Salambue Village is a village that is quite vulnerable to drug activities. It is evident that dealers, dealers and drug users are increasing and increasing. This study will explore: 1) The Condition of Adolescents Who Misuse Drugs in Salambue Village, 2) Parents' Efforts to Anticipate Narcotics Hazards among Adolescents in Salambue Village II, 3) Parental Obstacles and Challenges in Anticipating Narcotics Hazards in Salambue Sub-District Youth Adolescents Padangsidimpuan Tenggara. This research is qualitative research using descriptive methods. Data collection is done by observation and interview techniques. The results showed that: 1) The Condition of Adolescents Abusing Narcotics in Salambue Village was very alarming because it resulted in psychiatric disorders (crazy), 2) Parents' efforts to anticipate the danger of narcotics among Salambue Villagers included: continuous parental advice, sending their children to school to Pondok Pesantren, punishments that educate, equip children with religious knowledge, children are preoccupied with positive activities, limit child interaction, spend time with children and create comfort in the household so that children feel at home. 3) Obstacles and Challenges of Parents in Anticipating the Dangers of Narcotics in Adolescents Salambue Village, South Padangsidimpuan Subdistrict, is: limited parental time for children, limited parental knowledge about drugs, and village conditions for drug emergency.

Abstract This research aims to determine the indicators of akhlakul karimah in students, methods of personal social guidance in forming akhlakul karimah and also obstacles in forming akhlakul karimah through personal social guidance in students at SD Negeri 81 Muaro Jambi. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This type of research is field research with the research location at SD Negeri 81 Muaro Jambi. The subjects in this research were guidance and counseling teachers and 10 6th grade elementary school students, who were determined using purposive sampling techniques. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the data was analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that several indicators of akhlakul karimah in students at SD Negeri 81 Muaro Jambi include the implementation of worship, good manners, honesty, patience, gratitude, and tawadhu' (humility). The personal social guidance method in forming morals in students at SD Negeri 81 Muaro Jambi is a direct method carried out through individual methods and group methods. Meanwhile, obstacles in the formation of akhlakul karimah originate from internal factors, namely from individuals (students themselves) who are not yet serious about implementing these akhlakul karimah.Keywords: Personal Social Guidance; Akhlakul Karimah.

AbstractThis research discusses the application of memorization and bandongan methods in learning the book of nahwu at the Tanjung Pasir Al-Awwabien Jambi Islamic Boarding School. This research aims to find out the process of applying the method, knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors as well as the efforts made by the teacher towards inhibiting factors in implementing the memorization and bandongan methods in learning the book of nahwu at the Tanjung Pasir Al-Awwabien Jambi Islamic Boarding School. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method, where the researcher is the key instrument. The subjects in this research were nahwu subject teachers, Islamic boarding school students, the Head of Madin Wustho and the Khuwaidim of the Tanjung Pasir Al-Awwabien Jambi Islamic Boarding School. Data collection in this research used observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis process consists of reducing data, presenting data and concluding. The results of this research show that there are several applications of memorization and bandongan methods in learning the book of nahwu at the Tanjung Pasir Al-Awwabien Islamic Boarding School, Jambi. The process method of memorizing: a). Encoding, b). Storage and c). Retrieval. Meanwhile, the bandongan method uses the process: a). A kiai or ustadz creates good communication, b). Starting teaching, c). At a high level of learning, the application of the sorogan method, d). Students ask questions and e). Closing. There are supporting factors, namely competent teachers, surrounding conditions and adequate facilities, while inhibiting factors are language factors, material that is too much and difficult to understand, different abilities of students, time allocation and wrong thinking of students. The efforts or solutions made include linking it with Indonesian, dividing sub-chapters in several meetings, re-explaining material that has not been understood, not pushing limits on memorization, paying more attention to students, providing motivation, flexible time and more innovative teachers. AbstrackBullying behavior is currently very common in the school environment. Therefore, schools as a place for students to learn and pursue education have become an environment that is no longer conducive to supporting the learning process. Therefore, this research aims to see the importance of the role of teachers as guides and educators in overcoming bullying behavior that occurs in the classroom. This research is aqualitative descriptive research. The instruments used were observation sheets, interviews and reflections. The conclusion obtained from this research is that teachers as mentors are very important in anticipating and overcoming bullying behavior because teachers act as role models as well as individuals who have authority in the classroom. As a mentor, teacher pay attention to things that can be done, namely giving advice, instilling character education, as well as modeling in the form of active action, namely providing motivation and modeling friendly and polite interaction patterns. The results of the research show that creating a classroom atmosphere that has good communication quality has an impact on reducing bullying behavior in the school and classroom environment.
