Abstract

Background: Various previous studies have responded to the study of multicultural education. However, the focus on the application of multicultural-based Islamic education learning planning steps has not been examined in depth by previous research. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine how Islamic education lessons that are multiculturally based are planned. Method: The research methodology employed is library research, which entails gathering data from a variety of sources, including books and periodicals that are relevant to study issues. Result: The study's findings indicate that there are multiple steps involved in implementing a multicultural Islamic education curriculum. The first is switching to a progressive curriculum philosophy, such as social reconstruction, progressivism, or humanism, for the curriculum. Second, the learning theory that is employed no longer has to be limited to specific psychological theories of learning; it also needs to take into consideration the diversity of social, cultural, political, and economic contexts. Third, group learning and competitive learning in a favorable environment take the role of the traditional learning process. Fourth, the assessment method must take into account every facet of the student's aptitudes and character, in line with the goals and subject matter being created. Conclusion: Through this research, conceptual implications are obtained in the form of multicultural-based Islamic education learning complex planning, as a step towards realizing harmony and diversity in society.

Abstract

The intensity of cases of violence, drugs, sexual violence, anarchist demonstrations, and problems that hurt national education. One factor is the disorientation of PAI values in the Islamic education curriculum, which no longer emphasises divinity, humanity and nature. This research examines the development of the Islamic religious education curriculum in a historical and sociological review. The research method used is library research with content analysis, namely studying the development of the PAI curriculum with data sources based on literature, such as books, regulations, and scientific articles that examine the development of the PAI curriculum. The results of this research show that changes to the 1947-1968 curriculum and the Goal Achievement Oriented Curriculum, namely the 1975 curriculum and the 1994 curriculum; Competency-Oriented Curriculum, namely the 2004 competency-based curriculum (KBK), the Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP), and the 2013 curriculum. Based on a sociological review, curriculum changes are a norm of development over time; still, the penetration of PAI values such as divinity, humanity and nature in every change in the curriculum is relatively disorienting in practice.

Abstract

Background: In this fast-changing era, the character building of PGSD students is an important part of their preparation to become good teachers. The role of the teacher as a guide and role model for students is crucial in this process. PGSD's struct culture trains student character through customs and beliefs, important in sustainable character education. Reflects the faculty's commitment in preparing students to lead social change with a strong spirit and character. Method: Ethnographic research is needed to examine the culture of character building for PGSD lecturers and students. The ethnographic approach focuses on in-depth observation and interviews with teachers and PGSD students to analyze their social interactions. According to research, teacher culture has a significant impact on student character development. Result: This study shows that the use of traditional culture and beliefs in the education of PGSD lecturers has a positive effect on the development of student personality in learning. The character of PGSD students shows how important it is to recognize local culture in education and support the preservation of local traditions and wisdom. Confident teachers encourage students with character. This study is about how important traditional culture is for PGSD students. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi konsep integrasi pilar-pilar Islam (aqidah, syariah, dan akhlak. Ada tiga rumusan masalah yang ingin diungkap dalam tulisan ini yaitu: Bagaimana konsep integrasi pilar-pilar Islam (aqidah, syariah, dan akhlak) dalam kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam?, Bagaimana langkah-langkah implementasi integrasi pilar-pilar Islam dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di sekolah?, dan Apa saja potensi dan tantangan dalam mengintegrasikan pilar-pilar Islam dalam kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam?. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Pustaka yaitu suatu konsep penelitian yang dilakukan dengan mempelajari dan menganalisis berbagai sumber informasi yang relevan dengan topik atau masalah yang sedang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep integrasi Pilar-pilar Islam dalam Kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam melalui tiga pilar utama yaitu Aqidah, Syariah dan Akhlak. Pendekatan dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan tematik dimana setiap tema atau bahasan diintegrasikan dengan ketiga pilar Islam. Terkait dengan penekanan dan pengamalan tidak hanya pada pemahaman konseptual, tetapi juga menekankan pada penghayatan dan pengamalan nilai-nilai Islam dimana peserta didik didorong untuk memahami, menginternalisasi, dan mengamalkan ajaran Islam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.  Materi dan metode harus dirancang secara terpadu yang harus dirancang dengan saling mendukung integrasi ketiga pilar Islam. Aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik harus dapat diperhatikan keseimbangannya agar peserta didik tidak hanya mengetahui, tetapi juga mampu menghayati dan mengamalkan ajaran Islam

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada evaluasi kemampuan guru dalam mengelola kelas dan dampaknya terhadap upaya peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Makassar. Penelitian lapangan ini mengidentifikasi tiga pokok permasalahan, yaitu gambaran kemampuan guru dalam mengelola kelas, upaya guru dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa melalui manajemen kelas, dan peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa di sekolah tersebut. Data diperoleh dari sumber literatur dan lapangan, dengan metode pengumpulan data melibatkan observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif naratif, dengan fokus pada kompetensi pedagogik, kepribadian, professional, dan sosial kemasyarakatan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru yang berhasil mengelola kelas dengan baik memiliki orientasi pada kompetensi tersebut, mampu menjalankan tugas sesuai harapan bersama, dan meningkatkan kualitas belajar siswa. Upaya guru termasuk menjalin hubungan baik dengan siswa, memahami latar belakang mereka, menguasai materi dengan penyajian menarik, menggunakan model belajar bervariasi, dan memberikan pembinaan khusus. Peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa melibatkan berbagai strategi, seperti latihan soal, tugas lapangan, kegiatan ilmiah, komunikasi hasil belajar, pertemuan dengan orang tua, penggunaan media pembelajaran, dan layanan bimbingan. Dengan pengelolaan kelas yang baik, nilai siswa meningkat signifikan, mencapai rentang 75 hingga 95, dibandingkan dengan nilai sebelumnya yang berkisar 60 hingga 90. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa manajemen kelas yang efektif dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa, baik dari segi akademis maupun non-akademis.
