Abstract

Mulyadi, Ahmad Soleh;The Relationship between the application of PP No 71 2010 With accountability performance of financial report at regional Secretariat in Bengkulu. This research aims to find out the execution of government regulation Number 71 in 2010. The population in this research is the member of Finance in regional Secretariat Bengkulu. It used census as the sample collection method by choosing 15 person as the sample. The test results show that there is a relationship between the regulation of the Government No. 71 in 2010 with the accountability performance of financial report at regional Secretariat in Bengkulu. while the others is affected by other factors which are not examined by the author. Thus the hypothesis that the authors reveal that PP Number 71 in 2010 affect the accountability performance of financial statements in regional Secretariat in Bengkulu is proved.

Abstract

Abstract

The main issue of this paper revolves around the conventional Criminal Law (Procedure), which has been felt to be less able to fulfill the needs of justice than justifiable. Therefore, this research aims to find alternative rules/institutions, in addition to the rules/institutions of conventional criminal law, to fulfill human and community needs for justice. The rule/institution in question has recently become famous worldwide and exists as an heirloom of the Indonesian legal system in the phrase restorative justice. The legal issue of this research is that, according to some people, the rules or institutions referred to as restorative justice need a more robust legal basis. By using the theory of Dignified Justice as a theoretical or philosophical framework, this research shows that there is a possibility that a solid legal basis can be referred to, for the time being, in justifying the existence of restorative justice. In addition, the principle of an independent judiciary "married" as part of the rule of law can function to realize the successful use of restorative justice in bringing humanizing justice. The research method used in searching and finding a "way out" for the above problems is a pure legal research method from the perspective of Dignified Justice theory. It was found that restorative justice is the Indonesian nation's legal heritage, which can be derived from Pancasila, which is the highest source of law in the Indonesian legal state.

Abstract

The author took the initiative to build an application that can help manage pharmacy drug stock data to make it more effective and efficient which will be built with the Visual Basic NET programming language. This thesis uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the research obtained, the following conclusions are obtained: building a collaboration in the IT sector that is able to make it easier to process drug stock data at licensed Arick pharmacies in the form of Visual Basic.NET. With the information system at the Licensed Arick Pharmacy, this can provide convenience and minimize errors in processing drug inventory data and creating a better working system.

Abstract

The digital era demands that all forms of activities be carried out quickly, effectively and efficiently, using the latest technology. In the current era of technological reform 4.0, various information can be obtained in a short time via smart devices with certain applications, one of which is an application for calculating learning values and infographic processing. Solving the problem of spending value and infographics on goods and services data requires effort and a calculation process. thorough and complex. In this article the author describes an application for solving the problem of calculating learning values and infographics at the Dinas Kominfo Propinsi Jambi Service effectively, quickly and accurately using Microsoft Excel software.

Abstract

The problem with the number of employees who are quite a lot and with the manufacture of SPPD is still very inefficient because at any time employees are assigned to do the Service out suddenly and the operator must look for one by one employee data and also takes time to look for it. Along with the development of information and communication technology (ICT) which has great influence for changes in all areas, including in the field of Office, especially in the process of making SPPD called SPPD electronics or based on computer-based SPPD system that aims to facilitate in generating information , simplify the data search and report generation. In order to produce quality information, the quality in question is judged from the accuracy, timeliness and simplify the employee in the case of making Travel Service License (SPPD).

Abstract

Development of information systems is the unity of various elements that are interconnected in a place and have driving items such as objects, attributes, environment and internal relationships in the system. As for who explained about the development of information systems and the purpose of consumer data applications using Visual Basic 6.0 was created with the aim to facilitate consumer data collection. For employees of consumer data processing, especially in the Data Entry section, it will facilitate efficient data processing and facilitate the preparation of reports that will be given to the head of the company. The development of this information system uses visual basic 6.0 program and is supported by microsoft access 2007 as database management. For the development of data and information related to this research, it is obtained through field studies and literature study by looking for relevant sources and many things that need to be developed. In the future, with the entry of technology, it will be adjusted to better performance for application developers.

Abstract

The rationale for the implementation of guidance and counseling in schools is not merely the location of the existence or absence of a legal basis or provisions from above, but more important is the effort to facilitate students, hereinafter referred to as counselors, to be able to develop their potential or achieve tasks - task of development (concerning physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and moral-spiritual aspects). Preparation of prospective students at Tanjung Jabung Timur Public High School 6 to continue higher education in order to produce graduates who are qualified and able to enter the workforce does not only pay attention to the subject matter but the process of forming student personality also needs to be considered. Analysis and design modeling uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database server. Guidance and Counseling (Guidance of Counseling) in schools plays an important role in the process of forming students' personal. What role can it be effective if counseling in schools is supported by a structural mechanism in a school. The purpose of this system is to help the Counseling Guidance teachers at Tanjung Jabung Timur sma negeri 6 to provide services to students so as to produce quick and objective decisions in the counseling process. The results of this Final Project are to determine the development of student personality which can be used by the teacher in determining the increase in class and coaching for students.

Abstract

The software used is using Visual Basic 6.0 programming and the database used by MySql. The devices built are about Payroll Information System TKS (Voluntary Workers) Midwives and Nurses at the Sungai Rengas Health Center. The forms of software that will be implemented consist of interface implementation, namely login, main menu, input data display consisting of Employee data input data, Picket data input, and Salary data input, then output data display ie employee report output, picket report , salary reports and then exit the application.
