Kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah berupa pelatihan perhitungan pembagian warisan dan penyelesaian sengketa waris di gampong Keude Mane Aceh Utara. Pelatihan ini berangkat dari permintaan mitra dan juga berdasarkan sejumlah penelitian. Pembagian waris sebagaimana diungkap dalam penelitian yang dilkukan oleh Anwar (2019) masih menjadi kendala banyak muslim termasuk aparatur gampong. Pertama berikatan dengan bagian ahli waris, hal yang harus didahulukan dan hal yang tidak dapat dilakukan. Sebagai misal yang disebut Muhadhir (2020) banyak terjadi pembagian warisan dilakuan pada benda tidak bergerak seperti tanah, rumah dan properti lainnya dimana dibagi secara merata berdasarkan ukuran tanah. Cara demikian jelas salah karena pembagian warisan itu sejatinya dalah pada nilai dari harta waris yang dikonversi kepada harta waris, baru selanjutnya dibagiakan kepada ahli waris. Target dan luaran dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah Mitra mampu melakukan perhitungan pembagian warisan dengan metode ashobuni yang tergolong cepat dan akurat. Selain itu mitra juga dilatih untuk mengusai pembuatan perjianjian atau kontrak perdamaian yang berkekuatan huku.Pelaksanaan kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut akan dibantu oleh ahli yang mampuni dari unsur akademi. Selain itu juga, PKM ini akan melibatkan mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum Universitas Malikussaleh.

This study aims to analyze policies in poverty alleviation in Indonesia. The background of this study covers various aspects of policies implemented by the government in overcoming poverty. Although various programs and policies have been implemented, poverty in Indonesia is still a serious problem. This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting primary and secondary data. Secondary data is used as a reference from previous studies. While primary data is obtained through observations of government poverty alleviation policies. The discussion and analysis involve the concept of poverty, dimensions of poverty, and indicators of poverty. The results of this study are expected to provide a better understanding and insight into poverty alleviation policies in Indonesia and provide input for improving more effective policies.

Local governments must be able to prioritize superior commodities which are considered as the basis for sub-sectors to optimize regional economic advantages. Understanding the priorities of development planning and commodities in the agricultural, plantation and livestock sub-sectors in Aceh Province, it is necessary to know which agricultural, plantation and livestock sub-sectors are the leading and leading commodities in the agricultural, plantation and livestock sectors in Aceh Province. This research for community service was carried out on September 25, 2020 - August 25, 2021 with the location survey method. The criteria used based on this survey are 7 leading commodities in Aceh Province which include red chilies, cayenne peppers, shallots, beef, chicken meat, rice and eggs. The results of this service show that the agriculture and plantation sub-sectors are superior commodities from the period September 2020 - August 2021 with 9 regional locations in Aceh Province. Likewise with the nominated livestock sub-sector as a superior commodity in Aceh Province.

The Industrial Revolution is indeed familiar, Indonesia has known that the 4.0 industrial revolution has existed since 2011 but has been implemented by the Indonesian government since 2019. Currently, Indonesia in terms of its economy often associates it with the Industrial Revolution. The Industrial Revolution is a change that occurs rapidly in the implementation of the production process or the way of making or increasing the use value of an item that originally used human power (traditional) to use machine tools (modern). The purpose of this community service is to help the community in implementing, being able to implement digitalization in everyday life and being able to develop it. People really need to know how important technology is in today's era. This activity is designed for 1 day starting with the socialization of presidential regulations on digital transformation, how to strengthen the economic foundation in the digitalization era and consumer behavior towards the digitalization era. The preparation for the socialization which was held through this webinar was preceded by coordination and communication with the Governor of the Riau Islands, the leadership of Bank Indonesia and the Head of the Doctoral Program in Human Resource Management at the University of Batam. For the realization of the vision and mission of the Riau Islands Provincial Government, improving the competence of human resources in employees is an important aspect. Human Resources is the most important asset in the company. However, in practice it is not easy for organizations to make HR as a useful asset. Organizations need to implement a competency-based HR system to eliminate conflicts between organizations and employees, because in modern management philosophy, employees are human beings who have needs, expectations that need to be heard along with potential and competencies that can be developed to achieve organizational performance and performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the direct and indirect effect of the variable competence of human resources, job relevant information and financial planning on the quality of financial reports as well as through information technology. This study uses primary data derived from questionnaires and secondary data obtained from books and related literature. The data analysis technique uses the SEM version 3.0 tool. As for the results of this study, there is a direct influence of the Financial Planning variable on the Information Technology variable having a positive path coefficient. The direct influence of the Financial Planning variable on the Financial Statement Quality variable has a positive path coefficient. The direct influence of the Information Technology variable on the Financial Statement Quality variable has a path coefficient of positive. The direct influence of the Human Resources Competency variable on the Information Technology variable has a positive path coefficient. The direct influence of the Human Resources Competency variable on the Financial Statement Quality variable has a positive path coefficient. Variable direct effect Job Relevant Information on Information Technology variables has a path coefficient of positive. The direct influence of the Job Relevant Information variable on the Financial Statement Quality variable has a positive path coefficient.

This study aims to analyze the effect of mudharabah revenue sharing and murabahah margin income on operating profit of Islamic banks in Indonesia for the 2015 - 2019 period. The data used in this study are data published by Islamic banks in Indonesia using data from 2015 to 2019 and obtained sample data of 48 data. In selecting the sample, the researcher used a purposive sampling technique, which is a sample selection method based on certain criteria to obtain a representative sample of the population. The results of this study indicate that the revenue sharing of mudharabah and Murabahah Margin income has a positive and significant effect on Operating Profit at Islamic Banks in Indonesia for the 2015-2019 period.
