Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji evektivitas sport massage terhadap peningkatan range of motion (ROM) dan penurunan nyeri sendi bahu pasca cedera bahu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Pre-experimental dengan One Group Pretest-Posttest  Design.  Populasi  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  pasien  atlet bola voli yang mengalami cedera bahu.  Teknik  pengambilan  sampel  menggunakan  purposive  sampling dengan rentang waktu selama 1 bulan dari tanggal 17 Februari – 17 Maret 2024 dan didapatkan sampel sebanyak 17 orang. Subjek mendapat perlakuan terapi sport masase dengan kombinasi teknik efurase, patrisage, friction dan vibration yang dilakukan selama 30 menit di klinik Terapi Cidera Olahraga (TCO) Tulungagung. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur skala nyeri menggunakan Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) dan ruang gerak sendi atau Range of Motion (ROM) menggunakan  goneometri.  Teknik  analisis  data  menggunakan  deskriptif kuantitatif, uji hipotesis menggunakan uji wilcoxon signed rank untuk menguji data yang tidak terdistribusi normal dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat diketahui bahwa perubahan berupa penurunan nyeri dan peningkatan ROM (Fleksi dan ekstensi) secara signifikan pada data sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan yang ditunjukkan dengan diperolehnya hasil nilai p (0,000) < 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian pemberian terapi sport massage pada cidera bahu atlet bola voli efektif terhadap penurunan nyeri dan peningkatan ROM  secara  signifikan. THE EFFECTIVENESS OF SPORT MASSAGE ON INCREASING RANGE OF MOTION (ROM) AND REDUCING PAIN IN SHOULDER INJURIES AbstractsThis study aims to examine the effectiveness of sports massage in increasing range of motion (ROM) and reducing shoulder joint pain after shoulder injury. This research uses a Pre-experimental method with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population in this study were volleyball athlete patients who had shoulder injuries. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a time span of 1 month from 17 February - 17 March 2024 and a sample of 17 people was obtained. Subjects received sports massage therapy treatment with a combination of efurase, patrisage, friction and vibration techniques which was carried out for 30 minutes at the Tulungagung Sports Injury Therapy (TCO) clinic. The instrument used to measure the pain scale uses the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) and the joint range of motion (ROM) uses gonometry. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive, hypothesis testing uses the Wilcoxon signed rank test to test data that is not normally distributed with a significance level of 5%. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be seen that changes in the form of decreased pain and increased ROM (flexion and extension) were significant in the data before and after treatment as indicated by the results obtained by a p value (0.000) < 0.05. So it can be concluded that providing sports massage therapy for shoulder injuries in volleyball athletes is effective in reducing pain and increasing ROM significantly.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of need for physical education teachers to develop multiple intelligence-based learning models at the elementary school level. This research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 48 elementary school PJOK teacher respondents from five districts/cities in the DIY province who were obtained using a purposive sampling system. Data collection in this study was carried out using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire consisting of 15 statement items using a Likert scale of 1 – 5. Quantitative data analysis techniques were carried out using descriptive statistical tests with the help of SPSS software. The data obtained through the score of the questionnaire items are then converted into percentages and categories. The study results illustrate that the need for developing a physical education model based on multiple intelligences in DIY elementary schools is 87.00 and is in the very high category. The five factors of the learning model are included in the very high category, including the syntax factor of 87.63%, the social system factor of 81.11%, the principle of reaction of 85.97%, the support system of 87.39%, and the impact factor of instructional and accompaniment of 88.12%. These results need to be followed up for developing a multiple intelligence-based physical education learning model in elementary schools based on supporting theory, tested, and effective for implementation.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kualitas implementasi kurikulum merdeka pada muatan pendidikan jasmani di sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Gembong Kabupaten Pati. Model evaluasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Model Kontradiksi. Partisipan penelitian ini terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru pendidikan jasmani dan siswa dari lima sekolah di Kecamatan Gembong. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi survei, kuesioner, dan wawancara. Penelitian ini melibatkan 10 siswa, 5 kepala sekolah, dan 5 guru pendidikan jasmani. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Validator profesional memvalidasi instrumen penelitian. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bagaimana implementasi kurikulum mandiri pada kelas pendidikan jasmani di sekolah dasar di kabupaten Gembong dievaluasi berada pada kategori "sangat baik". Hasil  analisis  kepala  sekolah  dengan  mean  79,00,  hasil  penilaian dengan  persentase  20%  pada  kategori  "Sangat baik"  ada  (1 orang  kepala  sekolah), kategori  "baik" dengan persentase 20% ada (1 orang kepala sekolah), kategori "cukup"  dengan  persentase  40%  ada  (2 orang  kepala sekolah)  dan kategori "kurang" dengan  persentase  20%  ada  (1  orang  kepala  sekolah). Selanjutnya temuan hasil analisis  guru  Pendidikan jasmanidengan  mean 81,00,  hasil penilaian dengan persentase 40% pada kategori "Sangat baik" ada (2 orang guru), pada kategori "baik" dengan persentase 40% ada (2 orang guru), dan kategori "cukup"  dengan  persentase  20%  ada  (1  orang  guru). Terakhir temuan hasil analisis siswa dengan mean 82,00, hasil penilaian dengan persentase 40% pada kategori "sangat baik" ada (4 siswa), pada kategori "baik" dengan persentase 40% ada (4 siswa) dan kategori "cukup" dengan persentase 20% ada (2 siswa). EVALUATION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INDEPENDENT CURRICULUM IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION SUBJECTS IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS IN GEMBONG SUB-DISTRICT, PATI DISTRICT Abstracts:The purpose of this study was to evaluate the quality of the implementation of the independent curriculum in physical education content in primary schools in Gembong Sub-district, Pati Regency. The evaluation model used in this study is the Contradiction Model. The participants of this study consisted of principals, physical education teachers and students from five schools in Gembong Sub-district. Data collection techniques included surveys, questionnaires and interviews. This study involved 10 students, 5 principals, and 5 physical education teachers. The data in this study were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. Professional validators validated the research instruments. The research findings showed how the implementation of an independent curriculum in physical education classes at primary schools in Gembong district was evaluated to be in the "very good" category. The results of the analysis of school principals with a mean of 79.00, the results of the assessment with a percentage of 20% in the "Very good" category there are (1 principal), the category "good" with a percentage of 20% there are (1 principal), the category "sufficient" with a percentage of 40% there are (2 principals) and the category "less" with a percentage of 20% there are (1 principal). Furthermore, the findings of the analysis of physical education teachers with a mean of 81.00, the results of the assessment with a percentage of 40% in the "Very good" category there are (2 teachers), in the "good" category with a percentage of 40% there are (2 teachers), and the "sufficient" category with a percentage of 20% there are (1 teacher). Finally, the findings of student analysis results with a mean of 82.00, the results of the assessment with a percentage of 40% in the "very good" category there are (4 students), in the "good" category with a percentage of 40% there are (4 students) and the "sufficient" category with a percentage of 20% there are (2 students).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the correlation between certified teachers and teacher pedagogical competence and improving the quality of learning at SDN Bintoro 5 Demak. This study used a correlational design and quantitative methodology. To collect data in this study, questionnaires, interviews, and direct observation were used. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and correlational analysis using Karl Pearson's product moment correlation. The results of this study indicate (1) The results of the Pearson correlation test show a very strong relationship between pedagogical competence and learning quality. The correlation values of 0.92 and 0.88 respectively at a significance level of 1% indicate that teacher certification has a positive and significant relationship with pedagogical competence and improving the quality of learning (2) The level of pedagogical competence of certified teachers is higher than that of uncertified teachers as evidenced by the results of the average frequency measurement of teacher pedagogical competence showing an average of 82.3% with a very good category.
