So far, the methods used by teachers in the learning process tend to conventional teaching methods which only includes students come , sit, write material that has been written by the teacher on the board , listening to the teacher explaining the material and do the work , using the lecture method . The impact, learning tends to be passive and bored quickly. This kind of learning situation is almost no opportunity for students to express their creativity, so the quality of the quality of learning also becomes low. Constructivism learning model seems to be one of the answers to these problems. Therefore, in this learning model students are preferred. Teaching and learning process in constructivism model student centered more colored than teacher centered. Constructivism model is more empowering for the class as a learning centered not for teaching; not teaching process but learning process. This is in accordance with the curriculum 2013, is autenthic assessment; assessment process and results.

National Exams at the High School level are conducted online using computers so that all High Schools are required to be ready in terms of devices or resources, as well as the Multimedia Tumpang Vocational High School which is now ready with a number of moodle-based computers and systems that are only used consecutively. The conditions faced makes it difficult for students to get perfect scores so that a learning system that is in accordance with Government standards in the National exams is needed. Some things that make it difficult for students to get perfect scores are limited numbers of computers, limited use of e-learning, habits of students to do exam questions manually, not accustomed to applications used for examinations, the absence of e-learning systems that can be accessed in an together in large numbers, the system can be used interchangeably. Problem solving is done systematically including analyzing the conditions of the hardware they have, analyzing the conditions of the software used to support learning, building e-learning according to needs, e-learning installation so that it can be used by teachers and students as needed , training in e-learning use and management, tryout trials using e-learning, evaluating the use and management of e-learning. The final result obtained is that all students and teachers can use and utilize e-learning.

Human Resources development has an important role in improving employee performance and productivity. In developing human resources, it can be done using a work motivation approach where work motivation is an impulse to do something consciously that arises from within and outside of each individual with the aim of increasing superior and competitive human resources. In the work motivation there are 6 motivational theories including: Need theory from Abraham Maslow, (b) Frederick Herzberg's two-factor theory, (c) McClelland's Achievement Theory, (d) Strengthening Theory (e ) Expectancy Theory, (f) Purpose Theory as Motivation. Based on this theory a leader can do various things to improve employee motivation and work to improve work productivity because with high motivation, work productivity will also be high and vice versa because between the two will be interrelated.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses penciptaan internal yang dilaksanakan Teater Sendiri sebagai strategi kebudayaannya. Penelitian ini berjenis kualitatif-deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer didapatkan dari hasil wawancara mendalam, sedangkan data sekunder didapatkan dari berbagai dokumen dan data kepustakaan. Sumber data juga didapatkan dari hasil pengamatan di lapangan. Teknik analisis data diawali dengan menelaah seluruh data yang tersedia dari berbagai sumber, yaitu wawancara, pengamatan yang sudah dituliskan dalam catatan lapangan, dokumen pribadi, dokumen resmi, gambar, foto, dan sebagainya. Data tersebut dibaca, dipelajari, dan ditelaah untuk kemudian memasuki tahap penafsiran data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Komunitas Teater Sendiri melaksanakan berbagai kegiatan sebagai proses penciptaan internal untuk mengembangkan kesenian. Proses penciptaan internal itu adalah perekrutan anggota (angkatan pertama, angkatan kedua, angkatan â€œyang lainâ€), latihan teater, menulis karya sastra dan nonsastra (puisi, prosa, naskah drama, esai/opini), pentas teater, penerbitan buku sastra, penerbitan buletin seni, dan dokumentasi/pengarsipan).Kata kunci: Penciptaan internal, strategi kebudayaan, kelompok TeaterÂ Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â sendiri

The background of this research is that online learning causes a decrease in student understanding. One of the factors that influence this decrease and increase in understanding is the student's thinking disposition. Thus, it is important to identify the dispositions needed by students to support their success in online learning. The purpose of this study was to identify the disposition of learning independence that is used as a supporter of successful online learning. The method of this research is quantitative research with a survey approach. The sample of this study consisted of 138 students of the mathematics education study program at the Islamic University of Malang. The data collected in this study are the results of filling out questionnaires and student opinions related to thinking dispositions. The data from filling out the questionnaire was analyzed by determining the number of students who chose the component of thinking disposition which aims to find out the component of thinking disposition that is most needed by students to be successful in learning online during the covid-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, students' opinions were analyzed descriptively which aims to find out the reasons students choose certain disposition components. The survey results show that there are four components of thinking disposition that are needed by students to be successful in online learning, namely: persistence, motivation, communication, and self-regulation. These four components are interrelated with each other. Someone successful in learning must have persistence, where persistence is built from motivation. Someone persistent and motivated must also be able to communicate with various parties. Persistence, motivation, and communication must pay attention to self-regulation. These four components of thinking disposition can be used to support student success.

The integration of technology has resulted in implementing of the da'wah model growing rapidly and dynamically. The research was conducted by identifying how religion is understood and applied by the millennial generation and how da'wah can be accepted and understood in the millennial era. This study uses descriptive qualitative, and the arrangement uses literature by reviewing, collecting data through a library approach, and collecting information from various digital sources. The research results show that da'wah must be able to position itself in the digital space as an arena of contestation to win the hearts of the people in building a new civilization in the world of da'wah. In addition, many applications and interesting da'wah content have been developed in the era of media digitization. Thus, it impacts efforts to package da'wah messages and disseminate da'wah messages regarding religious language in the digital space. One of them is linking text, narration, images, symbols, and graphics.

Media sosial menjadi alternative dalam menyampaikan pesan-pesan dakwah, sehingga tidak sedikit para pelaku dakwah menggunakan media sebagai sarananya. Kompleksnya media mengharuskan para da’i untuk terlibat ke dunia media, dari hal ini media sosial tentunya adalah komunikasi dakwah yang efektif dalam mengimbangi perkembangan zaman. Oleh karena itu studi literature review ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas pesan dakwah dimedia sosial terhadap religiusitas masyarakat muslim. Lebih lanjut kajian mendalam terhadap efektiftasnya media dakwah perlu dilakukan, karena semakin pesatnya perkembangan dan penggunaan media. Selanjutnya dalam proses analisis, peneltian ini menggunakan metode studi literature dengan mengumpulkan beragam sumber dari jurnal, artikel, serta buku-buku yang berhubungan dengan variabel penelitian. Hasil dari studi literture ini menunjukkan bahwa efektifitas dakwah media sosial bisa dikatakan efektif apabila frekuensi dari intensitas seseorang menggunakan media kemudian mengamalkan isi pesan yang disampaikan terkait kajian dakwah yang ada.

Social media expands the volume of information for each individual so that it holds power over control. Human interaction through online media is not limited by time and space, as long as the user is connected to an internet connection. Unlimited interaction is a reason for an Islamic boarding school manager to create a @alhasanymedia Instagram account. This study explores the use of Instagram by Al-Hasany Islamic boarding school for da’wah. The research uses a qualitative field method, the research procedure assembles descriptive data of interview or written word sequences from the observed people, and this approach is directed at the individual setting in a holistic (whole) manner. In qualitative research, the author becomes an essential instrument (human instrument) to establish the focus of the research, find and select informants as the data source, collect data, assess data quality, analyze data, interpret data and make conclusions on the findings. The results of this study show that the Instagram account @alhasanymedia has contributed to Islamic boarding school as an educational institution which includes the media of da’wah, information, blessing, promotion, nostalgically, and documentation for pesantren and graduates of Al-Hasany Sumber Islamic boarding school, parents and Abituren.

This research was conducted to determine the influence of price and promotion on students' decisions in choosing a private university, where the object of this research is STIE Yasa Anggana Garut. This research used a quantitative approach. The number of samples was determined using the Slovin formula, the sample obtained was 226 respondents. The data analysis used includes; validity test, simple correlation coefficient test, classical assumption test, multiple simple correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, multiple linear regression analysis, Hypothesis Testing. Partial Test (t Test) and Model Feasibility Test (F Test). Simultaneously, the Price and Promotion variables have a significant influence on Student Decisions. This is proven by the calculated F value being greater than the F table value, namely 14.915 > 1.93. From the results of the multiple regression equation, it can be seen that Price and Promotion have a positive influence on Student Decisions, thus if Price and Promotion are increased then student Decisions will also increase. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.49, which shows that price and promotion are able to jointly explain 49% of STIE Yasa Anggana Garut students' decisions, while the remaining 51% is influenced by other variables that were not studied. Based on these results, efforts need to be made by STIE Yasa Anggana Garut to improve student decisions by fulfilling student satisfaction with the educational services provided while still prioritizing the quality of the lecture process
