Abstract

College students are part of the community who have advantages in obtaining information and knowledge that is obtained easily and quickly compared to the general public, so that the use of QRIS can be used easily to meet student academic and other needs in daily activities. The purpose of this study was to analyze partially and simultaneously the factors that influence the interest of Ibnu Chaldun University students in using QRIS. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods. The population of this study were all students of Ibnu Chaldun University with 100 samples and data collection techniques using questionnaires in the form of google forms. This research is expected to be a reference for Bank Indonesia, and QRIS developers to continue to improve its quality so that it is in demand by the wider community. The results of this study indicate that Performance Expectancy, Social Environment and Habits have a positive and significant effect on student interest, especially at Ibn Chaldun University, and the most dominant factor is habit.

Abstract

Mobile Banking merupakan salah satu aplikasi yang diberikan oleh bank termasuk di Bank Syariah Indonesia yang diberi nama BSI Mobile. BSI Mobile adalah aplikasi yang dapat diakses di perangkat smartphone nasabah dan dapat digunakan untuk keperluan layanan bank. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui terdapat pengaruh persepsi terhadap keputusan nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia Kantor Cabang Pembantu Jakata Pondok Indah Office Tower 6. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah Bank Syariah Kantor Cabang Pembantu Jakarta Pondok Indah Office Tower 6 dengan 100 sampel dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk google form. Dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi Bank Syariah Indonesia, untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas BSI Mobile agar diminati oleh masyarakat secara luas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh persepsi terhadap keputusan nasabah menggunakan BSI Mobile dengan hasil analisis thitung (18,857) > ttabel (1,984) dan nilai signifikansinya 0,001 < 0,1,. Secara simultan variabel persepsi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan yang dibuktikan dari hasil analisis Fhitung > Ftabel (355,590 > 2,005) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,1. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa keputusan nasabah menggunakan BSI Mobile dipengaruhi oleh persepsi nasabah terhadapan kemudahan mobile banking.

Abstract

This research used a combination of interviews, qualitative methods, and literature review to achieve its objectives. Primary data was obtained through interviews conducted with the community, while secondary data came from relevant books and theses. The collected data was analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods, and subsequent discussion produced deductive conclusions based on the research results. This research aims to achieve two main objectives: first, to assess the level of knowledge of the Pulo Gebang Permai community about sharia banking products, and second, to identify the factors that influence their knowledge about these products. The results of this research reveal that public understanding of sharia banking products in Pulo Gebang Permai is still limited, with the main contributing factor being the lack of adequate outreach efforts from banking institutions. Improving communication and education is very important to not only increase awareness, but also promote a deeper understanding of the products offered by banks that are in accordance with sharia principles. This means that economics in Islam is a science that studies everything in life and of course also has a purpose. Bearing in mind the development of sharia banking in Pulo Gebang Permai so far the level of public knowledge in understanding sharia banking products is still minimal, this requires efforts from the sharia banking side and apart from good promotions, it must also change the public's view of sharia banks.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of knowledge, religiosity, location, and service on the interest of the millennial generation in choosing an Islamic bank in Makassar District, East Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to be able to find out the factors of knowledge, religiosity, location and service that affect the millennial generation's interest in choosing Islamic Banks. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method The sample size is 100 residents, with a questionnaire used for data collection. The results of the study show that knowledge, religiosity, and location have a negative and insignificant influence on the interest of Generation Y in choosing Islamic banks in the Makassar area. The service had a positive and significant influence, with a count of 3,296 > a table of 1,968 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. However, the variables of knowledge, religiosity, location, and services had a significant influence, with a count of 6.390 > 2.47 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The study concluded that the millennial generation's interest in choosing an Islamic bank is influenced by four factors: knowledge, religiosity, location, and service. This research can be a reference for Islamic banking services to improve the quality and attractiveness of the millennial generation.

Abstract

Penentuan lokasi usaha merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting. Karena dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan dan kemajuan suatu usaha. Di era persaingan bisnis yang sangat ketat, pemilihan lokasi yang tepat dapat memberikan keuntungan yang besar bagi suatu usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penentuan lokasi terhadap pendapatan usaha dengan wawancara langsung dengan pemilik toko kelontong An-Nur yang berada di Desa Gandamekar. Hasil analisis dari dua lokasi toko kelontong An-Nur didapatkan data pendapatan yang berbeda jauh antara toko kelontong An-Nur 1 yang lokasinya yang strategis di pinggir jalan dan toko kelontong An-Nur 2 yang berada di dalam permukiman warga. Untuk toko An-Nur 1 mendapatkan rata rata omzet pendapatan Rp 10.550.000/bulan. Sedangkan toko An-Nur 2 memiliki rata rata omzet sebesar Rp. 4.400.000/bulan. Dari data tersebut dapat dilihat bahwa penentuan lokasi usaha dapat berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan suatu usaha.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the promotion media of sharia banking that influence the public interest to save in sharia banks, Promotion media used by sharia banking in this research are divided into 3, namely newspaper media, television media and internet media. The method used in this research was quantitative descriptive method with multiple linier regression analysis technique. The data used in this research is the primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to the public. Based on the data analysis that has been done, the television and internet variables have a greater contribution than the newspaper variable in increasing public interest in saving at the Islamic banks.
