Abstract

Insurance companies need a method to help companies determine premium prices that are appropriate to the risks they face. In other words, it is also necessary to know the variables that influence premium prices using Generalized Linear Models (GLM) by generalizing the linear regression model to model the relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable. The aim of this research is to determine the variables that influence premium prices and determine the pure health insurance premium using the GLM method.

Abstract

Chinese cabbage (Brassica pekinensis L.) is one of the horticultural commodities that has a high production level in Indonesia. The increase in chinese cabbage production means that the need for chinese cabbage seeds in Indonesia is met through imported. The entry of seeds into a country through imported activities has the potential to as carriers of pathogens, especially bacteria that are OPTK A1 and A2, so it is important to carry out early detection of pathogens to prevent their spread in Indonesia. This research aims to detect bacteria carried by chinese cabbage seeds from South Korea using the PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) method. The results of the observations did not find the target bacteria Pseudomonas cichorii.

Abstract

The Autoregressive (AR) model describes the situation where the data in the current observation of a time series depends on the previous observation data. AR models have linearity assumptions. However, in reality there is a non-linear tendency in the data so it needs to be combined with a Neural Network (NN) model. NN models can overcome nonlinear problems in data. The purpose of this research is to build an AR-NN model and apply it to the inflation rate data of West Java Province. The result of this study is an AR(2)-NN model generated by summing the AR(2) prediction results with the residual AR(2) prediction results using a NN model that has a network architecture (4-5-1). The results of data processing show that the AR(2)-NN model is able to increase the level of forecast accuracy from a reasonable forecast to an accurate forecast so that the AR(2)-NN model is better used in West Java Province inflation rate data. This is supported by the smaller MAPE values compared to the AR(2) model. The AR-NN model is expected to be a recommendation for predicting inflation rates in the future.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) menganalisis kesalahan penulisan ejaan di media luar ruangan Kota Padang, (2) mengetahui implikasi hasil penelitian dalam pengajaran keterampilan menulis di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini berjenis kualitatif. Kegiatan orientasi, reduksi data, dan tahap seleksi merupakan tahapan penelitiannya. Ada 15 kesalahan penulisan huruf kapital, 35 kesalahan penulisan tanda baca, dan 13 kesalahan penulisan kata. Kesalahan-kesalahan tersebut mengurangi pemahaman dan interpretasi pesan yang disampaikan serta dapat mempengaruhi citra dan reputasi dari pihak yang menulis spanduk. Pentingnya perhatian terhadap pengajaran bahasa Indonesia pada perguruan tinggi, dalam penerapan ejaan, tanda baca, penulisan kata yang sesuai dengan kaidah kebahasaan.Kata kunci: kesalahan bahasa, penulisan huruf kapital, tanda baca, dan kata

Abstract

The digital era demands that all forms of activities be carried out quickly, effectively and efficiently, using the latest technology. In the current era of technological reform 4.0, various information can be obtained in a short time via smart devices with certain applications, one of which is an application for calculating learning values and infographic processing. Solving the problem of spending value and infographics on goods and services data requires effort and a calculation process. thorough and complex. In this article the author describes an application for solving the problem of calculating learning values and infographics at the Dinas Kominfo Propinsi Jambi Service effectively, quickly and accurately using Microsoft Excel software.
