Abstract

Proses transformasi budaya budaya lokal semakin berkembang dengan memanfaatkan media digital. Meskipun dalam beberapa penelitian dilaporkan bahwa kemajuan teknologi merupakan bagian dari globalisasi membawa masuknya arus budaya global ke dalam negara yang sibuk sehingga akan mengikis budaya lokal. Internet memberikan dampak terhadap afiliasi keagamaan dan keyakinan seseorang meskipun perilaku keagamaannya tidak memberikan dampak yang signifikan. Menyikapi situasi seperti ini maka rumusan moderasi beragama menjadi kuncinya, posisi sentral antara keterbukaan terhadap kemajuan teknologi yang memunculkan pemikiran plural dalam lingkup literasi budaya mengenai kebenaran ajaran agama dan keyakinan konservatif yang mengekang pemikiran keagamaan terlepas dari teknologi. Penelitian ini merupakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan SPSS 26 untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi budaya, literasi digital, dan kesadaran beragama terhadap moderasi beragama pada siswa. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel moderasi agama siswa dapat dijelaskan oleh variasi variabel literasi budaya, literasi digital, dan kesadaran beragama sebesar 46,7%, sedangkan 53,3% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain. Dari ketiga variabel yang diteliti, kesadaran beragama mempunyai pengaruh paling besar terhadap moderasi beragama siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1). Peran manajemen pada Masjid Sholihin, Tangkil, Manang, Grogol, Sukoharjo adalah proses untuk memakmurkan masjid dan peran manajemen pada Masjid Sholihin Tangkil juga untuk mengoptimalkan segala kegiatan dan akitivitas masjid. 2). Optimalisasi fungsi masjid sebagai pusat ibadah pada Masjid Sholihin, Tangkil, Grogol, Sukoharjo yaitu dengan memaksimalkan segala aspek kegiatan, sarana prasarana dan fasilitas guna memberikan kenyamanan dalam beribadah (shalat lima waktu) dimasjid  serta memusatkan kegiatan dakwah dan sosial di Masjid Sholihin Tangkil. 3). Kendala manajemen masjid dalam optimalisasi fungsi masjid sebagai pusat ibadah pada Masjid Sholihin, Tangkil, Grogol, Sukoharjo yaitu kesibukan para pengurus masjid dengan tanggung jawab mereka diluar Masjid Sholihin Tangkil. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif adalah jenis penelitian yang menghasilkan penemuan-penemuan yang tidak dapat dicapai dengan menggunakan prosedur-prosedur statistik atau cara kuantifikasi lainnya. Teknik yang digunakan peneliti dalam pengumpulan data pada metode penelitian secara kualitatif dilakukan pada Natural Setting (kondisi yang alamiah), baik melalui observasi, wawancara maupun dokumentasi. Sedangkan tempat penelitian adalah di Masjid Sholihin Tangkil, Manang, Grogol, Sukoharjo. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Peran manajemen pada Masjid Sholihin Tangkil, Manang, Grogol, Sukoharjo sudah menerapkan perannya dimulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan dan pengawasan. 2). Optimalisasi fungsi masjid sebagai pusat ibadah pada Masjid Sholihin, Tangkil, Grogol, Sukoharjo ini dengan memaksimalkan segala kegiatan, aktivitas dan program masjid. 3). Kendala manajemen masjid dalam optimalisasi fungsi masjid sebagai pusat ibadah pada Masjid Sholihin, Tangkil, Grogol, Sukoharjo ini pasti tidak terlepas dari kendala atau hal-hal yang dapat menjadi penghambat dalam proses optimalisasinya yaitu kesibukkan para pengurus takmir, krisis keuangan masjid dan gangguan dalam ibadah.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate critical issues in Islamic education that have significant impacts on the current education system. The study seeks to provide crucial insights for stakeholders in the field of education, including the government, educational institutions, and the general public, to engage in improving the education system to address these critical issues and ensure that all individuals have equal opportunities to receive quality education. The research adopts a Literature Review approach, involving the collection of literature data, reading, analyzing, and recording relevant research materials. This includes utilizing document studies on the results of previous research. Data collection is conducted by searching journals on various electronic media such as digital libraries and the internet. The search for journals is carried out through Google Scholar and academic literature related to critical issues in Islamic education. The results of the research indicate that critical issues in Islamic education can be divided into two categories: internal factors, including Power Relations and the Orientation of Islamic Education, Curriculum Issues, Learning Approaches/Methods, Professionalism and Human Resource Quality, and Education Costs. External factors include Dichotomic, To General Knowledge, Lack of Spirit of Inquiry, Memorization, and Certificate Orientation. The solution to addressing these critical issues is to return Islamic education to its natural state, designing education in such a way that learners can develop their potential naturally and creatively in an atmosphere of freedom, togetherness, and responsibility. Islamic education is oriented towards a Process of Awareness, a Humanization Process, and the Cultivation of Noble Character. Keywords: Critical Education, Educational Issues, Islamic education

Abstract

The development of Human Resources (HR) in Regional Government (Pemda) is crucial for effective and responsive governance. This study delves into government policies on HR development for local government apparatus from a professionalism perspective. Using a qualitative approach and case study method, the research analyzes field data, documents, and interviews with decision-makers like regional apparatus heads. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, policy document analysis, and direct observation. The findings reveal that despite supportive policies, the professionalism of local government officials remains below expectations. Challenges such as budget constraints, limited managerial capacity, and employee resistance to change hinder the effectiveness of HR development policies. The gap between HR development programs and work professionalism highlights the need for better policy supervision, evaluation mechanisms, and increased stakeholder participation in decision-making. This study underscores the necessity of strong political commitment and a holistic approach to achieve desired HR development outcomes in Regional Government.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji evektivitas sport massage terhadap peningkatan range of motion (ROM) dan penurunan nyeri sendi bahu pasca cedera bahu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Pre-experimental dengan One Group Pretest-Posttest  Design.  Populasi  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  pasien  atlet bola voli yang mengalami cedera bahu.  Teknik  pengambilan  sampel  menggunakan  purposive  sampling dengan rentang waktu selama 1 bulan dari tanggal 17 Februari – 17 Maret 2024 dan didapatkan sampel sebanyak 17 orang. Subjek mendapat perlakuan terapi sport masase dengan kombinasi teknik efurase, patrisage, friction dan vibration yang dilakukan selama 30 menit di klinik Terapi Cidera Olahraga (TCO) Tulungagung. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur skala nyeri menggunakan Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) dan ruang gerak sendi atau Range of Motion (ROM) menggunakan  goneometri.  Teknik  analisis  data  menggunakan  deskriptif kuantitatif, uji hipotesis menggunakan uji wilcoxon signed rank untuk menguji data yang tidak terdistribusi normal dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat diketahui bahwa perubahan berupa penurunan nyeri dan peningkatan ROM (Fleksi dan ekstensi) secara signifikan pada data sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan yang ditunjukkan dengan diperolehnya hasil nilai p (0,000) < 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian pemberian terapi sport massage pada cidera bahu atlet bola voli efektif terhadap penurunan nyeri dan peningkatan ROM  secara  signifikan. THE EFFECTIVENESS OF SPORT MASSAGE ON INCREASING RANGE OF MOTION (ROM) AND REDUCING PAIN IN SHOULDER INJURIES AbstractsThis study aims to examine the effectiveness of sports massage in increasing range of motion (ROM) and reducing shoulder joint pain after shoulder injury. This research uses a Pre-experimental method with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population in this study were volleyball athlete patients who had shoulder injuries. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a time span of 1 month from 17 February - 17 March 2024 and a sample of 17 people was obtained. Subjects received sports massage therapy treatment with a combination of efurase, patrisage, friction and vibration techniques which was carried out for 30 minutes at the Tulungagung Sports Injury Therapy (TCO) clinic. The instrument used to measure the pain scale uses the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) and the joint range of motion (ROM) uses gonometry. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive, hypothesis testing uses the Wilcoxon signed rank test to test data that is not normally distributed with a significance level of 5%. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be seen that changes in the form of decreased pain and increased ROM (flexion and extension) were significant in the data before and after treatment as indicated by the results obtained by a p value (0.000) < 0.05. So it can be concluded that providing sports massage therapy for shoulder injuries in volleyball athletes is effective in reducing pain and increasing ROM significantly.

Abstract

Education is one of the most important components of life. Since humans began engaging in educational activities, they have successfully realized various developments and advancements in all aspects of their lives. Generally, the process of education has also experienced significant progress, both in terms of methods and the goals to be achieved. The Indonesian government has consistently worked to improve the quality of education by implementing various changes in the education sector, with the curriculum serving as a key tool for enhancing educational quality. Differences in curriculum systems provide a way to understand various aspects related to the education systems of Indonesia and Singapore. This research is qualitative in nature, employing a descriptive method. The author collected data from journals, books, and online media. The study utilizes the theory of differences in curriculum systems. The aim of this research is to identify the differences in the education curriculum systems between Indonesia and Singapore. In conclusion, education is crucial for both developed and developing countries. For developed countries like Singapore, the education curriculum is used as an effort to continuously improve the quality of life for its citizens. Meanwhile, for developing countries like Indonesia, the education curriculum is implemented as an effort to catch up with more advanced nations.

Abstract

As society transitions from the industrial revolution to the 5.0 era, rapid technological advancements require adaptability and resilience. This study explores the Opportunities and Challenges for Islamic Education in the Age of Technological Advancement, focusing on how Islamic education can address these changes. Utilizing a scoping review methodology, the research examines existing literature related to the challenges and opportunities in Islamic education amid technological growth and societal shifts. Key challenges identified include moral decline, the rise of non-educational media for children, misuse of social media, increased competition, the pressures of modernization and democratic values, the need to maintain past achievements while navigating crises, and the global competition that requires adaptation. Additionally, the fast pace of technological progress poses challenges in ensuring Islamic education remains relevant while promoting character development and Islamic values. To overcome these challenges, Islamic education can leverage opportunities such as enhancing religious understanding to develop both spiritual and emotional intelligence, creating and sharing content aligned with Islamic values through accessible media, prioritizing character education, and equipping students with 21st-century skills. Educators must also embrace innovation, adapt to modern tools responsibly, and ensure that technology is used in ways that uphold ethical principles. This balanced approach will prepare future generations to succeed in society 5.0 without compromising their core Islamic values.

Abstract

Pembentukan karakter diberbagai lembaga pendidikan sangatlah beranekaragam model dan penerapannya. Proses yang berjalan di Pondok Pesantren Al Muttaqien Pancasila Sakti Klaten adalah dengan mengoptimalkan peran santri senior yang dianggap sudah memiliki kompetensi yang cukup untuk dapat membantu berbagai kegiatan dalam pembentukan karakter santri. Tujuan penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran tentang peran santri senior dalam pembentukan karakter santri. Kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilaksanakan dalam rangka pembentukan karakter santri dilakukan dengan pembiasaan maupun keteladanan. Hal ini sangatlah perlu pengawasan, pendampingan maupun teladan dari pihak pengelola yang termasuk didalamya adalah kyai dan ustadz. Dengan jumlah santri yang harus diampu di setiap tahunnya, maka tentunya memerlukan beberapa personil yang dapat melaksanakan tugas tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini peran santri senior dalam semua kegiatan keseharian yaitu masing-masing santri mengampu 20 santri lainnya disetiap kegiatan. Santri junior diharapkan lebih mandiri dalam mengatur seluruh kegiatan keseharian di asrama dengan pengawasan santri senior seperti dalam manajemen waktu dan keuangan. Pendampingan yang dilakukan santri senior yaitu dalam beberapa kegiatan seperti penggunaan bahawa Jawa sesuai unggah-ungguhnya, kegiatan jadwal rutin asrama, dan ekstrakurikuler. Sementara itu untuk keteladanan tentunya dapat dilihat pada semua kegiatan yang dilakukan bersama seluruh santri.

Abstract

The quality of children's religious education at the community level is greatly influenced by the availability of adequate learning media. However, in many institutions such as TPA, elementary schools, and RA/BA, religious learning media are still limited, so learning tends to take place passively and less interestingly. Based on these conditions, this community service activity aims to improve the quality of children's religious learning through learning media procurement strategies. The activity was carried out by the PKM MABAIS-IIM Surakarta Team in three educational institutions in Menuran Village, Baki District, Sukoharjo Regency. The methods used include field observations, coordination with institutions, raising donations, distributing learning media, and evaluating the impact of the programme. The results showed that after the procurement of media such as Iqra' books, Islamic stories, stationery, and folding tables, there was a significant increase in children's participation and enthusiasm for learning. The learning process became more interactive and interesting. This programme proves that the provision of learning media is an effective and applicable strategy to improve the quality of religious education. It is hoped that this activity can become a model that is replicated sustainably in various other areas with similar conditions.
