Abstract

Quality of health service is perfection in health service that bringssatisfaction to patients which basically an effort to fulfill needs anddemand of customers of health service. Patient satisfaction which isrelated to quality of health service is average satisfaction of thepopulation and one of indicators of quality of service of health centers asreflected in the number of visits of patients. In 2008 visits toGandrungmangu I Health Center decreased. In average there were 2685visits whereas in 2007 there were 2896 visits. The decrease was about0,09%. This may due to some factors. The result of preliminaryobservation at Gandrungmangu I Health Center held in Januari 11-16,2010 to 30 patients at the health center showed 12 patients (40%)complained about long waiting time, 9 patients (30%) complained aboutstaff being late and 7 patients (23,3%) complained about unavailability ofdoctors.The study was to find out association between quality of healthservice and patient satisfaction. The study was expected to be used asconsideration in making decision to improve quality of health service atGandrungmangu I Health Center. The study was descriptive analyticalthat used 252 samples of Gandrungmangu I Health Center taken withsimple random sampling technique. Data were obtained in Juli 2010through questionnaire on quality and patient satisfaction. Data analysisused Spearman Rho.The majority (51,6%) of respondents said that quality of service ofGandrungmangu I Health Center was good in aspects of tangibles,reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The majority (64,3%)of respondents said that they felt satisfied after they got health servicefrom Gandrungmangu I Health Center in aspects of tangibles, reliability,responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Statistically there wasassociation between quality of health service and patient satisfaction atGandrungmangu I Health Center where by P=0.000 < α = 0.05. Therewas association between quality of health service and patientsatisfaction.Keywords: quality of service, health service, patient satisfaction

Abstract

Traffic violations often occur in various places, not just in Pekanbaru, but in nearly all parts of Indonesia, therefore, in the latest Formulate Law No. 22 of 2009 concerning road traffic and transport, law enforcement in the criminal investigation process ticketed under the Law No. 22 of 2009 on Traffic and Road Transportation in the city of Pekanbaru is still not in accordance with the laws and regulations No. 22 of 2009, because there are many traffic violators ticketed in the settlement process is done outside the court or pay on the spot, by bribing the police, the level of pekanbaru city public compliance is very low in traffic, almost every day of the traffic violation, constraints that occur in criminal law enforcement in the investigation process ticketed still lack of awareness, discipline, and lack of socialization of the Act, and the sanctions are mild and the efforts made to overcome these obstacles the traffic police continue to disseminate the law and crack down on speeding ticket fines and sanctions against motorists who violate traffic.Keyword: Criminal Law Enforcement - Ticketed Examination Process - Traffic

Abstract

ABSTRAK. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor penghambat membaca permulaan siswa kelas III pada Gugus III Rambah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru kelas III di Gugus III Rambah. Teknik pengumpulan data, menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor penghambat membaca permulaan terbagi dua yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal yaitu berupa motivasi yang rendah daklam belajar dan minat yang rendah dalam belajar. Sedangkan faktor eksternal yaitu lingkungan keluarga.  Kata kunci: Kesulitan Membaca, Membaca Permulaan, Faktor Penghambat, Siswa Kelas III.

Abstract

Keterampilan berbicara sangat penting bagi siswa, karena dengan terampil berbicara dapat bermanfaat bagi siswa untuk masa akan datang. Kenyataan yang ditemui di lapangan, siswa kurang terampil berbicara untuk mengemukakan pendapatnya. Beberapa faktor penyebab yakni: siswa kurang percaya diri, siswa kurang berani menyampaikan pendapat karena takut salah, kesulitan siswa menggunakan kata yang tepat untuk menggambarkan apa yang dimaksud sehingga kurang tersampaikan dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini peningkatan keterampilan berbicara melalui strategi video comment pada siswa Sekolah Dasar. Jenis penelitian yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang terdiri dari tiga siklus. Jumlah subjek pada penelitian sebanyak 20 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi siswa dan lembar indikator keterampilan berbicara. Siklus I jumlah siswa taraf keberhasil “Sangat baik”, 2 siswa dengan persentase 10%, taraf “baik” terdapat 4 siswa persentase 20%, “cukup” terdapat 10 siswa persentase 50%, “kurang” ada 4 siswa persentase 20%. Siklus II taraf keberhasil “sangat baik” terdapat 6 siswa persentase 30%, taraf “baik” terdapat 14 siswa persentase 70%, dan tidak ada siswa pada taraf “cukup dan kurang”. Siklus III taraf keberhasilan “sangat baik” terdapat 17 siswa persentase 85%, pada taraf “baik” terdapat 3 siswa persentase 15%, dan tidak terdapat siswa pada taraf “cukup dan kurang”. Sedangkan pada aktivitas siswa yakni 19 dengan rata-rata 67,85%. Pada siklus ke dua terlihat jumlah skor 24 dengan rata-rata 85,71%. Selanjutnya dilihat pada siklus ke tiga dengan jumlah skor 27 dengan rata-rata 96,42%. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut dapat dikatakan penelitian peningkatan keterampilan berbicara melalui strategi video comment ini  berhasil karena hasil yang diperoleh meningkat setiap siklusnya.
