Abstract

ABSTRACT This research target which will be reached is to (1) Searching empirical evidence there are leadership influence significant, discipline, work load, work motivation to teacher performance (2) Analyzing leadership influence significant, discipline, work load and dominant work motivation to teacher performance Problem of work load need resolving which do not easy to because accounted on work load and executed by teacher have been arranged in expert duty and guidance and function to teacher. Beside learn to be claimed to execute study process which is innovative and is maximal, but having to can finish administration becoming its obligation. Workmanship of Book administration represents authentic evidence to a teacher in executing its duty in class and also outside class. Curriculum not possible to be altered because representing guidance learns in study burden although study very felt by is teacher in study with existing time. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to (1) analyze the significance of the effect of participation in budget preparation, organizational culture, and organizational commitment to performance structural officer. (2) analyze the effect of participation in the performance of official budgetary structural moderated by organizational culture (3) analyze the effect of budgetary participation on performance are moderated by officials structural organizational commitment. The population in this study were all middle and lower level leaders are involved in the preparation of the budget in as many as Pemerntahan Grobogan District 294 officials. Total sample as a whole by 74 respondents, taken using the technique of "Proportional Cluster Random Sampling". The data collection technique using a questionnaire through validity and reliability. Regression test requirements using classical assumption test. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and regression testing moderating the absolute value of the difference and hypothesis testing conducted by t test. The results show that: (1) participation in the preparation of the budget is not exhibited significantly affect the performance of the officials in the Government District Grobogan structural, (2) organizational culture has a significant effect on the structural performance of the officials in the Government District Grobogan, (3) organizational commitment have a significant influence on the performance District government officials Grobogan structural, (4) there is a significant effect of participation on performance budgeting at the district government officials structural Grobogan moderated by organizational culture, (5) there is a significant effect of budgetary participation on performance structural officials in the Government of the District Grobogan moderated by organizational commitment. Abstract

AbstraCT The purpose of this study were: (1) analyze the significance of the influence of communication on the performance of employees, (2) analyze the significance of the influence of leadership on employee performance, (3) analyze the effect of moderating effects of compensation on communication, and leadership performance. The population in this study is the Public Works Department Water Affairs and Energy and Mineral Resources Karanganyar. The total population by 55 people. Given the relatively small population of the entire population were subjected to experiments or census. Based on the results of the t test, the communication variables significantly affect the performance of the Employee Fields Mineral Water and Energy Resources Department of Public Works Karanganyar. While the leadership variables do not significantly affect the performance of the Employee Field Mineral Water and Energy Resources Department of Public Works Karanganyar. By testing the absolute difference (absolute difference regression analysis 1) the results obtained compensation not moderate the influence of communication on employee performance. Test of absolute difference (absolute difference regression 2) results obtained compensation not moderate the influence of leadership on employee performance Field Mineral Water and Energy Resources Department of Public Works Karanganyar. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to analyze the financial performance of PT Gudang Garam Tbk and PT HM Sampoerna Tbk if measured using economic value added analysis and comparison to analyze the financial performance of PT Gudang Garam Tbk and PT HM Sampoerna Tbk if measured using value added economic analysis. The data used is the qualitative and quantitative data and data sources used are secondary data. Analyzed using economic value of research added. Economic value added analysis that the financial performance of PT Gudang Garam Tbk is good. During a period of three years (2009 - 2011) there is an increase in financial performance. In addition, the financial performance of PT HM Sampoerna Tbk within a period of 3 years is also good. However, after the financial performance of the company compared the results of both studies suggest that the financial performance of PT HM Sampoerna Tbk better than PT Gudang Garam Tbk. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis signifikansi pengaruh : variabel reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy dan tangible terhadap kepuasan pasien di RS. Panti Waluyo Surakarta. Populasi pada penelitian adalah 100 pasien rawat inap di RS. Panti Waluyo Surakarta pada periode minggu I & II bulan Januari 2013. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan angket melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis mengunakan regresi linear berganda dengan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan (1) Hipotesis yang menyatakan “Reliability berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien di RS Panti Waluyo Surakarta” sehingga terbukti kebenarannya.(2) Hipotesis yang menyatakan “Responsiveness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien di RS Panti Waluyo Surakarta” tidak terbukti kebenarannya.(3) Hipotesis yang menyatakan “Assurance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien di RS Panti Waluyo Surakarta” tidak terbukti kebenarannya.(4) Hipotesis yang menyatakan “Empathy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien di RS Panti Waluyo Surakarta” terbukti kebenarannya.(5) Hipotesis yang menyatakan “Tangible berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien di RS Panti Waluyo Surakarta” tidak terbukti kebenarannya.   Kata kunci:   Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, Tangible dan Kepuasan Pasien
