Abstract

The screening results at the Purwodadi II Health Center indicated an increase in cases of HIV, Syphilis, and Hepatitis B in 2021-2022; specifically, HIV increased from 0 to 1 case, Syphilis from 0 to 2 cases, and Hepatitis B from 6 to 10 cases. In order to reduce the incidence rate, the government conducted screenings during the integrated ANC, which included a Triple Elimination examination consisting of HIV, Syphilis, and Hepatitis B tests. The purpose of the study was to determine the characteristics, knowledge, and attitudes of pregnant women about Triple Elimination at Purwodadi II Health Center. This research was conducted in the Purwodadi II Health Center area using a descriptive research design. The study population consisted of pregnant women who had not undergone the Triple Elimination examination at the Purwodadi II Health Center in 2023. The sampling technique involved accidental sampling of 79 respondents. The results showed that most pregnant women in the reproductive age category were healthy, had secondary education, and mostly were housewives and multiparous, with limited knowledge and negative attitudes towards Triple Elimination. Therefore, the health workers need to provide education about Triple Elimination to enhance the knowledge and positive attitudes of pregnant women in the future.

Abstract

Sharia investment is currently trending in the world of investment in Indonesia. Moreover, the current PTKI students are Generation Z, who are more familiar with the virtual world and the world of online investment. Thus, the understanding and interest of Generation Z in sharia investment needs to be analyzed in order to develop the Islamic capital market. The research article explains how high the understanding and interest of public and private Islamic university students towards Islamic capital market investment is. It uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. Quantitative research is done by survey using Google Form, to 300 students at PTKIN/S in West Sumatra. The samples are 154 student respondents from 3 PTKIN and 129 students from 5 PTKIS. The effect of understanding on interest in investing in the Islamic capital market is significant. If understanding increases by 1 point, then interest will increase by 0.481 points. There is no difference in the investment interest of PTKIN students and PTKIS students. Qualitative research was conducted by collecting student arguments in FGDs related to the determinants and efforts to increase understanding and interest in investing in the Islamic capital market. Many determinants of understanding come from external, while interest is heavily influenced by internal factors. Efforts to increase understanding can be done by studying academically, using the internet more wisely, and attending seminars and discussions. Meanwhile, increasing interest, it can be done by increasing understanding, motivation, and interaction with Islamic capital market investment figures.

Abstract

The development of e-commerce drives changes in consumer behavior, especially increased consumption when purchasing fashion products online. This study aims to analyze the influence of Hedonic Shopping Value, Lifestyle, and Fear of Missing Out (FoMo) on Consumptive Behavior on Fashion Products on the Shopee E-commerce Platform. This study uses a quantitative, correlational method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to Shopee users who had purchased fashion products. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with a total of 140 respondents from Bojonegoro Regency selected to meet the research criteria. The data were analyzed using correlation analysis to test the influence of each independent variable on Consumptive Behavior. The test results indicate that the Hedonic Shopping Value variable has a positive and significant effect on Consumptive Behavior (p-value = 0.000), supporting the hypothesis. The Lifestyle variable also has a positive and significant effect on Consumptive Behavior (p-value = 0.024), supporting the second hypothesis. Furthermore, Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) was found to have a positive and significant influence on Consumer Behavior (p = 0.000), thereby accepting the third hypothesis. Based on these research results, it can be concluded that psychological and lifestyle factors play a significant role in driving Consumer Behavior on e-commerce platforms. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for business actors in designing more effective marketing strategies and for future researchers in developing studies related to Consumer Behavior.
