Abstract

Information is very important in the relationship between parents and students with school. Needs information on the value of student exams in schools for example as a means of supporting academic activities that are very important to be known by parents of students. Submission of information on the academic value of students in schools is generally done every acceptance report cards. The system that has been generated is the development of web based exam score software designed to report the test scores to students and parents through the website. Web-based exam score software has run well. The software exam scores are implemented using the MySQL database, and PHP Codeigniter as a programming language tool. Keywords: Software Value Test, website, Codeigniter.

Abstract

Fuzzy logic is one method to perform system analysis that contains uncertainty. Fuzzy logic mimics a human thinking way called reason, where reason can explain and identify things automatically. In this research used inference method of Fuzzy Tsukamoto system. The design of the system for obtaining output is carried out in stages (a) The establishment of the Fuzzy set, (b) Application of the implication function, (c) The composition of the rule, (d) the affirmation (Defuzzification). To assist the determination in determining a person who is eligible to receive a scholarship then required a decision support system. One method that can be used for Decision Support System is to use Fuzzy Inference System Tsukamoto.So the result of the selection is if the value Z = 70.78571, then the decision is Accepted with limitation if the received output value is 70-80 and if the reject between 0-60.This method is chosen because it is able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case, the intended alternative is the right to receive the scholarship based on the criteria specified[6]. The research is done by finding the value of weight for each attribute then done the ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative, that is the best student. Keywords: Fuzzy Tsukamoto, Decision Support System (SPK), Scholarship Reception

Abstract

Health is a very important thing since it affects daily activities. If we have health disturbance, we certainly do not like it. One of these disturbances is skin disease. When we want to identify skin disease we usually visit a doctor. However, we sometimes find a problem in handling this skin disease identification which may be influenced by the high cost of visiting doctor. Because of this reason, an expert application system is needed as consultation assistance to replace doctor’s role in giving solution toward problems related to skin disease.This study uses Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) method, of which CBR is one of knowledge based approach methods to study and solve problems according to problem experience in the past to be stored in a system called case-based. In this case, there are 44 different symptoms and 14 kinds of skin diseases. The management of data similarity uses attributive value with the closest margin. These values are calculated by using Nearest Neighbor method in order to find out the highest similarity value among existing 14 old cases. In accordance with the input result from the existing case example it shows that the result of manual calculation and system calculation are the same. This system can assist in diagnosing kinds of skin disease by taking conclusion obtained from the highest similarity value from the existing cases based on some symptoms which are input by the users (patient), and the system can also give solution in handling the problems. Keyword: Skin Disease, CBR, Nearest Neighbor
