteraan (4) hasil analisis uji-F menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan, komunikasi dan kesejahteraan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai CV. Sarana Karya (5) koefisien determinasi (R²) menunjukkan sekitar 37% variasi variabel dependen (kinerja) mampu dijelaskan oleh variasi himpunan variabel independen (kepemimpinan, komunikasi, kesejahteraan). Sedangkan 63% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar model penelitian ini (6) hasil analisis variabel moderasi (kesejahteraan) tidak memoderasi variabel kepemimpinan dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai CV. The results of this study are: (1) the results of multiple regression analysis equation is Y = 6.441 + 0.312 X1 + 0.252 X2 + 0.257 X3 so it can be used to predict the effect of variable leadership, communication and welfare of the employee performance CV. Sarana Karya (2) the results of t-test analysis indicates that communication has no significant effect on employee performance CV. Sarana Karya while leadership and employee well-being affects the performance of CV. Sarana Karya (3) t-value of the variable count is greater than the variable leadership communication and well-being, the effect of communication on employee performance CV. Sarana Karya is the dominant means of communication and influence than welfare (4) F-test analysis showed that the variables of leadership, communication and welfare of a significant effect on employee performance CV. Sarana Karya (5) the coefficient of determination (R ²) showed approximately 37% variation in the dependent variable (performance) can be explained by variations in the set of independent variables (leadership, communication, welfare). While 63% is explained by other variables outside the model of this study (6) the results of the analysis of moderating variables (welfare) not moderate leadership and communication variables on employee performance CV. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis (1) pengaruh citra Solo Paragon Mall terhadap kepuasan konsumen (2) pengaruh citra Solo Paragon Mall terhadap loyalitas konsumen (3) pengaruh kepuasan konsumen terhadap loyalitas konsumen Solo Paragon Mall (4) pengaruh citra Solo Paragon Mall terhadap loyalitas konsumen yang dimediasi kepuasan konsumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen Solo Paragan Mall di Surakarta yang terdiri tiga tenant yaitu ACE Hardware & Informa, Carefour, dan Foodcourt. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik kuesioner melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Untuk menguji hipotesis, menggunakan analisis jalur, sedangkan untuk pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS Release 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Citra Solo Paragon Mall berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dengan p value (0,000) < 0,05. (2) Citra Solo Paragon Mall berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, dengan p value (0,005) < 0,05. (3) Kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen Solo Paragon Mall, dengan p value (0,000) < 0,05. (4) Kepuasan konsumen memediasi pengaruh citra Solo Paragon Mall terhadap loyalitas konsumen, hasil analisis jalur, di mana koefisien pengaruh tidak langsung (0,574) > koefisien pengaruh langsung (0,275). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa semua hipotesis terbukti kebenarannya. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis (1) pengaruh citra pasar Jum’at terhadap customer delight; (2) pengaruh citra pasar Jum’at terhadap Words Of Mouth positif; (3) pengaruh customer delight terhadap Words Of Mouth positif; (4) pengaruh citra pasar Jum’at terhadap Words Of Mouth positif yang dimediasi customer delight. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen pasar Jum’at Karanganyar. Jumlah sampel adalah 100 konsumen. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan snowball dan accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) citra pasar Jum’at berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer delight; (2) citra pasar Jum’at tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Words Of Mouth positif; (3) customer delight berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Words Of Mouth positif; (4) customer delight memediasi pengaruh citra pasar Jum’at terhadap Words Of Mouth positif.   Kata kunci :  citra pasar Jum’at, customer delight, Words Of Mouth positif.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) citra pasar Jum’at berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer delight; (2) citra pasar Jum’at tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Words Of Mouth positif; (3) customer delight berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Words Of Mouth positif; (4) customer delight memediasi pengaruh citra pasar Jum’at terhadap Words Of Mouth positif.   Kata kunci :  citra pasar Jum’at, customer delight, Words Of Mouth positif.
