Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect ofWorld Oil Priceseffect on Return Cryptocurrency. The researcher uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Replication research is the repetition of the basic experiment. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression model. As for the results of this study, the variable World Oil Price (X) can explain the Return Cryptocurrency variable (Y) of 27.9%.variableWorld Oil Prices(X) significant effectagainst the Return Cryptocurrency variable (Y). Oil price fluctuations on the world market have an effect on Cryptocurrency Return. In this study, it is found that fluctuations in oil prices in the world market have a positive impact on Cryptocurrency Return. That is, the increase in oil prices encourages the rise of Cryptocurrencies. Researchers suggest to pay more attention to world oil prices first before other commodities, because the impact of world oil prices is very large on commodity prices worldwide. So, for example, a decline in world oil prices can affect Cryptocurrency Return.

Abstract

The purpose of Community Service is carried out to provide understanding and assist business actors regarding the factors supporting business activities, such as business management factors and legality so that business activities carried out are not only profit-oriented, but business activities can continue to develop in the future by paying attention to and implementing supporting factors for business activities. At the end of the program, partners are expected to be able to do, namely 1). business actors experienced a greater increase in production capacity. 2). business actors have an increased understanding of the importance of good financial bookkeeping. 3). business actors also experienced an increased understanding of the importance of labels (Halal and brands) as a marketing strategy and applying science and technology/electronic media as a means of promotion to increase sales.

Abstract

Kewiraswastaan (entrepreneurship) merupakan salah satu kekuatan nasional atau pengembangan ekonomi daerah, yang berguna sebagai mempertahankan sekaligus mengembangkan lini usaha yang sedang dijalani. Enterpreneurial spririts mempunyai dampak penting dalam menjalankan serta mengembangkan bisnis baru. Dengan menerapkan enterpreneurial spirits, akan meningkatakan produktivitas individu dalam mencapai target kesuksesan berwirausaha. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini dihadiri oleh para pelaku UMKM di sekitar Kota Lhokseumawe dan Aceh Utara.. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk membangkitkan esensi dari entrepreneurial spirit dari para peserta sehingga akan terus menciptakan terobosan terbaru dalam menjalankan usaha. Hasil pengamatan akhir, rata-rata para peserta sudah memenuhi keseluruhan aspek dari entrepreneurial spirit tetapi ada beberapa hal yang harus disempurnakan agar para peserta dapat berhasil dalam menjalankan bisnisnya.

Abstract

Local governments must be able to prioritize superior commodities which are considered as the basis for sub-sectors to optimize regional economic advantages. Understanding the priorities of development planning and commodities in the agricultural, plantation and livestock sub-sectors in Aceh Province, it is necessary to know which agricultural, plantation and livestock sub-sectors are the leading and leading commodities in the agricultural, plantation and livestock sectors in Aceh Province. This research for community service was carried out on September 25, 2020 - August 25, 2021 with the location survey method. The criteria used based on this survey are 7 leading commodities in Aceh Province which include red chilies, cayenne peppers, shallots, beef, chicken meat, rice and eggs. The results of this service show that the agriculture and plantation sub-sectors are superior commodities from the period September 2020 - August 2021 with 9 regional locations in Aceh Province. Likewise with the nominated livestock sub-sector as a superior commodity in Aceh Province.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution is indeed familiar, Indonesia has known that the 4.0 industrial revolution has existed since 2011 but has been implemented by the Indonesian government since 2019. Currently, Indonesia in terms of its economy often associates it with the Industrial Revolution. The Industrial Revolution is a change that occurs rapidly in the implementation of the production process or the way of making or increasing the use value of an item that originally used human power (traditional) to use machine tools (modern). The purpose of this community service is to help the community in implementing, being able to implement digitalization in everyday life and being able to develop it. People really need to know how important technology is in today's era. This activity is designed for 1 day starting with the socialization of presidential regulations on digital transformation, how to strengthen the economic foundation in the digitalization era and consumer behavior towards the digitalization era. The preparation for the socialization which was held through this webinar was preceded by coordination and communication with the Governor of the Riau Islands, the leadership of Bank Indonesia and the Head of the Doctoral Program in Human Resource Management at the University of Batam. Abstract

Product Quality on Consumer Buying Interest with Customer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at the Tebing Tinggi Black Market Online Store (Case Study on Customers of Tebing Tinggi Black Market Online Store), Product Quality on Consumer Buying Interest with Customer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at the Tebing Tinggi Black Market Online Store. The research method used is the data method. qualitative and quantitative data. While the data used is primary data. The data analysis method in this study uses simple linear regression analysis to obtain a comprehensive picture of the effect of product quality variables on consumer buying interest using the SPSS 25 for Windows program. To find out whether there is a significant effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, a simple linear regression model is used. The results of hypothesis testing using simple regression analysis and t-test show that: the t-table value of the Product Quality variable is 7.644> the t-table value (df: : 68%) of 1.995 so it can be concluded if Product Quality has a positive effect and significant to Consumer Buying Interest.

Abstract

In this study, researchers used respondent data, such as gender, age and length of employment of respondents in order to provide information about the characteristics of respondents. Where from the questionnaires distributed as many as 186. The discussion in this chapter is the result of field studies to obtain data on answers to questionnaires that measure the five main variables in this study, namely budget participation, job characteristics, emotional intelligence, work motivation and power performance of budget users. Data analysis with parametric and non-parametric statistics using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square) regarding research variables, instrument testing, normality testing, hypothesis testing, and discussion of the results of hypothesis testing and Path Analysis. The effect of the X3 variable on X4 has a P-Values ​​value of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be stated that the effect of X3 on X4 is significant. The effect of the X3 variable on Y has a P-Values ​​value of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be stated that the effect of X3 on Y is significant. The effect of the X4 variable on Y has a P-Values ​​value of 0.213 <0.05, so it can be stated that the effect of X4 on Y is significant. The effect of the X1 variable on X4 has a P-Values ​​value of 0.066 > 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect of X1 on X4 is not significant. The effect of the X1 variable on Y has a P-Values ​​of 0.481 > 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect of X1 on Y is not significant. The effect of the X2 variable on X4 has a P-Values ​​value of 0.251 > 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect of X2 on X4 is not significant. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of mudharabah revenue sharing and murabahah margin income on operating profit of Islamic banks in Indonesia for the 2015 - 2019 period. The data used in this study are data published by Islamic banks in Indonesia using data from 2015 to 2019 and obtained sample data of 48 data. In selecting the sample, the researcher used a purposive sampling technique, which is a sample selection method based on certain criteria to obtain a representative sample of the population. The results of this study indicate that the revenue sharing of mudharabah and Murabahah Margin income has a positive and significant effect on Operating Profit at Islamic Banks in Indonesia for the 2015-2019 period.
