Abstract

Pengembangan Model Pembelajaran Four-D dengan menggunaan metode Kulsponsi pada mata kuliah Akuntansi Syariah  mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Akuntansi bertujuan mengatasi masalah rendahnya tingkat partisipasi mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran pada perkuliahan, sehingga diharapkan kualitas belajar mahasiswa meningkat. Inovasi dilakukan dengan pendekatan pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada pemecahan masalah dengan model Four-D dan metode kulsponsi yang berbasis kegiatan diskusi kelompok dan latihan terbimbing. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan bentuk penelitian tindakan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan angket.  Hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan adalah sebagai berikut : 1) Inovasi pembelajaran dengan model Four D dan dengan metode kulsponsi dapat meningkatkan kualitas belajar dan proses pembelajaran, setelah mahasiswa diberi prakondisi yang memadai sehingga memiliki kesiapan materi dan dapat menyelesaikan kasus kasus masalah Akuntansi Syariah. 2) Dari hasil penelitian pada siklus pertama di dapat rerata pelaksanaan perkuliahan dengan menggunakan model Four-D dan metode kulsponsi 2,78 (cukup baik) dan siklus kedua dan ketiga masing-masing 3,23 (cukup baik)  dan 3,63 (baik), dan sikuls keempat 4,23 (sangat baik)  Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran Mata Kuliah Akuntansi Syariah dengan menggunakan Model Four-D dan dengan  metode kulsponsi.  Kata kunci : Model Four-D, Kulsponsi, Akuntansi Syariah

Abstract

Authentication is very important in the process of resolving criminal cases, because passing verification with valid evidence appliances, defendant can be convicted of the alleged criminal acts to his. One of the evidence contained in the Act is the defendant's testimony evidences, including defendant's (the suspect) testimony given in front of investigators. Defendant’s testimony given in front of investigators as one of the evidence appliances often revoked by defendant with various reasons. With the repeal, implicate to the strength of verification. If the revocation of defendant's testimony can be accepted by the judge, then it means that the defendant had given the untrue testimony in front of the investigator. As a result, defendant's testimony cannot be used as evidence and has no value or strength of evidence to prove the guilt of the defendant, so the defendant should be freed. Conversely, if the revocation of the defendant testimony cannot be accepted by the judge, it means the spoken testimonies of the defendants in front of the investigator was correct information and have evidentiary value, which consequently the defendant testimony can be used as evidence to prove the guilt of the defendant so the defendant should be sentenced.

Abstract

Medical secrets are the patient's rights. This medical secret is a moral obligation based on moral norms derived from Hippocrates' oath. This secret is also known in various professions including advocates, religious scholars and priests, notaries and so on, but the medical profession is the oldest profession that is obliged to keep medical secrets. Maintaining the secret of medicine is an obligation for the medical profession in carrying out its duties and practices as a respect for human dignity. Medical secrets are regulated in international law, especially the law on human rights, Declaration of Human Rights and the 1945 Indonesian Constitution and more specifically in Article 48 of Law Number 29 of 2004 concerning Medical Practices. Medical secrets are not absolute because they can be opened in certain circumstances according to the laws and regulations. If this medical secret is leaked, it can be held to account for the violator, especially Article 322 of the Criminal Code (KUHP).

Abstract

Stomata are clefts of the epidermis, each lined by two guard cells. In Greek, stoma means "mouth", and the term is often used only for the stomatal pore. Stomta has long been the object of study of morphology, anatomy and physiology. In general, several technical terms are known, such as stoma, stomata complex, neighboring cells and daughter cells. The term has been used in different meanings by groups of botanical researchers. This study was conducted to determine the type of stomata in several types of dicotyledonous and monocot plants. The study used a qualitative descriptive method to describe and describe the type of stomata in several types of dicotyledonous plants and monocotyledonous plants. The object of this research uses the abaxil leaf of several types of plants including dicotyledonous plants which include soursop (Annona muricata), mango (Mangifera indica), noni (Morinda citrifolia), breadfruit (Artocarpus altilis), and monocot plants which include: palm leaves, banana leaves, papaya leaves (Carica papaya) and turmeric leaves (Curcuma longa). The research was carried out through several stages, namely the preparation of leaf samples, making leaf preparations, observing under a microscope, documenting and describing the forms of stomata. The results showed that dicot and monocot plants have different types of stomata. Several types of plants also have the same type of stomata. Soursop (Annona muricata) has Paracytic stomata type; Mango (Mangifera indica) has anomocytic stomata type; Noni (Morinda citrifolia) has Paracytic stomata type; Breadfruit (Artocarpus altilis) has Actinocytic stomata type; The palm (Oreodoxa regia) has a Tetracytic stomata type; Banana (Musa sp.) has anomocytic stomata type; Papaya (Carica papaya) has Hemiparacytic stomata type; and Turmeric (Curcuma longa) has Paracytic stomata type.

Abstract

Medicinal plants play a very vital role in their use for medicine, in addition to providing ecological, economic and cultural benefits. Since ancient times, plants have been used as a source of effective and safe medicines. Plants can have medicinal properties because they contain secondary metabolites or other bioactive compounds. This study uses samples of medicinal plants that have been used by the people of North Buton as traditional medicine for hundreds of years. This plant has never been reported in previous studies. This study aims to determine the types of medicinal plants and the phytochemical content contained in these plants. The research was conducted with several stages of identification and phytochemical testing. The phytochemicals analyzed included flavonoid alkaloids, tannins, steroids, terpenoids, saponins and phenols. Phytochemical tests were carried out on plant organs, namely roots, stems and leaves. The results of plant identification showed that the plant was a genus of Embelia. Furthermore, the results of phytochemical tests showed that the roots and stems of Embelia sp. contains flavonoids, alkaloids, steroids, saponins, tannins and phenols. Furthermore, the leaves of Embelia sp. contains alkaloids, steroids, saponins, tannins and phenols.

Abstract

Ontogeny is the process of individual development from embryo to adult, while phylogeny is the analysis of evolutionary relationships between species. Ontogeny and phylogeny form the basis for understanding the development of organisms and the history of evolution, as well as for further studies in biology. This research aims to analyze the urgency of studying ontogeny and phylogeny in high school biology learning. The research was conducted using a literature study method on articles and references relevant to the topic. The analysis of the literature indicates an urgency to study ontogeny and phylogeny in high school biology learning. Supported by appropriate learning approaches and models, knowledge related to ontogeny and phylogeny needs to be taught to high school students to enhance their understanding of more complex biological concepts.
