Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of digital transformation on the performance of PT employees. Jamblang Sub-Branch Pawnshop. The research method used is quantitative research. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The total population was 54 people with a sampling of 54 people. This research uses data analysis methods consisting of Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test (Normality Test, Heteroscedasticity Test and Autocorrelation Test), Simple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Test and Determinant Coefficient. The results of the research with the help of SPSS 26.0 obtained a tcount value of 5.581 while ttable was 1.67469 with an R Square of 0.375. Thus, the independent variable, namely digital transformation, has a positive influence on the dependent variable of employee performance by 37.5%. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh transformasi digital terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Pegadaian Cabang Pembantu Jamblang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Total populasi adalah 54 orang dengan pengambilan sampel 54 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data yang terdiri dari Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik (Uji Normalitas, Uji Heteroskedastisitas dan Uji Autokorelasi), Analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana, Uji Hipotesis dan Koefisien Determinan. Hasil penelitian dengan bantuan SPSS 26.0 diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 5,581 sedangkan ttabel 1,67469 dengan R Square sebesar 0,375. Dengan demikian variabel bebas yaitu transformasi digital mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap variabel terikat kinerja pegawai sebesar 37,5%.

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam bidang manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM) telah mendorong organisasi untuk mengadopsi Human Resource Information System (HRIS) guna meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana implementasi HRIS dapat mendukung efisiensi proses administratif, akurasi data, dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data dalam pengelolaan SDM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi pada beberapa organisasi di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa HRIS berkontribusi signifikan terhadap efisiensi operasional, khususnya dalam mempercepat proses kerja, mengurangi kesalahan administrasi, serta meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas. Pembahasan menekankan pentingnya kesiapan infrastruktur, kompetensi digital SDM, dan dukungan manajemen dalam keberhasilan implementasi HRIS. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi strategis bagi organisasi dalam menyusun strategi digitalisasi HR yang berkelanjutan dan adaptif.

Abstract

In vitro continuous development (proliferation) and growth enhancement of callus, which orginated from irradiated-plantlets of Solomon teak clones, have been sequentially conducted on culture medium of (1) MS + 0.1 ppm kinetin, then transferred to (2) an half-strength MS + 0.1 ppm kinetin + 0.1 ppm BAP + 100 ppm charcoal, to (3) an half-strength MS + 0.1 ppm BAP + 3% sugar and finally to (4) half strength MS + 0.3 ppm BAP + 3% sugar. The objectives of this research were to evaluate the morphogenesis of putative-mutant Solomon teak from generation M1V1 and estimate allele frequencies as well as population heterozygosity in vitro.  Results demonstrated that exposure to gamma irradiation (10, 20, 30, and 40 Gy) in the M1V1 generation induced callus formation within two weeks, followed by the development of embryogenic callus. Genetic analysis revealed low diversity among M1V1 individuals as indicated by Na>Ne and He<Uhe. Gamma irradiation potentially increased both allele number and heterozygosity by approximately 50%. Ten putative-mutant teak seedlings are obtained, these lines should be maintained and propagated as valuable genetic resource for future teak improvement programs

Abstract

Purpose of the study — a study to find out about the quality, quantity and work motivation that affect the performance of employees at the Office of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP)Research method—This research is a quantitative research with regression. This study uses a quantitative approach to see the causal relationship of several factors that influence employee performance. The population in this study were the employees of the Regency Investment Office and PT. XYZ totaling 65 employees. Data were collected by questionnaire and document study, after which the data were tested for validity and reliability. Result—The results showed that Quality, Quantity and Work Motivation had an effect on employee performance simultaneously. The Multiple Determination Coefficient in this study uses the adjusted R square value because the independent variables in this study are more than 2 in estimating the influence of the two independent variables studied. From the adjusted R Square value data of 0.578, This means that together the influence of variables X1, X2, and X3 is 57.8% on variable Y or in other words the influence of independent variables (Quality, Quantity and Work Discipline) on the dependent variable (Performance) is 57.8% while the rest namely 42.2% caused by other variables that are not included in the research framework.
