Abstract

Pertanian merupakan sektor mayoritas pada lingkup desa banjarsari, kabupaten pacitan, khususnya pada RT 01, RW 02, dusun padangan. Bertani menggunakan alat bantu mayoritas berbahan logam, efektifitas penggunaan alat pertanian didukung dengan kondisi alat yang baik. Kerusakan/patahan pada alat pertanian berbahan logam, seperti cangkul lebih efektif dilakukan perbaikan dengan pengelasan. Pada kerusakan alat pertanian berlogam digunakan metode pengelasan yang sesuai kerusakan, dan relatif pada posisi pengelasan 1F dan 2F. Pengaplikasian teknologi terapan bidang pengelasan dilakukan secara teori dan praktek dalam kegiatan pengabdian PKM. Metode pelatihan mengadopsi dari IPTEK yang diterapkan pada perkuliahan praktek di Politeknik Negeri Madiun, sehingga menghasilkan luaran peserta yang mampu untuk memperbaiki alat pertanian berbahan logam, dan alat bantu pertukangan lainnya.

Abstract

Social skills are abilities that adolescents need to possess to form an attitude of empathy and social awareness. Adolescents acquire these social skills through good inter-family interactions at home. This study aimed to analyze the interaction between adolescents, parents, and peers, as well as the use of social media on social skills. This study involved 100 late adolescents aged 18–21 years throughout Indonesia. This study used a cross-sectional design and a survey method with a questionnaire tool using a Google form distributed during April 2022. The study results showed that the quality of adolescent-parent and peer interactions, use of social media, and social skills were moderate. The correlation test results showed a positive relationship between adolescent-parent and peer interactions and the use of social media with social skills. The regression test results showed a positive effect of adolescent-peer interaction and the use of social media on social skills. The conclusion was that the better the quality of adolescent interactions with peers and the use of social media, the greater the improvement in social skills. This research implies that a community that involves youth in social activities through Karang Taruna can provide youth with the opportunity to hone their social skills.

Abstract

The Hotel Room Registration System aims to streamline the booking and management of hotel rooms. This system provides a user-friendly interface for customers to check room availability, make reservations, and manage their bookings. Additionally, it allows hotel staff to efficiently handle room assignments, monitor occupancy rates, and manage customer information. By integrating functionalities such as real-time availability checks, automated booking confirmations, and detailed customer records, the system enhances customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The system also includes features for reporting and analytics, enabling hotel management to make informed decisions based on real-time data. Furthermore, the system supports integration with online payment systems, offering greater flexibility for customers. Overall, the Hotel Room Registration System contributes to a seamless and efficient hotel management process, improving both customer experience and hotel operations.
