Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi pembelajaran matematika dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Formulate Share Listen and Create bernuansa konstruktivisme untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis pada materi turunan fungsi yang efektif dengan perangkat yang valid dan praktis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model Plomp. Perangkat yang dikembangkan terdiri atas silabus, RPP, buku siswa, LKS, dan tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Indramayu di kabupaten Indramayu. Kelas XI IPS 2 dipilih ÃÂ sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI IPS 1 sebagai kelas kontrol. Klasifikasi perangkat yang dikembangkan tergolong valid. Perangkat secara praktis dapat meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis berdasarkan respon siswa dan guru yang positif. Selain itu, kemampuan komunikasi matematis kelas eksperimen mencapai ketuntasan proporsi lebih baik daripada kelas kontrol. Aktivitas dan motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis mereka. ÃÂ Ada peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa kelas eksperimen.ÃÂ The aim of this research is to know implementation of mathematics learning with the model of cooperative learning of Formulate Share Listen and Create nuanced of constructivism to increase the mathematic communication ability through the material of the differential senior high school which is effective, by valid and practical devices. This is a development research by Plomp models. It was conducted at .The devices developed are syllabus, lesson plan, worksheet, student book and test of mathematics communication ability. State SHS 1 Indramayu in Indramayu. Grade XI social two is choosen as a experiments class and XI social two a controls class. The clasification for developed devices are included into valid learning devices. It is also increase mathematics communication ability practically cause student and teacher responses are positive. Beside that, its also achieve the minimum mastery learning criteria proportionalwise even better than control class. Activities and motivation give positive influence towards their mathematics communication ability. There are increment studentÃ¢â¬â¢s mathematics communication ability of experiment class.

Kemampuan guru dalam membuat dan menggunakan alat peraga masih rendah, berdasarkan hasil supervisi yang dilakukan terhadap enam guru kelas, diperoleh hasil yang menunjukkan dua orang guru dengan nilai 40 (kurang) dan empat guru dengan nilai 30-35 (sangat kurang). Penelitian ini secara umum bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam membuat dan menggunakan alat peraga. Tujuan khusus dalam penelitian ini, yaitu mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam membuat dan menggunakan alat peraga serta mendeskripsikan cara pendekatan supervisi klinis condisker dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membuat dan menggunakan alat peraga. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan sekolah. Data yang dianalisis adalah data kuantitatif yang berupa nilai angka dengan cara membandingkan perolehan pada siklus I dengan siklus II. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai tertinggi pada siklus I adalah 73 dan terendah 48. Nilai tertinggi pada siklus II adalah 93 dan terendah 63. Manfaat dalam penelitian ini secara teoretis diharapkan menjadi salah satu penyumbang teori supervisi akademik dalam pembuatan serta penggunaan alat peraga pada guru lewat pendekatan supervisi klinis condisker. Secara praktis, manfaat dalam penelitian ini dibagi menjadi tiga yaitu bagi guru, sekolah, dan kepala sekolah. Bagi guru dapat membuat serta menggunakan alat peraga membaca menulis permulaan sehingga berdampak pada peningkatan mutu siswa, bagi sekolah tersedianya kelengkapan alat peraga pada setiap pembelajaran, dan bagi kepala sekolah penelitian ini dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai rujukan dalam membimbing guru kelas.

AbstrakArtikel ini menjelaskan peran mediasi profitabilitas hubungan antara peluang tumbuh perusahaan, kebijakan hutang terhadap nilai perusahaan pada sektor industrial yang tercatat pada Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015-2020. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor industrials yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia per tanggal 19 Januari 2021, yang berjumlah 50 perusahaan. Sedangkan periode penelitian selama 6 tahun (2015-2020). Sampel didasarkan pada metode purposive sampling dengan beberapa kriteria yang menghasilkan 102 data panel. Penelitian menggunakan model path analysis dengan regresi data panel. Berdasarkan data mentah atau data primer yang terkumpul, kemudian diproses melalui Software Eviews 7 yang menghasilkan informasi/data untuk keperluan uji statistik parametrik atau pengujian hipotesis.Kata Kunci: Peluang Tumbuh Perusahaan, Kebijakan Hutang, Profitabilitas, Nilai Perusahaan. AbstractThis article describes the role of profitability mediation between the company's growing opportunities, debt-to-value policies in the industrial sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2020. The population of this study is an industrial sector company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as of January 19, 2021, which amounted to 50 companies. While the research period for 6 years (2015-2020). The sample is based on a purposive sampling method with several criteria that resulted in 102 panel data. The study used a path analysis model with regression panel data. Based on raw data or primary data collected, then processed through Eviews Software 7 which produces information / data for the purposes of parametric statistical tests or hypothesis testing. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Analisis pengaruh current ratio terhadap harga saham, (2) analisis pengaruh return on asset terhadap harga saham, (3) analisis pengaruh debt to equity terhadap harga saham, (4) analisis pengaruh earning per share terhadap harga saham, (5) analisis pengaruh current ratio, return on asset, debt to equity ratio, earning per share terhadap harga saham. Penelitian ini berbentuk kuantitatif deskriptif kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori eksplanatori. Penelitihan ini berjumlah 22 sampel data keuangan perusahaan pertambangan sektor batubara yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2017-2019. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) current ratio berpengaruh postif tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham, (2) return on asset berpengaruh postif tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham (3) debt to equity ratio berpengaruh postif tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham (4) earning per share berpengaruh postif tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham (5) analisis pengaruh current ratio, return on asset, debt to equity ratio, earning per share tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham.Kata Kunci: Current Ratio, Return on Asset, Debt to Equity Ratio, Earning Per Share, Harga Saham AbstractHis study aims to determine: (1) analysis of the effect of the current ratio on stockprices,. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple regression test. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the current ratio has a non-significant positive effect on stock prices, (2) return on assets has an insignificant positive effect on stock prices. (3) debt to equity ratio has a non-significant positive effect on stock prices. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, product quality and after-sales service on purchasing decisions at U Winfly Malang electric bike. This study used a quantitative approach, totaling 60 consumers on U Winfly Malang electric bike who were selected by total sampling and saturated sample techniques as research subjects. The statistical analysis used in this study is with the help of the SmartPLS version 3.9 computer program. The results showed that brand image had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, product quality had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, After sales service had no significant positive effect on purchasing decisions at U Winfly electric bicycles Malang

The Quaternary volcanic terrain has unique characteristic. Those phenomena are reflected by basin morphometry. Some morphometry variables can used are basin dimention, azimuth of river segment, azimuth of terrain lineament, river length (Ls), drainage density (Dd), and bifurcation ratio (Rb).Upper Citarum River area is the research area, exactly on Cijoho Basin, Cihejo Basin, Cigalugah Basin, and Barugbug Basin. Base on literature study result and field survey, those four basins have difference geological setting. Probabilistic approach used for know difference and similarity of basins. Statistic tests used are distribution normality of data and average difference tests.Result of research show highest Dd value exist on Cijoho Basin (3.78), otherwise its lowest exist on Barugbug Basin (2.35). That’s phenomena reflect difference of its volcanic rock characteristic. Commonly Rb values < 3 show that deformed basins. Rb values increase to downstream of Cihejo Basin, meanwhile on the other basins they are decrease. The Rb values escalation to downstream indicate strongly deformation at downstream of Cihejo Basin. The rivers of Cijoho Basin direct the-90o until 179o controlled by active tectonic. Meanwhile, the rivers pattern of Basins of Cihejo, Barugbug, and Cigalugah are controlled by active tectonic.
