Abstract

Masa remaja merupakan masa peralihan yang terjadi dengan bebagai perubahan yang cukup bermakna secara fisik, biologis, mental dan emosional maupun psikososial. Pada masa peralihan sering terjadi konflik antara remaja dan dirinya sendiri. Tekanan yang dihadapi remaja didapatkan dari berbagai sumber, diantaranya tekanan keluarga, akademik, media digital dan hal lainnya. Oleh sebab itu pentingnya bagaimana cara remaja bersikap dalam harga diri. Dalam meningkatkan harga diri remaja salah satu upaya yang akan dilakukan adalah pemberian terapi kognitif, terapi ini digunakan untuk memodifikasi fungsi berpikir, merasa dan bertindak dengan menekankan peran otak dalam menganalisa, memutuskan, bertanya, berbuat dan memutuskan kembali sehingga dengan merubah status pikiran dan perasaanya. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan menigkatkan harga diri remaja melalui pendekatan terapi kognitif di sekolah, pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan bulan agustus tahun 2025 di sekolah SMPN 1 Karang Intan Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan, peserta pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan pada remaja SMP kelas X  dan XI sebanyak 55 orang. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan harga diri remaja setelah dilakukan psikoedukasi di sekolah, , hal ini terlihat dari hasil nilai post test yang mengukur kembali tingkat harga diri remaja setelah diberikan edukasi terapi kognitif.

Abstract

Aims: This research aims to analyze the relationship between Family Support in Fulfilling Activities of Daily Living and the level of Personal Hygiene - Bathing in schizophrenia patients. Methods: The population in this research consists of 88 families with schizophrenia patients, with a sample size of 47 respondents. The sampling technique used is random sampling, employing the Spearman's rho statistical test. This research was conducted from December 2022 to July 2023 in the village of Astambul, Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan Province, this research is an analytical research employing a cross-sectional design. Results: Based on the Spearman Rho test, the value of ρ is determined to be 0.005 (ρ ≥ 0.050). With a Spearman correlation value of 0.000, it indicates a positive correlation direction with a moderate strength. Conclusions: Emotional support and increased attention are crucial in supporting a more effective recovery process. The better the family support in fulfilling Activities of Daily Living (ADL) for schizophrenia patients, the higher the level of personal hygiene - bathing in schizophrenia patients in the Astambul village area, Banjar Regency.

Abstract

Aims: This research aims to examine the impact of cognitive behaviour therapy with Roy's adaptation approach on increasing adolescent self-esteem in the Special Development Institute for Children Class 1 Martapura. Methods: This research employed a Quasi-Experimental Pre-Post Test with Control Group design. The sample size consisted of 30 respondents, divided into 15 in the treatment group and 15 in the control group, selected using purposive sampling techniques. The research instrument utilized to measure self-esteem was the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale. Results: The outcomes revealed a significant increase in adolescent self-esteem before and after receiving cognitive behavior therapy with the Roy adaptation approach in the treatment group, with a p-value of 0.014 < 0.05. This indicates that there is a positive effect of administering cognitive behavior therapy with the Roy adaptation approach on adolescent self-esteem at the Class 1 Martapura Children's Special Development Institute. Conversely, the control group experienced a decline in self-esteem during the post-test measurement. Conclusion: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy with Roy's adaptation theory approach conducted in 3 sessions is able to improve the self-esteem of adolescents who are in the Class 1 Martapura Children's Special Development Institute.

Abstract

Aims: Bullying, characterized by physical or mental harm, can lead to negative effects on victims and perpetrators. Enhancing knowledge about bullying through role-play psychoeducation is crucial for prevention among junior high school students. Methods: This study uses a pretest-posttest design to investigate the impact of psychoeducation roleplay on bullying knowledge among junior high school students, finding a significant effect on learning outcomes. Results: Psychoeducation using roleplay can increase knowledge about bullying prevention among junior high school students at SMP Negeri 1 Karang Intan. This approach helps students understand the impact of bullying and how to prevent it, making them more enthusiastic and happy to participate. Research shows that increased empathy from witnesses can reduce bullying behavior. The relaxed and enjoyable environment of roleplay can help students understand the importance of prevention and reduce bullying. Conclusions: The roleplay method in psychoeducation significantly enhanced students' knowledge of bullying prevention among junior high school students in Negeri 1 Karang Intan, Banjar Regency.
