Abstract

Sei Gesek Reservoir is one of the reservoirs in Bintan Regency. This reservoir was dammed in 2011 which is intended to meet the water needs of Tanjungpinang City. One of the types of fish found in Sei Gesek Reservoir is belida fish (Notopterus notopterus). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between length and weight of bronze featherback (N. notopterus) in Sei Gesek Reservoir, Bintan Regency. Sampling was carried out from April to June 2021 based on fishermen's catch areas and fish habitats. The relationship between length and weight of male fish W = 0.0000005L3.5115 and female W = 0.000001L2.9067. The b value obtained for male fish shows positive allometric and female fish shows negative allometric.

Abstract

The background of this research is motivated by the existence of moral values ??that are very useful for readers. Little Letter to God, famous for the real life story of a teenage girl who suffered from soft tissue cancer for the first time in Indonesia. This is the background to the research problem which contains moral values, namely the relationship between humans and themselves, the relationship between humans and other humans, the relationship between humans and nature and the relationship between humans and God. The aim of this research is to describe the analysis of moral values ??in the novel Little Letters to God by Agnes Davona. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive methods. Data collection can be done using the following steps: (1) Reading the novel repeatedly to understand the content of the novel to be studied. (2) Code and underline quotes contained in the novel Little Letters for God by Agnes Davonar that contain moral values. (3) Record the data that has been coded in the Novel Little Letters for God by Agnes Davonar. Data analysis is: (1) Read again all the data that has been collected. (2) Classify the data containing Moral Values ??in the novel Surat Kecil untuk God by Agnes Davonar based on the table format in the research instrument. (3) Draw conclusions from data analysis. (4) Write a complete report. The amount of data found was 146 data, so in the novel Small Letters for God by Agnes Davonar, many moral values ??were found, namely the relationship between humans and themselves.

Abstract

Penyesuaian diri adalah proses mental dan perilaku dalam menghadapi tantangan dan tekanan hidup untuk dapat beradaptasi di lingkungan baru. Non muslim yang menetap di Banda Aceh mengalami proses penyesuaian diri saat beradaptasi dengan budaya, norma dan tuntutan sosial yang didominasi oleh lingkungan yang mayoritas muslim. Adapun tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui lebih dalam mengenai penyesuaian diri non-muslim yang menetap di Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik sampling penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan sebanyak lima responden yang menjadi sumber data. Pengumpulan data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dan observasi naratif. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil dari penelitian menemukan bahwa kelima partisipan penelitian dapat beradaptasi dengan lingkungan Banda Aceh dengan baik sebagai non-muslim. Kelima partisipan dapat beradaptasi karena memiliki dukungan sosial yang memadai dan cara berpikir yang tenang dalam menyikapi permasalahan yang ditemui. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman lebih dalam mengenai strategi penyesuaian diri yang efektif bagi non muslim dengan lingkungan yang mayoritas muslim.
