Abstract

Abstrak Penggunaan asuransi sebagai salah satu bentuk proteksi keuangan semakin penting dalam menghadapi risiko yang terus meningkat di masa kini. Namun, masih terdapat banyak tantangan yang dihadapi dalam memastikan bahwa transaksi asuransi berjalan secara berkelanjutan dan sesuai dengan prinsip dasar asuransi yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Personal Selling dan Advertising terdahap Penjualan Polis Asurani khususnya pada Bumida Cabang Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuisioner. serta populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 orang responden tenaga penjual pada perusahaan asuransi Bumida Cabang Medan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data dianalisis dengan metode regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan dari hipotesis uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel Personal Selling berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Penjualan Polis Asuransi. Sedangkan variabel Advertising berpengaruh positif terhadap Penjualan Polis Asuransi. Hasil penelitian hipotesis uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa Personal Selling dan Advertising berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Penjualan Polis Asuransi. Kata Kunci: Personal Selling, Advertising, Penjualan Polis Asuransi Abstract The use of insurance as a form of financial protection is increasingly important in the face of increasing risks today. However, there are still many challenges faced in ensuring that insurance transactions are sustainable and in accordance with the basic principles of good insurance. This study aims to determine the effect of Personal Selling and Advertising on Asurani Policy Sales, especially at Bumida Medan Branch. This study uses quantitative research methods with an associative approach. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. and the population and sample in this study were 50 salesperson respondents at the Medan Branch of the Bumida insurance company using saturated sampling techniques. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. The results of the study based on the partial test hypothesis show that the Personal Selling variable has a positive and significant effect on Insurance Policy Sales. While the Advertising variable has a positive effect on Insurance Policy Sales. The results of the simultaneous test hypothesis research show that Personal Selling and Advertising have a significant effect on Insurance Policy Sales. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui lebih jauh bagaimana dampak wabah COVID-19 terhadap aktivitas akademik yang dilakukan orang tua, siswa, dan pengajar di SDN 104201, Desa Pond, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan. Studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dalam metodologi penelitian ini untuk mengetahui lebih jauh tentang keterbatasan dan pengaruh program COVID-19 terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran di SD negeri dalam kode pos 104201. Berdasarkan hasil survei, temuan penelitian dibahas, termasuk bagaimana pandemi Covid-19 berdampak pada orang tua, guru, dan murid dalam hal kecakapan teknologi, penyelesaian infrastruktur, dampak fisik, dan dampak psikologis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut menjadi acuan bagi peneliti untuk merancang buku pedoman pembelajaran pada masa pandemik COVID-19. Kata Kunci: Dampak, Pembelajaran, Sekolah Dasar ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to find out more about the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak on academic activities carried out by parents, students, and teachers at SDN 104201, Pond Village, Percut Sei Tuan District. A case study with a qualitative approach is used in this research methodology to find out more about the limitations and effects of the COVID-19 program on learning activities in public elementary schools in postal code 104201. Based on the survey results, research findings are discussed, including how the Covid-19 pandemic has affected people. parents, teachers, and students in terms of technological prowess, infrastructure completion, physical impact, and psychological impact. Based on the results of the study, it became a reference for researchers to design learning guidebooks during the COVID-19 pandemic. Keywords: Impact, Learning, Elementary School
