Abstract

Rokan Hulu Regency is an area that has a lot of tourism potential from Natural Resources, to arts and culture. Tourism is an overall activity related to tourism and is multidimensional and multidisciplinary in nature which emerges as a manifestation of the needs of each person and country as well as interactions between tourists and the local community, fellow tourists, local governments, and entrepreneurs. Tourism development is one form of tourism sector development that is very much needed in order to increase the attractiveness of tourists to visit. Well-managed tourism will also add to one of the Original Regional Income. The purpose of this study To find out the development of the Aek Martua Waterfall Tourism Object by the Rokan Hulu Regency Tourism and Culture Office, To find out the inhibiting factors for the development of Tourism Objects, plunge aek martua by the Department of Tourism and Culture of Rokan Hulu Regency. Based on the Regional Tourism Development Master Plan of Rokan Hulu Regency there are several factors found in the Aek Martua Waterfall area, namely: Activity, Aminity, Accessibility. And facilities. This study uses qualitative research methods, using purposive sampling techniques, this study uses data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. To achieve the validity of the data in this study, researchers need to extend participation and triangulation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini terkait kualitas pelayanan pembuatan kartu kuning di Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengukur kualitas pelayanan dalam 5 (lima) Dimensi Servqual yaitu bukti langsung, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati, serta mengidentifikasi indikator-indikator pelayanan yang perlu menjadi prioritas untuk dipertahankan dan diperbaiki. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan jenis accidental sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sampel secara incidental. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan model servqual dan model kano dengan jumlah 385 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dalam pembuatan kartu kuning termasuk dalam kategori cukup baik. Indikator yang dipersepsikan telah dilakukan dengan baik yakni layanan sesuai dengan harapan masyarakat, seperti indikator prosedur pendaftaran yang tidak berbelit-belit, kemampuan memberikan pelayanan dengan cepat, kemampuan menanggapi keluhan dengan cepat, penguasaan terhadap peraturan, akses informasi yang jelas, kemudahan berkonsultasi dengan pegawai dan sikap pegawai yang berlaku adil dalam memberikan pelayanan. Dari seluruh indikator yang ada bisa dikategorikan cukup baik. Dimensi yang dipersepsikan tinggi menurut penerima layanan adalah dimensi daya tanggap (responsiveness), diikuti yang kedua empati (Empathy), ketiga jaminan (assurance), keempat bukti langsung (Tangible), dan nilai yang paling rendah terdapat pada dimensi kehandalan (Reliability)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan Sanggar Dayang Sandes di Kecamatan Sanga Desa Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan subjek penelitian pengelola, pelatih, dua anggota, dan dua tokoh masyarakat. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: 1) Perencanaan dilakukan dengan dilandasi kemampuan dari SDM dimana memiliki pelatih yang berpengalaman, koordinasi antara pengelola dan pelatih dalam menentukan tujuan, memiliki daftar kepengurusan dalam menentukan tanggung jawab, memperhatikan kondisi lingkungan, menentukan program jangka pendek, menengah, dan panjang yang dilaksanakan dengan cara saling menghargai. 2) Pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan beberapa cara yakni: orientasi, perintah, delegasi wewenang, pengendalian produksi, keuangan, pemasaran, teknis dan waktu. 3) Evaluasi dilakukan rutin setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan dan sewaktu-waktu ketika dibutuhkan. Dalam melakukan evaluasi dilakukan dengan cara penilaian, kriteria keberhasilan, dan hasil yang dicapai. Sanggar Dayang Sandes sudah melakukan pengelolaan semaksimal mungkin untuk menghasilkan outcome yang berkualitas walaupun masih terdapat kekurangan pada proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Untuk itu bagi sanggar yang telah berdiri ataupun peminat yang ingin mendirikan sanggar hendaknya dapat menerapkan pengelolaan yang profesional.

Abstract

With the Covid-19 Pandemic, the teacher's role is not only as a teacher in a formal school. This research generally aims to develop teaching materials in Hybrid learning by using video recording and streaming with the Open Broadcaster Software (OBS) application. This research uses research and development procedures or research and development. The research model used in this study is the ADDIE development model. This model has five research stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results showed that the teaching materials developed in the Hybrid Learning method through Video Recording and streaming assisted by the Open Broadcaster Software (OBS) application were quite good. The results of expert judgments carried out by material experts, media experts, and linguists showed that the average score for the material aspect was 3.9; the media validation score was 3.9, and the language aspect validation score was 3.45. The results of this study indicate that the teaching materials developed in the Hybrid Learning method through Video Recording and streaming assisted by the Open Broadcaster Software (OBS) application are suitable for learning.

Abstract

Obstacles often found by teachers in implementing hybrid learning include internet connection and student access to participate in synchronous learning, which results in ineffective learning. The development of learning media assisted by Open Broadcaster Software (OBS) can be a solution to solve this problem. This study aims to analyze the practicability and effectiveness of OBS-assisted learning media in hybrid learning. In this case, the method applied is Research & Development (R and D) by applying the ADDIE model steps. The technique of collecting data for this research is in the form of questionnaires and tests. The research data collection was carried out using a checklist questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques used qualitative and quantitative descriptive statistical analysis. Based on the practicality test analysis, a score of 90.0% was obtained, which means that the media developed is in the practical category. The pre-test and post-test results obtained an N gain value of 0.75. moderate category. It was concluded that OBS-assisted learning media was effectively used in learning. OBS-assisted learning media can help students learn.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the empowerment efforts carried out by the government for household appliance artisans using aluminum in Tanjung Atap Village, Ogan Ilir Regency. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The research subjects consist of five individuals: the village head, the head of the artisans, and three household appliance artisans working with aluminum in Tanjung Atap Village. The findings indicate that the government’s empowerment efforts follow three community empowerment indicators. In the potential development indicator, artisans have received socialization from the head of the artisans, students from PGRI University Palembang and Sriwijaya University, as well as training from the Provincial Government of South Sumatra and the Department of Industry and Trade regarding casting techniques, shaping, finishing, and raw material recycling. In the business strengthening indicator, artisans receive assistance in the form of personal protective equipment (PPE) and access to funding through a savings and loan system managed by the village government. In the business protection indicator, artisans receive support in marketing and promotion through annual exhibitions organized by the Ogan Ilir Regency Government, local village events, and social media promotion facilitated by the Department of Industry and Trade.
