Abstract

Abstract: The objectives of this study is to find out the influence of family-friendly policies on work-family conflict, the influence of work-family conflict on employee commitment, the influence of family-friendly policies on employee commitment, the influence of family-friendly policies on employee commitment mediated work-family conflict. This type of research is an explanatory study. A survey technique using questionnaire with likert scale as the instruments of research to collect the data. the technique used for selecting the sample was purposive sampling. The number of respondents being observed was 75 people. The statistic analysis tool for testing the hypothesis was used path analysis method to find out the relationship among the variables. The result of this study finding are: 1) the family-friendly policies significantly influences the work-family conflict; 2) the work-family conflict significantly influences the employee commitment; 3) the family-friendly policies significantly influences the employee commitment; 4) the family-friendly policies insignificantly influences the employee commitment mediated work-family conflict. Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress on burnout and effect of burnout on performance. Effect of work stress on performance and effect of work stress on performance through burnout. Unit of analysis is a lecturer at the Widyagama University of Malang, includes professors and lecturers civil foundations. The object of research is the effect of work stress on burnout and its implications on the performance. Place research at the Widyagama University of Malang. Population of 120 faculty and determination of sample size the formula slovin, amounting to 55 lecturers. While the sampling technique using proportional random sampling. Analysis of statistical data is used to: 1) test the research instrument, through the Test Validity and Reliability Test; 2) did the classic assumption test; 3) Analysis of descriptive statistics, use the Frequency Distribution, and; 4) Analysis of inferential statistics, using Path Analysis (Path Analysis). The results showed that there are significant direct effect between Job Stress on Burnout Lecturer. Later research found significant direct effect on the performance of Burnout Lecturer. Furthermore, this study also found a significant direct effect between Job Stress on Performance Lecturer. Keyword: Job Stress, Burnout, and Performance

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan kepemimpinan kewirausahaan 5.0. penelitian menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur terkait kepemimpinan kewirausahaan society 5.0 pengumpulan data dari sumber-sumber artikel 20 tahun terakhir pada tahun 2000-2020. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 37.834 artikel yang bersumber dari google scholar, sciencedirect, dan emeraldinsight yang dapat dijadikan rujukkan sebanyak 47 artikel yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan kepemimpinan kewirausahaan 5.0. temuan dari 47 artikel memiliki metode yang beragam mulai dari penelitian ekplorasi, ekplanatori, taxonomic review, model yang diusulkan dan systematic literature review. Penelitian bertema kepemimpinan kewirausahaan masih relevan diteliti di masa mendatang dengan mengkolaborasikan digital marketing, human technology, dan financial technology.

Abstract

This paper aims to be able to build a construct based on empirical studies, so that it will become the basis for making policies and programs in order to maintain and develop business ventures in the new normal era. This paper uses a qualitative approach with a constructivist paradigm. The research design used is grounded theory. Research setting in Capture Chicken Malang Geprek. The intended informants are the owners and customers of Malang Geprek Catched Chicken. Data analysis using open coding, axial coding, and selection coding. Data validity uses data credibility. The research findings show that an entrepreneur can develop and maintain a business if he has the passion and ability, besides that there is an entrepreneurial orientation: risk-taking, pro-active, and innovation in the sale of goods so as to improve business performance. The need for emphasis on sales such as goods, prices, services, places of sale, systems and sales techniques.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSebagai mitra, dalam PROPENMAS ini adalah Bengkel Las Maestro milik M Basori yang berlokasi di Joyo Asri, RW 08 Kelurahan Merjosari, Kota Malang. Mengutamakan pemberdayaan tenaga kerja masyarakat setempat, Namun, teridentifikasi, perkembangan usahanya lambat dan kurang maksimal, perolehan profit belum maksimal dan belum sesuai target yang diharapan. Sistem pembinaan yang dilakukan untuk tenaga kerja selama ini masih dalam bentuk yang sederhana dari pemilik usaha. Sehingga, selama ini usaha Mitra dilakukan atas dasar pengetahuan dan keterampilan mandiri. Permasalahan berfokus pada aspek manajerial dan keuangan. Hal ini menjadikan UKM Bengkel Las Maestro sulit berkembang. Lemahnya aspek tatakelola administrasi dan keuangan, menjadikan pengelolaan aspek manajemen keuangan belum memenuhi standar keuangan usaha yang sehat. Hanya mencantumkan pesanan dan harga total dari pesanan, belum dilakukan pencatatan transaksi secara sistematis berstandar siklus akuntansi. Solusi yang ditawarkan kepada mitra adalah peningkatan pengetahuan UKM Bengkel Las Maestro di bidang manajemen organisasi dan manajemen keuangan dalam pengelolaan UKM, sehingga akan lebih meningkatkan produktivitas usahanya. Program ini dilakukan melalui pelatihan manajerial organisasi dan manajemen keuangan berstandar siklus akuntansi UKM dengan basis planning organizing actuating controling (POAC). ABSTRACTAs a partner, in this PROPENMAS is M Basori's Las Maestro Workshop which is located in Joyo Asri, RW 08 Merjosari Urban Village, Malang City. Prioritizing the empowerment of the community workforce, however, it has been identified, the development of the business is slow and not maximal, the profit is not maximized and is not yet according to the expected target So far, the guidance system implemented for the workforce is still in the simple form of the business owner. So that all this time Partner's efforts have been carried out on the basis of independent knowledge and skills. The problem focuses on managerial and financial aspects. This makes it difficult for the Las Maestro Workshop UKM to develop. Weak aspects of administrative and financial governance, management of financial management aspects have not met sound business finance standards. Only the order orders and the total price of the orders have not been recorded in a systematic manner with the accounting cycle standard. The solution offered to partners is to increase the knowledge of SME Workshop Las Maestro in the field of organizational management and financial management in SME management, so that it will increase business productivity. This program is carried out through training in organizational managerial and financial management standardized on the accounting cycle for SMEs on the basis of planning organizing actuating control (POAC).

Abstract

AbstrakArtikel ini menjelaskan peran mediasi profitabilitas hubungan antara peluang tumbuh perusahaan, kebijakan hutang terhadap nilai perusahaan pada sektor industrial yang tercatat pada Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015-2020. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor industrials yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia per tanggal 19 Januari 2021, yang berjumlah 50 perusahaan. Sedangkan periode penelitian selama 6 tahun (2015-2020). Sampel didasarkan pada metode purposive sampling dengan beberapa kriteria yang menghasilkan 102 data panel. Penelitian menggunakan model path analysis dengan regresi data panel. Berdasarkan data mentah atau data primer yang terkumpul, kemudian diproses melalui Software Eviews 7 yang menghasilkan informasi/data untuk keperluan uji statistik parametrik atau pengujian hipotesis.Kata Kunci:  Peluang Tumbuh Perusahaan, Kebijakan Hutang, Profitabilitas, Nilai Perusahaan. AbstractThis article describes the role of profitability mediation between the company's growing opportunities, debt-to-value policies in the industrial sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2020. The population of this study is an industrial sector company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as of January 19, 2021, which amounted to 50 companies. While the research period for 6 years (2015-2020). The sample is based on a purposive sampling method with several criteria that resulted in 102 panel data. The study used a path analysis model with regression panel data. Based on raw data or primary data collected, then processed through Eviews Software 7 which produces information / data for the purposes of parametric statistical tests or hypothesis testing. Abstract

AbstrakSalah satu kunci utama keberhasilan suatu organisasi terletak pada tinggi rendahnya motivasi pegawai. Tanpa motivasi, perusahaan akan mengalami penurunan produktivitas, tingkat output yang lebih rendah dan kemungkinan perusahaan akan gagal mencapai tujuan penting. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh penempatan terhadap motivasi kerja dengan dimediasi oleh komitmen organisasi. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yaitu untuk meneliti 68 pegawai yang bekerja di Departemen Perencanaan dan Pengembangan Bisnis Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Timur. Data primer yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan analisis jalur, dan uji statistik parametrik menggunakan smartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan semakin efektifnya penempatan maka akan meningkatkan motivasi kerja, semakin efektifnya penempatan maka akan meningkatkan komitmen organisasi, semakin tingginya komitmen organisasi maka akan meningkatkan motivasi kerja, dan semakin efektifnya penempatan melalui komitmen organisasi yang tinggi maka akan meningkatkan motivasi kerja pada pegawai Departemen Perencanaan dan Pengembangan Bisnis Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Timur.Kata Kunci: Penempatan, Komitmen Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja Abstract One of the main keys to the success of an organization that depends on the high and low motivation of employees. Without motivation, the company will experience decreased productivity, lower output levels and the possibility that the company will fail to achieve important goals. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to see how the influence of placement on work motivation is mediated by organizational commitment. This type of research includes explanatory research with a quantitative approach, which examines 68 employees who work in the Department of Planning and Business Development of Perum Perhutani Regional Division of East Java. The primary data collected were analyzed by path analysis, and parametric statistical tests using smartPLS. The results showed that the more effective placement will increase work motivation, the more effective placement will increase organizational commitment, the higher organizational commitment will increase work motivation, and the more effective placement through high organizational commitment will increase work motivation in the employees of the Department of Planning and Business Development of Perum Perhutani East Java Regional DivisionKeywords: Placement, Organizational Commitment, Work Motivation

Abstract

AbstrakArtikel ini menjelaskan pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap minat pembelian ulang dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel mediasi (Studi pada Pelanggan PT. Jasa Kopra Sejati di Pasuruan). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan aktual yang pernah melakukan pembelian ulang pada PT. Jaya Kopra Sejati, Pasuruan. Berdasarkan informasi dari Manajer Operasional terdata sebanyak 687 konsumen. Jumlah sampel ditentukan berdasarkan rumus Slovin, dengan jumlah 88 responden, dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, dari hasil kuesioner tersebut dianalisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing variabel yang dihitung menggunakan analisis Partial Lesat Square (PLS).Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah kualitas produk yang semakin tinggi dapat meningkatkan minat pembelian ulang pelanggan. Kualitas produk yang semakin tinggi dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Kepuasan pelanggan yang semakin tinggi dapat meningkatkan minat pembelian ulang pelanggan. Kualitas produk yang semakin tinggi dapat meningkatkan minat pembelian ulang yang dimediasi kepuasan pelanggan.Kata kunci: Kualitas Produk, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Minat Pembelian Ulang. AbstractThis article describes the effect of product quality on repurchase interest with customer satisfaction as a mediation variable (Study on Customers PT. True Copra Services in Pasuruan). The population in this study is all actual customers who have made a repurchase at PT. Jaya Kopra Sejati, Pasuruan. Based on information from the Operational Manager recorded as many as 687 consumers. The number of samples was determined based on the Slovin formula, with a total of 88 respondents, and sampling techniques using purposive sampling. The data was collected using questionnaires, from the results of the questionnaire analyzed to find out the influence of each variable calculated using Partial Lesat Square (PLS) analysis.The conclusion of this study is that the increasingly high quality of the product can increase customer repurchase interest. Higher product quality can increase customer satisfaction. Higher customer satisfaction can increase customer repurchase interest. The higher quality of the product can increase the interest in customer satisfaction-mediated repurchase. Keywords: Product Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Repurchase Interest.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan guna mengetahui peran quality of work life dalam memoderasi hubungan dari tekanan pekerjaan terhadap stress kerja pada karyawan PT Otsuka Indonesia di Kota Malang. Objek penelitian ini ialah tekanan pekerjaan (X), quality of work life (Z), dan stress kerja (Y), sementara subyek dalam penelitian ini merupakan karyawan PT Otsuka Indonesia di Kota Malang. Pendekatan kuantitatif jenis eksplanatory research telah peneliti gunakan untuk memperoleh data dan informasi guna menunjang keberhasilan penelitian. Dalam pengujian hipotesis, peneliti menggunakan model multivariat Structural Equation Models (SEM) yang dibantu oleh Partial Least Square (PLS). dalam penarikan sample, peneliti menggunakan sample jenuh (total sampling). Pada dasarnya keseluruhan sample yang dimuat dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Osaka Indonesia dengan jumlah 35 responden. Untuk jenis data yang peneliti gunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder dengan Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesionair dan dokumentasi. Berikut hasil yang telah peneliti dapatkan dalam penelitian: 1) stress kerja pada karyawan diakibatkan factor dari tekanan pekerjaan. 2) penurunan stress kerja pada karyawan dibantu oleh penerapan quality of work life. 3). Pada hubungan kerja terhadap PT Otsuka Indonesia di Kota Malang tidak dapat dimoderasi oleh quality of work life.Kata Kunci: Tekanan Pekerjaan, Quality of Work Life, Stress KerjaAbstractThis study aims to determine the role of quality of work life in moderating the relationship of work pressure to work stress on employees of PT Otsuka Indonesia in Malang City. The object of this research is work pressure (X), quality of work life (Z), and work stress (Y), while the subjects in this study are employees of PT Otsuka Indonesia in Malang City. The quantitative approach of explanatory research has been used by researchers to obtain data and information to support the success of the research. In testing the hypothesis, the researcher used a multivariate model of Structural Equation Models (SEM) assisted by Partial Least Square (PLS). In sampling, the researcher uses a saturated sample (total sampling). Basically, the entire sample contained in this study were employees of PT Osaka Indonesia with a total of 35 respondents. For the type of data that researchers use is primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The following are the results that researchers have obtained in the study: 1) work stress on employees is caused by factors from work pressure. 2) reducing work stress on employees assisted by the implementation of quality of work life. 3). The working relationship with PT Otsuka Indonesia in Malang City cannot be moderated by quality of work life. Keywords: Job Pressure, Quality of Work Life, Work Stress
